This one bedroom, one-bathroom condo is tastefully decorated with luxurious décor and furnishings. Pride of ownership is evident from the minute you walk through the doors! Dine al fresco on your private lanai with a front row seat to spectacular ocean views! All day long you will appreciate dramatic views of the islands of Molokai and Lanai in the distance, and sea turtles frolicking in the ocean just below. During our winter months, enjoy front row whale watching. There is no AC in this unit, however the ceiling fans throughout the unit keep it nice and cool as well as ocean breezes.
The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, custom cherry cabinets, recessed lighting, and beautiful stainless-steel appliances. The owners love to buy fresh fish at the market down the road and grill on the resort's Jenn-Air gas BBQ grill, place it on a bed of fresh, local greens, and enjoy dining at sunset on the private lanai (Hawaiian for balcony).
The master bedroom features a comfortable Queen size bed. For additional guests, the living room offers a Queen size sleeper sofa. The bathroom has been beautifully remodeled and offers a large walk-in shower, granite countertops and gorgeous custom cabinets.
This home comes equipped with High Definition TV, cable, and free Wi-Fi. My Perfect Stays provides a complimentary starter set of natural Maui made shampoo, conditioner, body soap and lotion.
Kahana Reef is an ocean front resort located in West Maui, approximately 10 minutes north of Lahaina, and near many top beaches and attractions. We have a small sandy beach adjacent to the property, which is perfect for swimming and snorkeling. You are guaranteed to see turtles swim by! Several of the top beaches on Maui, including the action of Kaanapali, the family friendly Napili, or the seclusion of Kapalua, are within minutes by car. This low-rise, low density resort (only 88 units, about half of which are owner occupied) offers an ocean front pool, BBQ area, and an authentic and peaceful Maui experience. It is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of restaurants and bars, including Maui Brewing Co. and Miso Phat Sushi. Resort also offers an impeccably clean, on site laundry facility. There are no resort or parking fees.

You never know when you book something online from the pictures, but the place exceeded the pictures and the location was perfect. Fourth floor looking right down on the water. Every day we saw the sea turtles. The waves lapping at the shore right in front of us , sandy beach right there , we enjoyed it very much. Would love to go back.

We had an amazing stay at the condo. Panoramic ocean views. Whales breaching, turtles feeding, private quiet beach access... we loved it! Walking distance to coffee shop, Maui Brewing Company, Miso Phat Sushi and other shops. Communication was excellent. Condo was well equipped and upgraded.

This was a great spot on the 4th floor with a great view of the ocean and waves crashing. The unit is located in a perfect spot, close to beach and town! A great Chinese restaurant across street if you don't feel like cooking or going out and stores very close for grocery shopping. My only complaint would be that the parking pass was supposed to be in the office, which was closed. Also, the bedroom fan was not working so hope they get that fixed for the next guest!

The toilet was not flushing and there was waste water overflow unto bathroom and living room floors.
The toilet handle was also malfunctioning.
The suite was warm and the fans do not cool the rooms.
After hours service was terrible. No one to talk to and on arrival, no one to guide or direct you.
No after hour emergency services!!.
TV turn on operation was confusing and directions in manual not correct.
TV also turns off without warning in the middle of program watching.
Shower has no curtains or sliding doors. Shower water spills unto bathroom floor while showering.
It was a Nightmare Experience!!
