Beautifully furnished condo with stunning views overlooking the Old Blue Golf course. Kitchen was well-supplied and the King sized bed was very comfortable. Wailea Ekolu is beautifully situated close to the Shops of Wailea and very close to fabulous swimming beaches.

The view and the location of the property was great. The cleanliness of the unit was less than adequate. It appears there have been no updates since the unit was built. The carpet is stained and dirty, the living room lights look like they have never been cleaned, the draperies are old and dirty, and the furniture is old and very stained and dirty(we were very uncomfortable sitting on the furniture). We would recommend not staying in this unit.

This condo is well located, with view on the golf course and the sea. It’s gorgeous. However, it is quite noisy. The inconvenience of staying on a golf club is the sound of lawn mowers and edge cutting loud equipment, every single morning between 6:30 and 8:30. Not a pleasant noise to wake up to. The condo was well equipped, but it was fairly dated, and I only gave a 3 stars overall because of poor cleaning. Bathrooms were good, but the carpets were stained and looked really dirty. We found a few dead insects when we moved in. But we still enjoyed the location, close to shops and the beach, with beautiful scenery.

This place was a mess. We took pictures to document that we didn't stain the carpet, walls and drapes. Light fixtures had bugs in them, bathroom fan does not work, front door has a hydraulic closer, that slams it shut..could take a finger off. Two old wall banger AC units can't keep the unit cool. It is dirty and needs a total remodel. Other units in the complex were nice. Do not rent 304! Nice view, comfortable bed..that's it.

The location of this condo was great - it is an easy walk to the beach. Lots of upscale shops - dinning options close by. The condo was clean and quiet - everything we needed was there. The condo was just a little dated but I was ok with that especially since my husband and I sat on the deck sipping our coffee watching the whales go by! Property manager on top of his game - so appreciate that. We will be staying here again

Two full bathrooms worked great, hide a bed is too small for 2 adults but we made do. Kitchen was adequately stocked with appliances and utensils we needed and used. The Condo was a bit dated but fully functional. Propane gas grill was a very short walk from unit, like new, worked great. The only small downside is the close proximity to a golf green on the Wailea golf course. Greenskeepers mowed the green every morning and 5:00 AM (still dark outside). On the positive side, ocean views from the patio/lanai were unobstructed & beautiful. Very little golfer activity.

Loved the location, layout, deck and complex, but really needs to be updated. Nothing major, but cabinet doors don’t all shut, could be a little better appointed. Wine glasses, etc. it seems like no updates have ever been done. Washer and dryer were great…but property is rough around the edges.

This condo was such an ideal place to stay in Maui. It's spacious, has all the amenities you could ask for, and best of all - the view in absolutely incredible. Basically it's exactly as it appears to be from the photos and description. I'd be very happy to stay there again.

If you are looking for great sunsets, this is the place for you. I'd call it a 3.5/4 star property with a 5 star view. Unit was nice & quiet, and showers had great water pressure. Unit has 2 full bathrooms. Plenty of towels, and beach equipment. Eating meals & having coffee on the Lanai was fantastic. Inside needs a little TLC, but overall was fine. Would suggest a kitchen upgrade (new cabinets, caulk window to outside...). We very much enjoyed out stay here, and found it reasonably priced --especially for this area. Unit would benefit by having a welcome folder containing recommendations on places to visit and restaurant/beach recommendations. (Such info. was freely given when asked, but having a folder would be better.)

This condo was exceptional! It was clean, comfortable and the view of the golf course and ocean were perfect! We could watch the sunset every night from our lanai. The owners were very good with communication as well. Everything was perfect! Highly recommend!!

This condo was perfect in about every aspect: clean, spacious, and a well-appointed kitchen. We especially loved the lanai, offering a great view of the ocean. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sunset after a busy day of exploring the island!

This was truly like a home away from home…except it was on Maui! Perfect location for golfing, shopping, walking to the beach, relaxing, etc. the host was excellent and so wonderful to work with. This was just an amazing vacation!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 days and it was the perfect spot. The view from the lanai was stunning and the location was close to shops and beaches (walking distance). We also went on morning runs which was lovely. We also loved that even though it was close to many shops/beaches/restaurants, the actual place was still very quiet and calming. A big plus were the washer/dryers in unit and AC - these made our stay even better especially for staying on the island for a longer period of time. It was super convenient to be able to wash our laundry after beach days.
Brian was very accommodating and answered any questions very promptly. We will forsure rebook with him if we’re ever in Maui again!

my family and I came for 4 days and had a great time. The views from the Lanai are fantastic and the condo is close to everything. The kids loved the pool and we appreciated the beach chairs and coolers. We would stay here again. The only thing that i didnt see in the condo was a "book" with all the area info, pool location and check out instructions.

This condo was in a great location. Has a large comfortable lanai to watch the beautiful Maui sunsets. The views were amazing. It is a 5-minute walk to Wailea Shops and a beautiful walking path along the waterfront in Wailea.

Brian was super friendly, responsive, and helpful with our stay from beginning to end. Property was very comfortable for a laid-back holidays—showing age but lovingly maintained and thoughtfully stocked. Lanai was a comfortable place to hang out, very nice view over golf course, the ocean and islands. Very convenient location. Adjacent to golf, walking; tennis club nearby. Enjoyed tremendously.
