We've been coming to the Papakea Resort for several years now but this is the first time in F310. We have to say this is the most beautiful unit with it's corner location and incredible view out of all windows. The unit was modern and clean. It was even stocked with some laundry detergent pods when we were so accustomed to bringing it from home. Only thing it could use is some bbq tools. Otherwise, perfect!

We have stayed approximately 30 times at Papakea over the years and this unit F310 was the best one. The upgrades and cleanliness were 10+. A smoke detector started chirping one day and Aloha Vacation rentals had their maintenance person call us and immediately and let us disconnect. Then of course it was replaced the next day. Papakea is our favorite place on Maui and this unit is by far the best!! Highly recommend Aloha Vacation Rentals with Tina to book your next paradise vacation!! The sad part is the are already booked for 3 weeks next May. Hurry if you want the best of the best.

This was our 2nd or 3rd stay in unit f310 and found every stay a pleasant experience. The unit is extremely well stocked and being located on the corner of the building you have double ocean views. Whale watching from your room is added benefit. We would definitely want to stay in this condo again.

Very good location. Condo was adequate size for me and my husband. Fear the ocean was beautiful. There really wasn’t a usable beach right in front of the resort, but it was only a few steps away if you actually wanted to go to the beach. My only negative, and these are extremely minor, is that the shower was smaller than it looked in the pictures, so it made it a little tight. The other minor negative was it was extremely hot when we came into the condo and it took quite a while for it to cool down and be comfortable. I know the reasoning behind, not having the air conditioning on, but it was quite uncomfortable after arriving when we have been traveling all day long. Again, these are very minor things and it would not prohibit me from staying here again. Otherwise, our stay was great!!

We have been staying at Papakea for almost 30 years and this unit, F-310, is the most beautifully remodeled, furnished and appointed condo we have stayed in here. Our only disappointment was that it was not whale season - the ocean-front location is unbeatable for enjoying whales, dolphins, outrigger canoes, surfers, paddle boarders and wind/kite surfers directly in front of the unit. The view up the coast is also wonderful, as is watching and hearing the nightly torch lighting and conch blowing at sunset. F-310 is truly a beautiful condo in beautiful Papakea on beautiful Maui. We loved it!

This Property was EXACTLY as described. The upgrades recently done were fabulous! This condo had everything you could have possibly wanted.
Restaurants and Beach were just a short walk.
The view from the Lanai was spectacular and the Hawaiian Sunsets did not disappoint!
We had a problem with our fridge when we got there. I called Tina and we were able to resolve it quickly. She was very responsive!
I would highly recommend this property and hope this particular unit is available when we return and we WILL return!

We stayed at this property for 11 nights, and it does not disappoint. The views in every direction are absolutely stunning! The unit renovation is beautiful and very well appointed. You have everything you need, and a little bit more. Perfect for a relaxing getaway.

This waterfront condo is in a beautiful location, loud waves crashing right outside the lanai. While the kitchen is very well stocked (14 coffee mugs, ramekins, baking tools), the condo lacks beach chairs, and only provides 2 beach towels. We found that odd, given that most people would prefer beach over baking? The couches have seen better days. There are picture hooks hanging on walls without pictures. It’s these little details that make this place worthwhile, but it could be exceptional with some thought put into the smaller details.

This condo is a perfect place for a getaway vacation!
It's inside a resort so you have access to facilities like barbecue, pools and jacuzzi, yet it's less crowded than a typical "resort hotel". It's quiet inside the resort, but the location is not isolated. Just outside the resort there is a food truck park and plenty of shops and stores for food, groceries and rentals for beach / water activities.
The view of the condo is spectacular!! Direct ocean view is good enough and the wrap-around lanai is good plus! Because the ocean-view side is facing west you basically have fantastic sunset view every evening. The condo is well maintained and very clean. You have everything you need if you want to cook your own food. I also find it super handy to have the washer and dryer in unit.
