It's spacious and modern, large enough to fit your beautiful family and friends, and we self-manage the unit, so for every concern you have, we will address it fast and effectively. Welcome to Wailea Elua Village Unit 101, a partial ocean-view expansive 1,269 sq ft two-bedroom/two-bath condo remodeled in 2021 with no expense spared. Located a short 5-minute walk from Ulua beach, one of the best beaches on Maui, in the heart of prestigious world-famous Wailea between Andaz Maui and Marriott Beach Resort. This home away from home will have plenty of space, modern comforts, and thoughtful style for you and your loved ones to enjoy your vacation.
A brand new kitchen has everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal or have a quick bite before your day on the island. Appliances include a new refrigerator with an ice maker, a microwave, a large dishwasher, a stove, an oven, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, a toaster, a coffee grinder, a wonderful NutriBullet blender with portable cups, a rice maker, all new pots and pans, plates, cups, wine glasses, salad bowls, utensils, an electric mixer, a cocktail shaker, new sharp knives, cutting boards, tapware, and many more gadgets you won’t find in a hotel or a chain-managed vacation rental. We love to cook, and we made sure the kitchen in our unit is smartly organized and stocked with necessary appliances.
As of March 2022, the Wailea Elua community DOES NOT allow individual BBQ units on private patios - a shared BBQ area is available in the main pool pavilion for all guests.
The dining area has a comfortable six-person dining table and a nook area for extra storage. Inside the nook cabinets, you will find a printer should you need to use it, a first aid kit, an extension cord, extra batteries, and appliances manuals. New comfortable dining chairs for modern ambiance.
The living area features a brand new 65-inch smart OLED Ultra HD TV with all possible apps and Cable channels you might want and a soundbar for an enhanced immersive sound experience. A new sectional is comfortable and has a queen sleeper. The condo has several board games: monopoly, chess/checkers, Uno, cards, Connect, Jenga and others.
The patio features a brand new extra wide and extra comfortable lounge furniture, perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine while enjoying one of Wailea’s mesmerizing sunsets and ocean and garden views.
Once back inside the condo, walk down the hallway to a master bedroom, a luxurious retreat with a brand new top-of-the-line King-size Stearns & Foster mattress and Tommy Bahama bedroom furniture set. The master bedroom has OLED Ultra HD Smart TV, a large walk-in closet, a master bathroom with a large shower, a linen closet for extra towels, blankets, and linen that you might need, and a patio.
The second bedroom features two Twin XL Stearns & Foster mattresses, per your request, they can be converted, with a help of a special wedge and an extra comfortable mattress pad, into a king-size bed. The bedroom has two large closets, a large six-draw dresser, an OLED Smart TV, and a side table. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower.
The unit has two hairdryers. We provide a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent pods, dryer sheets, dishwasher pods, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, and complimentary travel-size sets of shampoo/conditioner/body lotion/shower gel for both bathrooms, kitchen sponges. We have kitchen towels, linen, bath towels, hand towels, washcloth, and beach towels for you to use.
BEACH:::There are four beach chairs, a beach umbrella, one large cooler, one portable cooler, and a beach wagon in the unit.
BABIES AND TODDLERS:::For our young guests, we have a portable pack and play with sheets, a portable high chair, and two-stepping stools.
The unit has a new efficient and quiet Samsung washer and dryer, unit has central AC controlled with a panel on the wall. Free parking, free fast wi-fi. Housekeeping during your stay is available upon request only and is for an additional fee.
Wailea Elua Village is an exclusive beachfront property located in the heart of the resort community of Wailea. This relaxing low-density property consists of two-story buildings terraced over twenty-four acres of immaculate tropical landscaping. Beautiful Ulua Beach fronting the property is a well-known snorkeling destination and is great for watching dramatic sunsets, swimming, sunning, and whale watching in the winter months. Wailea Elua Village is a gated air-conditioned property that includes two swimming pools, a gym, Jacuzzi, a beachfront pavilion with barbeques, a pickleball/paddle tennis court, and free private parking. My family and I stayed here and had a wonderful time. The property was perfect for us and in a fabulous part of Maui. Beaches are ideal for families, safe and peaceful with hotels either side for an afternoon cocktail or evening meals and great shops within walking distance. Highly recommended!

The place is well stocked and has a little bit of everything you need. The beds are comfortable and the view is amazing and you feel somewhat secluded. The condo is a great size and the decor is just our style. The hosts are great and promptly answered any questions we had. Would definitely recommend staying at this location. Having a fully furnished condo instead of a regular hotel room is the way to go. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, we were impressed with the lush greenery and wish we could make our landscape very a portion as beautiful as Elua.

We really appreciated the fact that it was generously stocked with kitchen items and beach gear. The unit is located at the top of the property complex, with a short downhill walk to Ulua Beach and the Wailea Beach Path. There are barbecues for use located in the parking area right in front of the unit, which made grilling very convenient. Also, it is located very close by The Shops at Wailea, which has restaurants, retail stores, and a gourmet market.

The sunset will just stop you in your tracks and to be able to see them from our comfortable patio was awesome! Kate and John's place was filled with such beautiful touches! This unit was so nicely renovated, it felt so homey! The beds and linens makes you want to stay in bed! The kitchen was so well stocked and we really, really appreciated the great quality of knives and pots! The attention to detail was from 2 caring owners! Great aloha ❤️

Loved the condo, nice big lanai with great outdoor seating. We stayed for 10 days with 4 adults (2 couples), plenty of space for all of us. Easy walk to beach, pools, eating, shopping or for some exercise! We would definitely keep this place in mind for future trips!!! Thanks so much for the great memories made at your beautiful condo!!!
