We arrived at the accommodation unit and encountered dirty towels. My wife went in to take a shower and on the mirror we saw a "f*** y**" caption with steam.... apparently they didn't clean the mirror like they didn't clean the towels. We couldn't get permission to leave the accommodation earlier despite everything. Not recommended at all.

Overall great place to stay at while in Kauai. Only downfall was owner didn’t notify of the scaffolding outside the balcony so had to close the shutters for privacy with workers outside. The check in time and check out time are as stated. No flexibility.

Great place to stay. Everything they claimed was delivered. Only problem was the check-in where a misspelling of our last name caused confusion. There are two resorts and both claimed we didn’t have reservations until the mistake was discovered.

Only suggestion would be to update the coffee machine so we can buy more coffee? Keurig would be easier. Otherwise Excellent and Comfortable

I got this place for friends who were staying here. They were very impressed with the place and liked it a lot. The only complaint was that the listing did not warn us about a $25 parking fee.

Everything went well, just one thing about the room. The shower head wasn't producing a forceful spray, I had to stand close to the shower head to take a shower, other than that everything was well!!!

Pros: Resort, pools, beach access, and resort staff were great!
Cons: Our room was privately owned and handled by a rental agency outside the resort itself. It was double booked and we were notified the night before our flight left. We were moved to three different rooms, with our toddler, during our stay, of which we preferred the one we’d originally booked as it was quieter and got more daylight. Another one was next to the noise of the pool and the other by a smoking station on the outside of the resort. We spent three mornings stuck at the hotel waiting to hear if our next room was ready, being in the cleaning staff’s way for the current room, and interrupting our son’s nap schedule. The rooms were mostly clean with the exception of the carpet feeling dirty, but were poorly maintenanced with lots of chipping paint, rust, broken items like towel racks and sliding doors, showers that ran cold after 5 minutes, and mold on the lampshades. After being denied several times for some sort of refund, the agency we booked with offered a dinner as compensation only after learning we were expecting. Sadly, not the comfortable, relaxing babymoon we’d hoped for at 7 months pregnant.
