Beautiful, well-maintained condo. Clean, tidy, nice furnishings, well stocked kitchen, including ice packs in the freezer (a big help!). Large lanai with a fantastic view. Only suggestion would be a king size bed in the master bedroom. Overall, thank you for a wonderful stay!

It’s no wonder this condo has only 5 star reviews! We had the most magical stay here - the views from the lanai are spectacular, the condo is incredibly well-appointed (including all of the beach/snorkel gear you’d want!), and had plenty of room for our family. Bill and Cathy provided so many helpful recommendations for eating, playing, and exploring in their guestbook too - making planning our days on the ground so much easier.
The check-in/out process was seamless, and the location is also perfect for adventuring in all directions. Don’t hesitate to book! We will be doing it again ourselves :)

Posted pictures could never do the beauty of this home justice. We enjoyed using the full force of the kitchen, from the outdoor grill to the extensive platterware to the necessary morning cup of coffee. The beach gear provided in the house was fun, easy to use and allowed for us to focus on adventuring. Bill’s instructions were clear and he was always available to assist when we had questions. And the new air conditioning system was a nice touch for warm, still summer nights. The property itself is super clean and beautiful. It's is hard to capture the beauty and calmness of the view in the pictures online. The property is spacious and 1st class, Host provides lots of the items for a day at the beach for both adults and kids. Short drive to lots of restaurants and shops in Hanalie wich are all local/independent. We loved this place and when we make it back to Kauai this will be where we stay

We had a great experience staying at this condo. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the views are amazing! The balcony faces east, and every morning we were treated to a great sunrise overlooking Anini Beach and the Kilauea Lighthouse. There's also a trail nearby that leads down a hill to an awesome beach.
The wifi was fast and worked great for working remotely. The unit is on the top floor so it can get a bit warm in the afternoon, but plenty of fans are provided. There's also an ample supply of sunscreen and beach toys that was great to have.
Overall we had a great stay and would definitely return.

My memories of the beautiful sunrise will stay with me forever. The beds are comfortable, the decor is tropical and tasteful. Our family loved staying here and it was hard to leave. The was a beautiful condo with a stunning view. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking including a few pantry items such as spices and condiments in the fridge. We appreciated the provided coolers and ice so we could keep food cold as we traveled to other parts of the island during the day. The host provided directions to a beach within walking distance where we saw a seal on one of our visits! The host was fantastic and provided recommendations as requested and was quick to respond to questions before and during our visit. This is definitely a property I will return to in future visits to Princeville.

My actual rating is 6 out of 5 stars, for the exceptional hospitality and excellent communication of the host/owner (Bill); for the amazing views of the north shore and its colorful sunrises and sunsets, for the wonderful location and its close proximity to magical beaches, bountiful opportunities to snorkel (and yes, there are in fact giant sea turtles), scrumptious restaurants, and quaint local shopping in nearby areas like Hanelei; for the beautiful condo which was as-close-to-perfection as you can get with a fully stocked kitchen (great for those who like to cook), spacious living room w/ a huge flatscreen smart tv and panoramic views of the ocean, a balcony with enough chairs and open space to sit, kick up one’s feet, and enjoy the postcard view of the Kauai north shore while sipping drinks or enjoying a morning omelette with the entire family; for the sweet dreams and good nights rest in the spacious and luxurious bedrooms (each w/ flatscreen tvs) and windows that allow the cool ocean breeze to blanket oneself in comfort before waking up to the sounds of the ocean waves and the crowing of roaming roosters. Our host Bill paid great attention to detail to make the living accommodations comfortable, convenient (stocked with all the beach equipment that one needs for any excursion), and fun. He compiled a list of great suggestions for everything to do from the best beaches, restaurants, farmers markets, and even activities all the way down to ATV tours and helicopter rides. My family and I are so grateful to have had the magical opportunity to stay at this incredible slice of Heaven. Thanks Bill for making our trip to Kauai absolutely unforgettable.

Our stay was amazing it was close to everything you need. The beach trail takes you to this fantastic beach where you can snorkel and see colored coral and sea life. I'll start by saying that it's hard to summarize perfection. If you are looking for an amazing unit on the Northern side of Kauai, look no further. This condo was everything and more than we expected. While the pictures online are beautiful, I don't think they do the condo justice. We were blown away when we walked in to the view that greeted us upon entering the condo. This condo is perfectly outfitted with high end everything - and it's absolutely impeccably clean. The furniture and overall room setup were ideal for our family of 5. And this unit is BIG, which was wonderful and allows everyone plenty of space to spread out. The linens were fantastic and the beds super comfortable. We were super appreciative of the beach equipment Bill provides in this unit (chairs, beach wagon, boogie boards, towels, and umbrella). We brought our own snorkel equipment but if you don't have your own, this unit offers a selection of every size mask/snorkel/fin you would need. Bill and his wife Cathy have literally thought of every detail in this condo and really went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Bill was incredibly helpful in the lead up to our trip and provided detailed information about everything from check in and directions to restaurant and activity recommendations. Bill is a fabulous communicator and responded almost immediately to various questions I sent his way. We had the pleasure of meeting his wife while we were there, as well, and she was just as lovely and kind. I also cannot say enough about the location on the island. Princeville is minutes from Hanalei and close to Haena State Park and Kilauea. In short, it's perfect. Truly a five star experience. We will definitely be back!

Everything in the condo was top notch. We were very comfortable and spent a lot of time on the Lanai enjoying the gorgeous views of the ocean and sunrises in the morning. Coffee time in the morning and cocktail hour in the evening was the best!! But of course all the nearby beaches, restaurants and shopping were so much fun. Loved this place so much!

I have been coming to Kauai for many years and this is the best unit I have ever stayed in, hands down. The views of the reef, ocean and lighthouse are spellbinding and the outdoor deck is a super cool place to chill. The interior is upscale with a beautiful kitchen and large living spaces and it has everything you need and more. The 2 master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are wonderful and third half bath by the kitchen comes in very handy. Great location to embark on the various awesome adventures which await you on the island or head to Hanalei and enjoy some excellent food and adult beverages just minutes away. There is a also a Foodland in the neighborhood if you wish to cook at home (nice bbq included). The walk to secret Sea Lodge Beach is easy and you can look for turtles in the little bay. Having a terrific host who communicates quickly makes this vaca totally carefree. Easy parking and lots of beach toys and chairs, etc. for your beach life are available just add reef-safe sun screen and you are ready to roll. This place will spoil you...and, you will NEVER forget the view...and, CAUTION, you may not want to go back home!

We booked this Ocean view unit based on the reviews and pictures for our Christmas vacation in Kauai and it certainly did not disappoint. First and foremost, the pictures are amazing but being there was absolutely more incredible. The hosts Bill and Cathy have made available this meticulously clean and welcoming place in paradise. From the time of booking, Bill was always in constant contact if I had any questions and/or concerns as well as providing recommendations for any activities, restaurants, things to do in Kauai, etc. Everything you could ever need or use at the beaches are provided in the unit such as coolers, beach chairs, and umbrellas to name a few. The ocean is always audible and visible from most all the rooms and made sleeping more blissful. The condo is fully stocked for all your cooking needs and parking is conveniently located just downstairs from the unit in the driveway. My wife and 3 little ones had the most enjoyable vacation in a long time staying in this condo. I would definitely stay here again when we return to Kauai!

My wife and I spent a week at this property in September 2021. The photos do not properly reflect this property. Whatever you want or need (within reason, of course) is there. The views are outstanding. The ocean breezes are refreshing. And, the rainbows are gorgeous. The overall location is really good, too. We have rented other properties on the North shore on previous trips, but this one outshines the others. Communicating with Bill was a pleasure throughout. His responses were always super quick to any question we had, and even if we just wanted to exchange quick thoughts about the North shore. This was a very pleasurable rental experience, and we look to working with Bill and Cathy again in the future.

There are three things that can make a rental a dream or a dud. They are the location, the property itself and then the owners you deal with. This rental is a 'home-run' in every area.
The location in Princeville with spectacular views throughout the house, a great beach to hike to and close to Hanalei is world class. The home is beautifully configured, decorated and extremely well appointed. The kitchen has everything any chef would need to make the perfect meal.
Bill and Kathy are incredible. They provided exceptional and quick communication on everything from the initial booking throughout the stay. They provided a generous welcome basket and provided great tips on what to do and where to go. My wife and I have been going to Kauai for over 30 years and I have to say, this is the best location we've experienced.

This place was even better than we expected! The view is incredible, the amenities were awesome and the host was friendly and easy to communicate with. The beach is a 10 min walk from your door with boogie boards and chairs and toys available to take with you. The place was clean and spacious and beautifully decorated. We feel so blessed to have had the opportunity to stay at this wonderful location in this beautiful place. The property was beautiful from the moment you enter the custom copper door that opens to a welcoming shared entry with another upstairs unit. It was so clean, pristine, and the light from the skylight on the stairs was so welcoming. Upon entering we received wine and chocolate and it was immediately obvious the care that had been taken by everyone to create this very unique experience. The space was voluminous, the details intentional, the windows many all with an amazing view, and fully stocked with everything you could need or want. So very clean not a grain of sand on the floor anywhere. You felt comfortable like you were at home but a bit more pampered. The view from the private ocean view unit was absolutely breathtaking and you could see it from every room in the house. The breeze coming through the windows from the cross ventilation was refreshing and you could hear the surf, birds, chickens, and crickets outside. It was magical. My daughter cried when we had to leave as she loved her bedroom with the skylight, attached bath, huge closet, and deck with tremendous mountain views. Thanks so much for sharing this with us. My younger daughter got her own queen-sized bed to sleep on in the very comfy "murphy bed" in the living room. She could not have been happier not to have to share with anyone or have to listen to anyone snore. Boogie boards included. You can't go wrong...book this now. We will be back.

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The place is amazing. So much room to spread out. A huge great room, dining and kitchen area. High ceilings and windows everywhere. Absolutely full of light and so well appointed.
The furniture is high end and impeccably maintained. Flat screens through out with an Apple TV with access to entertainment in all rooms.
The kitchen is completely dialed with everything you would need to cook and entertain. Just like you are at home. Washer and dryer is right in the unit but hidden in the giant entry bathroom.
The furniture is high end. The owners clearly have pride of ownership and they had the coolest Murphy bed that looks like a cabinet for extra sleeping space.
The best part is the lanai because it overlooks the ocean with 300 degree view of the ocean and coastline. I pretty much lived out there on the new patio furniture enjoying coffee and the view. Similar view from the master bedroom.
Owners also had beach equipment, snorkel gear, etc. All really nice stuff.
There is nothing to want for with this place. It's completely high end and turnkey. We will be coming back!!!!!
