We loved having two master bedrooms with private baths. The kitchen had everything for cooking, even a rice cooker. We loved the private lanai on each room. The beds were big and so comfortable,and the rooms were very spacious. The washer and dryer was used frequently and so convenient.
We were blessed to have a beautiful view of the ocean and the awesome swimming pools as we sat on the lanai. Sounds of the waterfalls in the pool area were very relaxing and enjoyable too.
A short walk to the beach was wonderful and so beautiful. A Monk Seal graced us with it's presence on the beach one day as it sunbathed and napped and enjoyed the waves splashing on it's body.
We also enjoyed being so close to shopping and eateries.
This was one of the best properties we have had the pleasure to visit.

Property was perfect for our family. The second bedroom was configured with 2 beds which worked great for the kids. The view of the pool and ocean was great for breakfast or a glass of wine on the deck.
Management was responsive to fix the dryer. Checkin and out was easy.
The resort was great for multiple families. The pool area was relaxing for adults and kept the teens busy. They even used the boogie boards in the ocean in front of the resort. The location was easy for grocery shopping, resaurants and close to many activities.

This was our second time in Kauai and our second time at Wapouli Resort. Our first time in this unit and we loved it. It had everything we needed plus more! The view was gorgeous and it was so nice to have boogie boards, cooler and chairs in the unit for beach days. We will definitely be back.

What a wonderful experience at this condo! I wish I would’ve paid more attention to the king size vs. two twin beds as my brother-in-law and sister-in-law hoped for a king-sized bed. It was my mistake that I only looked at the picture instead of reading the details but the picture made it look like a king-sized bed. We loved everything else about this condo and appreciated the pack and play for our daughter, the beach chairs and the amazing, functional space. We loved the condo and the resort! Thank you.

We enjoyed everything about this condo and our stay at the property. The condo was clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathrooms and bedrooms are large, the view is gorgeous. The pool was super fun for the kids, who, especially loved the slides. The double master suite set up and hideabed in the living room made it perfect for a family /friend group! We discovered we could walk to Kenji Burger, which was delicious! We would definitely stay here again.

I unfortunately had a bad accident while on vacation, so we ended up spending almost the entire trip in our condo. If going to be stuck somewhere, this condo was as good as it gets. Very clean, tropical decor, private, lots of space for our family, washer & dryer great to have in unit, fantastic pool — loved this Waipouli condo very much!

Sunrise is nice. Oasis restaurant on location is nice but only open for dinner. South beaches by Poipu or North by Hanalei were much better for being in the water. Communication with Manager Peggy was rough. Tried calling said was too busy and to call back later. Her auto emails went to spam, questions went unanswered. Local cleaning lady Sheila was excellent. Traveled with other families who rented at same location with fewer rules (cleaning and laundry). VRBO service, cleaning, insurance fees are crazy. Would rent again if wanting to stay centrally.

This property was AMAZING and everything we were looking for when we planned our trip! It was very well appointed with anything you need, including stuff for the beach (which was very handy). From location to comfort, you CAN'T go wrong with this property. Peggy was very accessible and helpful prior to our arrival and during our stay. The accuracy of the listing was spot on and the views you see in the pictures are no exaggeration... BEAUTIFUL! We just got home and already looking forward to returning!

We stayed in this condo for 10 lovely days and really enjoyed it. It has all of the gear a family might need to go snorkeling and boogie boarding, and all of it very clean. Beach chairs too! The condo itself is also very clean and comfortable. We loved hearing the sounds of the waterfalls from the pool 24-7. The pool is also great for kids. The only thing I'd mention is that the restaurant on site is not open for breakfast or lunch, as it used to be. And, you cannot order poolside service. So, that's a bummer. But, we were able to get reservations for our last night there (definitely reserve!), and we enjoyed the food and service very much. The complex is walking distance to old Kapaa, where there is great shopping and a few art galleries. It's also conveniently across the street from Safeway. We had a great experience!

We had such a nice stay at Peggy’s place. The whole complex was perfect from the slide to the restaurant. All the other reviews were correct-the beds are amazingly comfortable! Appreciate all the efforts to the cleanliness. Overall superb place to stay.

One of the most well outfitted homes we have stayed in.. truly a home away from home. Peggy had coolers, beach chairs, glassware of all types and so much more. The location has a pool, execution beach and an oceanfront restaurant. With Safeway across the street and a gas grill we were able to make many of our own meals. Each morning we watched the sunrise and caught sight of a few whales. Will return.

My husband & I have stayed in many rental homes/condos in the past but we must admit this one was exceptional! The owner, Peggy, has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and was also very easy to communicate with the few times we had question!! The condo was beautifully appointed and had everything you needed take to the beach including beach chairs, umbrella, cooler bag, towels & even snorkel gear. The resort is right in the heart of town, centrally located on the island & the unit had a wonderful pool and ocean view. We could even walk across the street to pick up last min groceries...a bit expensive but useful when in a pinch. If we return to Kauai we will definitely be back! Highly recommend!!

Beautiful condo near Kapa’a! The grounds were beautiful, lazy River and pool area were spotless and the bar nice to have on site. The condo was very clean and comfortable with every amenity needed. The treats for us were a great surprise and appreciated! Beautiful location and we would definitely recommend for anyone and for a future stay for us. Our only “wish” to make the resort better was if the bar and restaurant opened earlier.

This is our third stay in this condo at this resort. The condo is amazing. Everything you could possibly need is included. It’s clean, comfortable, and the views are to die for.
The resort itself is magical. The grounds are immaculate and the lazy river/pool offers hours of fun and relaxation.
