We enjoyed out stay and would most likely stay here again. The resort was conveniently located within walking distance to Safeway and many restaurants. The pool area was awesome and we spent many pool days there.

The pool at the resort was beautiful and beach access was easy, however it was not possible to swim here due to the rocky ledges only a few feet into the water. That was not stated in the listing. The condo was smaller than anticipated with only 3 chairs at the dining room table. We had to pull it away from the wall and bring out a desk chair in order to sit at the table. Then it was nearly impossible to move around the living room area. The king sized bed was way too soft for me and it was quite worn with impressions on both sides. The toilet in the king bed room flushed fine but would not refill the tank most of the time. It was a pain to take the lid off almost every time to adjust it so that it would fill. Be prepared to bring everything you need to cook because there are only a few spices and nothing else. There were ample pots and pans though. The living room furniture is showing age and the arms of all pieces were pretty dirty. Just felt old and a bit icky. There were lots of towels available and a couple small shampoos to use. The one shower is very small...bumped elbows on the walls every time you moved to wash. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai in the mornings listening to the roosters crow. The mountain view was pretty. I would have liked some recommendations for restaurants in the area. Overall it was an okay stay. Would I chose it again...probably not.

Great condo in great location. We loved Kauai! The condo was in a great resort with a nice beach area and a restaurant as well as a great pool with hot tub, lazy river and slides. Highly recommend!!!

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect- not far from the airport, central location to easily get to the north and south areas of the island, and in walking distance to grocery, restaurants and all that you need. The place was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Got to see a Monk seal on the beach and the pool was awesome! I would recommend!

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The large kitchen was nice for our family of 2 adults and 3 adult children. The kitchen was equipped with everything except nonstick pan spray and pepper. It would have been a nice touch if you provided coffee pods too. The beds were WAY to soft for our liking. They killed our back. But the place was nice and spacious and everything was very clean.

Dishwasher did not get get dishes clean- maintenance came and evaluated and further work up was ordered as they could not initially find any issue. Pool/grounds was beautiful. Gym was small and wish it had more equipment. I wish the property had a grassy area for small children to run around and play. Location was great! It was right in the middle of Kapaa - lots of coffee shops, near grocery and an easy drive north or south of the island.

I rented this place for 4 nights and my adult children rented the same condo for another 4 nights. The company was easy to deal with and answered any questions! Condo was very clean with easy access to pool and beach with restaurants and a Freshway near by! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

I loved everything about our stay. I traveled with four adults. One being 65+, one with disability (cannot walk far distances or do stairs) his wife & me. Our children were 11, 8, and 2 four year olds. We flew in to Kauai to attend a graduation party. During the party we helped my mother surprise her brother and sister upon her arrival to the celebration. They haven’t seen each other in over 22 years. Tears of JOY.
This accommodation was beyond our expectations. Everything we needed. It provided. More than enough handicap parking. You could see everything from your balcony. Kid safe. The pool… saved us! Our children absolutely loved it. The privacy. It looked like a hotel but without all the hustle and bustle. Coming from Oahu. We needed the peace and quiet. Our room was worth more than what we paid for. Oh, and the three bathrooms, plus central air? Huge help! HUGE.
Directions to our accommodation It was super easy to find. Signs were clear to see. Safeway store was open 24 hours. Which was directly across the street. Restaurants, Starbucks, Mc Donald’s, Burger King, gas stations. We didn’t need to cook at all. Our questions? Every call we made during our stay was answered even during Father’s Day weekend. The courtesy call to remind us of what needed to be done before check out? Amazing!

The unit is beautiful and fully stocked. The location is great. However, we brought two teens for their graduations and they requested a lazy river so we booked this location specifically for the lazy river to float in the evenings. Big disappoint. It is just a 3' deep walking pool that winds around the property, you get in at one end and out at the other. No floats are allowed. Also, the slides are very smal and really not suitable for teens. Overall very nice place for a family with small children but for teens there are other places just as nice for much less money.

Condo was spotless. The only negatives were the parking lot view (I knew this prior to staying & we were barely ever in our room during the day.) and the freezer DOES NOT WORK & the ice maker just dumps cold water into the tray. And turned my ice cream into soup! Please fix the freezer! Overall we had the best time ever! I would rent this space again if the freezer worked.

-pool staff are friendly and helpful
-be sure to catch the live music on Wednesdays at the onsite restaurant. But make a reservation! It is packed!
-the onsite restaurant drinks are delicious-we did not eat there, but were told that their burger is the best on island

Pool area and grounds were beautiful. Restaurant was delicious, but book before you arrive to ensure a table. I also wish the restaurant and pool bar were open more (they don’t open until 3 pm).

Every morning At 0600 staff took the stairs from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor and the door would slam. Then they would go into their house keeping or service room across from us and the doors would slam again. Thus went in for 2 hours. Our washing machine was broken we couldn’t do laundry. Had to use our kids in a different unit.

We loved the condo. It’s beautifully decorated, clean, great location, very spacious and right on the beach! Equipped with beach chairs and a umbrella. Check in was seamless. Candace and Rick was quick to respond.

I realize it can be expensive to have the card system but it is much easier. Having to remember all the codes to get into the pool is a bit confusing. We unlocked the cooktop and put a pan on to make eggs but the burner would not heat up. Just an FYI for future guests.
