Everything was above and beyond our expectations. This is the best spot we've stayed at in Kauai. Great location, beach close by. Fantastic pool and an amazing room. Top-notch all around. We will stay here again and we've recommended it to our families as well.

The location was great, grocery right across the street. On the beach great for sunrise, the Pool and hot tubs were great too. Apartment was clean and had everything you need to enjoy your stay. Our only complaint was about the furnishings: the bed and pillows really need to be replaced. A king size bed was nice, but it was not a good sleep. We're normal sized people in our 30s/40s and don't normally have back problems upon waking up. The sofa and bar stools have been sat out of cushion. The foam has collapsed. Everything still looks ok but is long in the tooth.

This condo is such a gem. The property management does a great job with communicating everything prior to arrival, including gate codes, parking & directions. The condo was well appointed and clean. The AC worked really well and my kiddo loved the large soaking tub. All of the appliances worked well during our stay and we loved the dual water slide pool and breach front location. Will definitely be back!

This was our second time staying at the Waipouli Resort and again in a privately owned condo and it was just as perfect as our first stay. We love this resort's layout of pools, beach access, and condos. Also, this is a great side of the island to stay on as it's easily accessible to everywhere. The condo had great amenities and was very clean and updated. Perfect for dining in every night or just needing a kitchen here and there. The location of the condo was great as we could easily access the pool, beach or our car for leaving for the day. The resort has a great workout area and lovely well maintained grounds. This trip it was just my husband and myself, but we could have brought our two kiddos and it would have been plenty comfortable and spacious. This place is a must-stay! For all the amenities in comparison to the price it is more than worth it! We'll be coming back to this rental for sure. We did come in the “winter” months so it was a little rainier, but still so enjoyable and worth every moment!

We had a wonderful stay at the Waipouli Beach Resort G107, 1 Bedroom Luxury Condo. I would highly recommend this condo to others. The only thing missing was a coffee pot, they had a Keurig, but we prefer the real deal. However it gave us the chance to check out Island Craves Kauai and java kai kauai. The condo had all other supplies, was well maintained and clean. The pool and beach were wonderful!!

We saw a picture of 2 beds in the room and an ocean view. The property had an ocean view, across the street but our room did not. On our receipt when we got to the property there was a small note on the bottom that there were no ocean views available. We still paid the same as if it was ocean view. That was disappointing.

We were beyond pleased with our stay and by the end of our vacation we felt like it was a second home. We have never stayed in a resort style vacation rental and this place exceeded our expectation. We explored the Island in the mornings and had plenty of time to spend a few hours at the pool in the afternoon. Our kids are pool snobs and this pool was top tier for them!

Property has great amenities, and it’s location is perfect. The unit itself needed some sprucing up. There was mold and mildew several places, and many of the towels smelled of mildew when we arrived. The main microwave is not functioning so you’re left with a very small unit. The lanai is quite small and with no view.

The resort is beautiful with manicured grounds, a sprawling pool and beach front. The photos of the view provided when I booked the rental did not reflect the unit I rented. The view was not of the courtyard. There was some greenery in our view and a busy walkway. No privacy if we had the glass door open. The AC was shut off for a day and a half due servicing during our stay. We were not informed of this at the time of the rental. The unit could use an update. The ice maker doesn’t work. The built in microwave doesn’t work. There is a small microwave on the counter for use though. Bed was very comfortable. Over all the resort is quite nice and we would come back but not rent this unit. Our friends booked from the same site and received a unit just as described. Their view of the courtyard was beautiful.

The property is wonderful. Sandy beachfront, awesome lazy river pool, kitchen, laundry, close access to the 8 mile Ke Ala Hele Makalae Path. One thing to be aware of with this property is that you are renting from a rental company and not the resort. As such, you should plan ahead if you are arriving outside of the company's business hours because they are difficult to contact when they are not in the office. Our only disappointment, which is to no fault of the host, is that you currently still have to jump through a lot of hoops to prove you do not need to quarantine. The host contacted me MANY times prior to arrival to explain the check in process and I still messed it up, which made out check in stressful. So read ALLLLLL the emails thoroughly after booking. After checking our stay was wonderful and we would be happy to recommend them as well as stay with them again.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Garden Island Properties were excellent communication with communicating what to expect and check-in/check-out procedures. They made us feel welcome. Clean property with lots of amenities, convenient location, and quiet during the week we stayed. We LOVED the pool area and beach access. I did yoga on the beach every morning and being from the mid-west, we enjoyed the East coast sunrises because we were asleep before sunset! We will return.

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. There is tons of space in the condo itself and the pool was awesome! Right next to the beach where you will likely see a seal snoozing during the day. Loved the private garden area just outside the patio door.

Beautiful location. Resort has a beautiful pool, great for kids. The room is in a great location close to the pool and can see the beach from the lanai. Room had all of amenities needed. Only complaint, bathtub did not hold water as the plug was cracked.

We stayed in several placed this trip and all were fabulous, but this was my favorite! The grounds, proximity to the ocean and shopping, the POOL! and having Happy Hour at the Oasis Restaurant could not be beat. We will return!

We were so grateful, they had extra garbage bags tp and paper towels made it nice as we wanted to get settled and then get groceries the next day. Glad we checked in first they also had a variety of spices and sauces. Our friends stayed across from us, same resort different owner they had nothing. No spices no sunscreen tv quit working.
So check in before u shop, I left a few spices and added syrup to the mix. The bed was absolutely amazing, and we always bring our own pillows, we could have definitely left those home this time. Would love to know what type of bed they have there?
The location of this condo to access the beach pool and bbqs couldn't have been better! Had our own private space outside of the bdrm slider.

Great location for first timers like us to the island. Easy drives to the North, South, and West parts of the island. Plenty of restaurants in the area, and the grocery store was a short walk away. It was also a short walk to the pool and the beach.
