We enjoyed our stay in Kapa'a, and with the condo's location we loved looking out the doors at the beautiful ocean. The condo was very clean, and well taken care of. We would love to stay in this unit on a return trip. Booking was very easy, and the host had thought of everything, from welcome nuts and candy, to a list of restaurants we might want to visit!

Great view of the beach and ocean! Place was updated and very clean, loved the palm tree theme. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The bakery across the street the best! Only downfall was being on a busy street/highway.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The big sell for us was the lanai overlooking the beach. Just perfect. The place is clean enough and had everything we needed. It's a little lived-in, which actually made it all the more conducive to relaxing, just like home. The pool is nice. We grilled one night in the area next to it, and we enjoyed some swimming and lounging. The location is ideal, being centrally located with access to many beaches north, south and in-between. There are shops and such walkably nearby. We did have two minor issues - I emailed the property manager and got no response. (The guy who manages the outside was around and attentive - appreciated him.) We'd return for sure!

This is our third trip to Kauai and first time staying near Kapa'a. The view from the lanai is nice although one doesn't see sunrise or sunset. Mark the condo manager was helpful.

This place was clean and came with all the amenities you could ask for. There was plenty of cleaning supplies for the laundry and dishes. The kitchen was stocked with all necessary appliances and dishes. There were also chairs and beach towels that were perfect for the beach just outside the property. The property is centrally located, so getting to all excursions was no more that 45 minutes. We felt safe at the property and the staff were friendly.

Perfect couple getaway. Room was clean. Close access to the beach and it was super clean. Management was awesome to work with. Very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. It was located in the middle of the north and south side of the island, so trips to those areas were easy. Not a lot of people everywhere. Excellent vacation.

Love the location and taking coffee on the lanai overlooking the bay every morning. A/C in the bedroom was excellent as it was pretty warm and humid for early December. There are some 'campers' in the beach parking lot but they were fairly quiet and kept to themselves. The location is great and we love staying in Kapa'a as it is very central and the north, south and west sides are easily accessible. The bay is great for a quick dip or body surf, but the surf can get aggressive depending on weather and swell. There is an outside rinse station so you don't track sand or mud up the stairs. We had a couple minor issues and they were handled super-quickly by maintenance. Highly recommend this unit.

The view was more impressive than the online photo. The little beach in the photo is calm, very swimmable, and never has more than a couple of people or families. The property is close to the main road, so you did get some road noise when on the patio, but it was very minor. The sounds of the water drowned out almost everything. The kitchen kept out food costs at a very reasonable level. We made a great choice!

There is a beautiful beach view from balcony but unfortunately in this view includes homeless and tents along with a rundown resort next door. AC is only in bedroom and lasts about 12 hours before it alarms out because it requires dumping water. It was addressed by Maint, but we had 2 hot nights out of 4, 2nd and last night. If you like AC, I do not recommend. If you like having widows and patio door open with warm humid air blowing through on occasion and lots of street noise then you will enjoy. Location near restaurants and shopping is a plus. I could not locate a blender even though it was stated they had one when I asked. The place is clean and the shower was very nice. Pool extremely cold now in winter since the sun not fully exposed to it during this time of year. We ate on the lanai which was nice. Definitely too hot to eat indoors. Very clean common areas, pool baths and beautiful landscaping. I wish I could give it a 5, but when your sleep is impacted by heat, I just cannot do it.

Overall nice property, typical of Kauai's vacation rental apartments we've stayed at the past 20 years. All in all, a good property for two adults that can handle 3rd floor stairs for a week in Kauai and within walking distance to everything.
But....
Portable air conditioner's compressor in Bedroom was cutting out before reaching desired temperature and there was no air conditioning in Living room (It was humid and hot for a mid November stay) and the two ceiling fans in unit are undersized for the job they had to do.
Note: This unit overlooks the homeless beach..... but their activities were quite entertaining to say the least.

This unit is very clean, comfortable, and has a great view of the Lanai. The bed is VERY comfortable. My husband was totally intrigued with the history of the property next door. It's so sad to see some properties still in bad shape from a hurricane in the early 90's. Waimea Canyon is a MUST SEE. Poipu was very nice to the South. The beaches and quaint towns to the North are a treat. We spent a couple days watching the surfing that was going on. Just a perfect vacation.

The bed was comfy, the A/C in the bedroom was great, the view was mesmerizing. We didn't mind the ruins of the Coco Palms and Seashell Restaurant, especially after knowing the history. The location was great for us, as this was our first visit to this island and we wanted to stay central to north and south. Mark, the facilities guy, was super nice to talk with and keeps the property beautiful. Mahalo!

This unit is very comfortable and is in a great location- about half way from either end of the island. Well stocked, including beach chairs & umbrella and some other beach items. The view is stunning, and the beach is just a short walk away. We didn't use the pool, but it looked very inviting.

The place was great and clean, and the location was better than expected with a lot of businesses close and easy to walk to. Passion Cafe just across the street was great for breakfast, and Lava Lava Beach Club a short walk away felt like a hidden gem even though it was on a resort. It’s a shame that the property next door, which is in the front of the view from the lanai, is so rundown and overgrown, but someone was there chopping down weeds during our stay so hopefully that will change. Looked like it was a nice beach club long ago.

Our time at this rental was excellent. The location was ideal for our visit to the island as it was a perfect midpoint to everything. The rental itself was great. Very clean, the lanai was amazing, and our bed was extremely comfortable! There did appear to be a homeless person living down below on the beach and a few "sketchy" people, but we never felt in danger or uncomfortable. Just, not necessarily the beach you may want to stroll around as there are other more comfortable and beautiful beaches just down the street. That being said, the view was incredible and being on the third floor we never felt unsafe. I would stay here in a heartbeat again if we ever were to come back. There is a great bakery across the street that we visited often. The rental seemed to have everything, even snorkel gear, beach shoes, chairs, hats, etc for beach visiting which saved us the hassle of renting equipment. My only small suggestion to the rental is to have a first aid kit. I got cut up at the beach pretty bad snorkeling and there were no bandaids or anything in the rental to use for simple cuts. Otherwise, loved it!

We were looking for a centralized location for hiking and beach access and it served us well. We most enjoyed the deck and the view. It was also very well equipped with beach chairs and snorkel sets. The pool was too cold for us so we didn’t use it. There are lots of places to eat nearby.

The condo was very nicely decorated and furnished and well stocked with pots & pans, dishes and utensils plus beach chairs and snorkeling equipment, even an ice chest. The location was excellent with an awesome view of Wailua Bay and close to shopping and restaurants. The entire facility is very well maintained and secure with video surveillance cameras. Cindy at Premier Kauai Vacation Rentals (Management Company) was extremely helpful in arraigning our early check-in and activating a new door code. We loved our stay!

The unit is exactly as described and the property manager was very responsive by both phone and messaging. The location is perfect to accommodate visits to both north and south ends of the island without lengthy drives. Highly recommended.

This condo is just as advertised. The kitchen is well-stocked! It had everything we looked for including plenty of pots, salad spinner and olive oil! Such a joy for foodies like us. The lanai was roomy and overlooks a popular site for wing surfing. So much fun to watch the surfers take off. We walked on the next door beach and enjoyed watching the kids learn to surf here. The malasadas at Paradise are so good. (Passion Fruit are the best but try the Ube too!) All in all a great stay.

We loved our visit to Wailua! So much to do within walking distance from this special place! We enjoyed snorkeling, kayaking, hiking, various beaches, and delicious food right from our doorstep!
