Let me just say the view is everything! Complex is quiet (aside from some daytime mowing or nearby construction which didn’t bother us at all, especially if you’re out during the day), place is spacious, fully stocked with kitchen and beach supplies, and management is responsive and accommodating. Nearby shops, restaurants, and beaches are walkable and/or a short drive away. We had three of us working a couple days with video calls and had no issue with WiFi. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. Mahalo!

We had a great four day stay at Wailea Ekolu 906. It was great having two bedrooms and baths, and laundry. The kitchen was fully stocked. Nice view from the deck. The a/c was a little weak, but ceiling fans helped. The beds were comfy. Lots of towels which was great. Beach towels and chairs provided. Cheap Uber ride to the local beaches, which beat fighting for parking. Definitely recommend.

Some of the family members also stayed at this location near the wedding venue. Beautiful area, golf course views. Clean comfortable 2 bedroom unit upstairs. Nicely decorated.

Great location in Wailea above the Shops and ocean walk. Beautiful view of the ocean!! Condo was dated and deck is in the sun in the afternoon, but we did enjoy our stay.

Amazing ocean and sunset views from this unit. I'd highly recommend this rental during holiday time because you can see the great view of the fireworks from the porch. The beds were comfortable and very clean. Would love to stay here again.

We loved the gorgeous views from the wide balcony. The condo was well-appointed, including the kitchen, and within walking distance of Ulua Beach (great snorkeling) and the path to all the Wailea beaches, and a short drive to the Makena/Maluaka area (some beaches with fantastic snorkeling, some with strong surf). The grounds were manicured and flowers abounded along the walking paths in the Wailea Ekolu complex. We did not use the pool, but one was within a short walk of unit 906. The condo also provided a dry, safe spot to watch the dramatic hurricane-force winter storms that came through during our stay.

Absolutely loved this place! Clean unit, very responsive property management, lovely area with easy walk / drive to beaches and restaurants. Enjoyed coffee every morning and sunsets in the evening on the private lanai. Did not want to leave, and would pick this exact unit for any return trips to Maui.

Really loved the condo, great location. Excellent amenities. My only issue was with the golf course maintenance every morning. Not a huge issue but starting work at 5:45am was a bit early. I do not know the agreement that the association has with the golf course, but the noise before dawn was a bit much. However, overall very happy. Thank you!

Nicely upgraded property with stunning views. A/c in living area insufficient for size of room, so room was uncomfortably warm. Management and owner addressed the problem to our satisfaction.

Was using the information received in advance can be easily and check in, in room environment is so clean. Refrigerators, dishwashers, water purifiers that contains the equipment needed to life, including induction, is equipped with. And a towel and disposable products are also very well organized are comfortable using it.
The swimming pool was nice, too. It was kept clean and I had a great time. The barbecue place was also prepared cleanly, but I haven't used it.
Overall, I am satisfied that the complex itself is clean and well managed, and I think I will choose this place for my next visit.

Very nice unit, I've stayed in several nearby and this one is not the best but certainly not the worst. Could use a renovation in the future. Towels were quite worn and there weren't very many, I had to go purchase some extra dish towels and wash cloths as there was only one dish towel in the kitchen. Bed sheets were all nice and clean however master bedroom blankets and pillow covers had what appeared to be makeup smeared on a few small areas, so hadn't been cleaned between guests. Overall, very nice, quiet and clean. Very much miss the BBQ on the lanai, unit owners and management should be fighting to have those allowed as it surely diminishes the rental value.

The view was outstanding - but the condo was not what we expected. The water didn’t really work in the very dated master shower. This unit for the price we paid needs to be updated. I don’t feel like the pictures represented what we got.
