This place is incredible. Right on top of the water, and has a bedroom, bathroom and pull out couch on each level. Perfect for traveling with a large group. Me and my husband brought our 4 teen daughters and let them use the upstairs level.
Another thing I love about this is the view from the loft at night. Full sky view! Highly recommend.

Wonderful view and beach access. This is the whole reason we booked this place.
We even seen a sea turtle beached here! The perfect place for a sunset every night. Beach towels are provided also so that’s nice to not have to pack the bulk.
Cons: the beds were terrible. The deck/Lenai was over crowded with furniture and made it difficult to move around.
All in all; I’d come back; but the beds won’t allow an extended stay for me…

We enjoyed it very much. It served the needs of our family. We particularly liked the balcony where we watched sea turtles swimming and the sunset over Molokai. It includes snorkel gear, which was very cool. The only downsides were the third step was broken and the dryer had trouble starting. We let them know at check in and they said they would fix it, but no one came during our stay to fix it. Otherwise, a great stay. We loved it

Over all the room was great. A little out dated and needs a lot of fixing. Kitchen needs a lot of TLC and the 3rd step as you walk up to the loft area is very loose. My husband ended up falling twice because it’s so loose.
The view of the ocean was amazing and a beautiful sight to see.

While the home was adequately cleaned and had some nice touches upon arrival, my experience with Vacasa was far from satisfactory.
The lack of air conditioning made it almost impossible to sleep comfortably, as the noise from the waves was constant and disruptive. This issue was compounded by the fact that the unit was uncomfortably hot, even with fans running.
To make matters worse, Vacasa scheduled a refrigerator delivery during our stay without proper notice. We were awoken from our sleep by a delivery person who entered the unit without our consent. The delivery took over an hour and a half, causing significant disruption to our day and vacation. During this time, their representative laid all of the blame on us for the situation, and we felt like we were being treated unfairly. Despite being promised compensation and multiple attempts to reach out to them, we were still waiting for a response at the time of this review.
I found Vacasa's representatives to be unhelpful and unsympathetic to our situation, with a complete lack of consideration for its guests. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution against booking with this company in the future.
While the home itself had some positive attributes, overall, my experience with Vacasa and this property was disappointing. I hope that by sharing my experience, others can make informed decisions and avoid the same frustrating and disappointing situation.

The pictures given on your site are expansed to give you impression of the space is larger. Sleeping seven people was trying at best. The place was well appointed, but was also well worn. The dryer worked three times and failed to work for the rest of our stay. Vacasa was called and sent out an associate to fix minor problems but had to call an appliance person to fix it. They had trouble getting a technician to fix the dryer during our stay. By the way, does the cost of your fee ,can I be compensated for not having a dryer to use for the 10 days I was out of use for the dryer? I stayed at this unit before and the picture have new and old pictures of the unit. The beach was not accessible to my wife. To access the beach, which was 5 feet down to access, was a ledge and a piece on concrete with a plastic step to the beach! This should be noted in your description because that was one of the reason we stay there. Please update. Knowing this I would have stayed elsewhere, Shame on you! I hope to hear from you, I will be VERY interested in your explanation of your lack of clarity for of information. The management told us that the erosion has been going on for YEARS! They have pictures on the building to show this! Please update pictures to show this. Hope to hear from you. Vicki and Steve

I love the oceanfront. The beds are comfy, two queens and two sofa beds (double). All 3 of our boys had their own bed which was a plus. This is a smaller boutique condo complex but i really enjoyed it. I stayed in Jan so no need for AC , but in summers may be too hot. Can’t beat the turtles on the beach or the whales from the lanai. Loved it.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. The view is just breathtaking. The only “negative” comments are that the condo wasn’t stocked too well for the beach. There was a supply of some chairs and broken boogie boards down by the laundry room that we happened to notice but that was shared by the whole complex. We brought our own snorkel gear from home. The other issue was that the dryer in our condo wasn’t hooked up correctly so when we ran it, it filled the upstairs with the heat from the dryer running.
But, other than that, it was absolutely perfect! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

We loved the view at this condo! It is beautiful! We also loved that each of our kids could have their own space. However, as others have mentioned, the screens need to be replaced, and some upgrades made (couch dirty, holes in master sliding door, and a cabinet coming off the hinges). It is not as pristine as the pictures lead one to believe. Also, the washing machine did not work and when we called in advance to our stay to see if it was fixed - we received no contact in return and we told them we would like to consider other options with a washing machine. We asked if they could at least give us extra towels, which they did not. I almost went and bought towels because of this combined with the quality of the ones left for us. We also had to buy things like hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and salt and pepper. For the amount we paid for our stay, you would expect better. Also, the manager of the building said everyone was to vacate on Sunday because they were re-roofing the building and all tenants were to be out. Our reservation was through Monday which he luckily allowed us to stay our final night. We couldn’t park where we had been because dumpsters were being delivered but were thankful we were one of two people who got to stay Sunday night. With all that said, with some small investments/improvements this condo could be five stars!

We loved staying at this beautiful condo. It was more than enough space for 6 of us. The condo had everything we needed for our stay like beach towels and a cooler. The view is amazing and the decor was cute and helped add to the vibes. Everything was extremely clean when we arrived. We will be back for sure!

The condo has severe ant infestation no matter how diligent we are with keeping garbage thrown away and food items off counters. We woke up late one night to a large cockroach in the hallway. The washer is broken and no one informed us prior to checkin. The door in bottom room has holes poked into the "screen". The screen door leading out to the balcony from lower bedroom is broken so we refuse to attempt to open it. Even a large hole in the lower room window screen that birds kept trying to come in. I'm 100% disappointed in this rental and this is our 4th time visiting the islands so we know what to expect. We reached out for help with our concerns and we were only contacted back less than 24 hours before the end of our trip. WAY TOO LATE to rectify things. Only thing that would make us feel better about the experience would be a refund.

Property was clean and well maintained. Rules were not excessive and politely enforced. We will definitely be staying at this location again.
