We loved the location and amenities. Towels need to be replaced. Some are stained and the majority of them have an odor. Needs painting and some updating. The furniture is outdated and worn. The AC in one of the bedrooms went out and they responded very quickly and replaced the unit. Would we stay here again, yes if it was updated.

The only good thing about the unit is its location. The unit was in bad condition; the furniture was outdated and beaten up, and there was so much dust and dirt everywhere. The bathrooms were dirty, the kitchen was falling apart, and many pots and pans were unusable. The patio was never cleaned and we couldn't use it. We had a cleaning crew return two times to remove dirt and grime. I would never return to this place and would not recommend it to anyone

Too many wasps on the lanai. Wife is deathly afraid of them, so laundry was a no-go, which is in a closet out on the lanai. Need new shower head in master bath too. Otherwise very spacious and nice! Fantastic location for us!

We had a very nice stay at the Grand Champions in Wailea. We were able to walk to restaurants, shops, and the beaches. The Island Gourmet Market was an added location bonus - especially when we were heading to the beach for the day!

The apartment is spacious, clean and in a great location. It's on the third floor with no elevator access so be mindful if traveling with a heavy load or older folk. It's a bit dated but everything was clean, functional and enjoyable (although it would have been nice to have more couch space). Definitely recommend!

We have stayed at Grand Champions before. We love the area. It’s a beautiful and lush area, and the condo property is nice and beautiful. The property was great, and has a great balcony. It was also really nice to have access to all beach supplies. Also great communication.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer gepflegten Anlage. Sie war in einem guten Zustand und auch sauber. Die Betten waren bequem. Es gab ausreichend Handtücher und Strandsachen. Fussläufig erreicht man das Shoppingcenter. Man kann auch zum Strand zu Fuss gehen, wir sind aber immer an unterschiedliche Strände mit dem Auto gefahren.

We love staying here. It is close walk to the Shops at Wailea, where our children can safely walk on their own to grab snacks and shop. There are several places to eat within walking distance. The pool at the condo is a good break from the beach, which is 5 minutes away via car. The condo is fully stocked with beach gear. We never have to bring a thing. Will be booking again next year.

We have stayed at many grand champion condos over the past 40 years and this one, #5 was excellent. Two master suites were perfect for two couples. It was a large unit , very clean and organized and Robert from the Vallet Isle Team was extremely helpful.

Our condo was in the perfect location. Close to everything. It had an amazing collection pool and beach equipment from chairs to coolers to toys to dig in the sand:) nice kitchen and big room for watching tv and eating. My only problem with the condo was it’s on the 3rd floor and no elevator.

We had a Great stay in Wailea. Directions to the unit need some tweaking. We had a time finding it. The location is okay but the unit needs some major updating and it was not as clean as we would have liked. The master bath vanity had spills that had not been cleaned off. There were condiments left in the refrigerator. The blinds on the patio had several slats missing. Overall, I’d give this place a 2.5 of 5. We would probably stay elsewhere next time.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property was clean and the property management company was good to deal with. We were impressed with the many amenities the unit has available as well. There’s definitely a bit of an ant issue but it did improve after the sprayers came.
I share the same frustration that some of the other reviewers had with the pool. There’s a very nice and large pool with a hot tub that we were told we couldn’t use by the security guard if our kids were with us. It’s the “quiet pool”. Every time I walked past that pool there was no one in it and it was just a few people sitting on the side. We stuck with the “kid pool” but I’ve never been to a place in all my years that discriminates against age when it comes to pools. It would be good to see this kind of treatment stop.
All in all, a very good trip and a unit we all really enjoyed.

Overall our family of five enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean except for the patio area near the a/c units and the former mini-kitchen area in the master bedroom needed a good scrubbing and paint job. The beds were really comfy but the bedding, especially the pillows, really needs replacing. The bath towels too were old but clean. The unit was nicely stocked with beach gear and chairs. It is also really spacious.

We enjoyed this condo so much. It's very spacious, in a quiet neighborhood, very relaxing, and has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. There are several beautiful beaches nearby with public parking. It doesn't have an ocean view but is close enough. We definitely would love to come back in the future and stay even longer!

This is the second time we have stayed in this Condo and it did not disappoint. The condo is located in a very nice area and is very quite. The Condo was very clean and full of extra amenities. We took advantage of the many kitchen items and grill at the pool. The Condo was loaded with boogie boards, beach chairs, towels, coolers, and umbrella's which we used often. It was clean and perfect for our family of 7 (1st time) and family of 5 (2nd time). The next time we go back to Maui we will try and reserve this condo again.

We had a great stay at this condo. Great location in Wailea. Right in the heart of all the South Maui experiences. Condo was as advertised. Very clean. Beds comfortable. Guests with mobility issues should be aware that the condo is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. So there is a lot of going up and down stairs to get to and from the condo unit.
