We had an amazing time in Nohonani 300! We traveled with 2 adults and 3 children (7-12) and everyone was blown away by the view (and sea turtle sleeping on the beach) the moment we walked in. The beach and pool were perfect for the kids (and adults). Coffee and equipment rentals are a quick walk and Lahaina and Whalers Village are short drives away.

Location is great! The floors were extremely dirty, my socks needed bleaching after one day. Door locks were gummed up and hard to use. Several lever windows were inoperable. The site management didn't control loud unruly pool behavior, so we had 2 full days of not being able to use the pool and obnoxious screaming and noise up to 9:30pm.

Four of us enjoyed every moment of our 2 week Nohonani stay. This may have been our 10th there! Proximity to beach, lovely pool, whale and sunset watching--all of those are our favorite there!

Overall, a good casual condo with an excellent view. Pros: Direct ocean front view. Turtles visible almost every day. Location near a bus stop and short drive to many good restaurants. Two bathrooms. Lots of towels. Corner/End unit. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, glasses, pans, etc. Elevator. W&D in unit. Cons: No A/C. Had to slam front door to close it. Bedroom carpets need shampooing or replacing. Main bath needs a deep clean. The beach access was a long step down without a railing to a plastic step stool.

The condo was in a convenient location 15 minutes from Lahaina, and right on the beach. It felt lived-in beachy but well appointed. Booking, checkin and checkout were all smooth.

Our stay here was amazing! Area beaches are wonderful, sounds of the waves splashing was mesmerizing and the frequent rainbow out over the ocean amazed us multiple times. Area turtle came ashore one night which was a site to see.

You can’t beat the view from the balcony! We spent so much time out there. The rest of the place was wonderful, and we all settled in for an amazing stay. Great location! Would definitely come back and stay!

We were thoroughly satisfied with our condo. Literally everything was exactly what we expected and more. Close to many beaches, walking distance to convenience stores, restaurants etc. We loved it and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

enjoyed our stay at #300. Very close to practically all amenities. Kitchen and Bathrooms are fully stocked with pretty much everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would recommend rolling privacy screen be installed on the right side of the Lanai (just as it is installed at the front). Very professionally managed and no issues whatsoever.

This property had everything we required for our visit. The only exception would be some decent knives in the kitchen . He unit was clean and comfortable, we loved the proximity to the ocean.

I had no issues with this place. The view is great. I didn't realize at first that the pool in between it and the ocean so it's usually pretty loud. I'd definitely recommend this place, it's spacious and aesthetic inside. I was watching sea turtles from the balcony countless times. It was clean and definitely well maintained. There is a bluetooth speaker under the TV, which was a great discovery lol. Great customer service, easy check-in/check-out. Overall, unit 300 got a 10/10 from me.

I would definitely recommend Nohonani #300 to anybody. Well maintained and clean grounds. Great location on the west end of the island. Walk to some stores and restaurants. Beautiful sunsets from the lanai. Small rock reef just off the beach and we watched turtles feeding and swimming every day of our stay. They have a very nice small beach, unlike most adjacent properties. The unit is nicely appointed. Kitchen is small but well supplied with all needed pots, pans, utensils and appliances. The unit does not have air conditioning, which was a bit warm during the day, but it did cool down nicely at night and there are plenty of fans. Since you have to sleep with the windows open, you do get street noise in the front bedroom and you hear loud talking early-morning coffee drinkers on their balconies in the rear bedroom. But hey, you are in Hawaii and enough said...

We have stayed here twice now and can confidently say that we will be back. The pool and ocean are right next to each other and our condo was a one minute walk away, this made life with 3 kids so much easier! The condo was clean & stocked with everything you could possibly need.

Condo located in West Maui, a mile north of Kaanapali beach. Nice condo with beautiful views, perfect spot to watch the sunset. 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a nice kitchen and great balcony. Everything was great except the sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable. The Property manager was good and provided kitchen cleaning supplies and even laundry soap. But I must say I was disappointed they did not supply enough toilet paper for 7 days.

Nohonani 300 was such an incredible place to stay. The view is awesome, waking up to the beautiful ocean view, feeling the cool breeze, and watching the incredible sunsets at night…Small beachfront right behind the condo that’s private, and convenient. There’s a resident turtle that would come up every evening at 7pm and hang out on the shore… we had friends come visit and eat with us as there was plenty of space, seating with the dining table and patio table overlooking the ocean view. It was really a vacation paradise! We hope to come back again to see those incredible Maui sunsets!

Great stay with a total of three families involved with 3 different condos. Ours was delightful. There was an odd issue of paint dripping from the condo upstairs was that cleaned up immediately after we notified Terry-she was on it !!! The one negative was the fact that major construction of a seawall is taking place next door and not sure how long that will last. The noise was LOUD but we left for other beaches on most of the days that was happening. Just check before you go. Perhaps it has subsided at this point. We will definitely book this condo again!

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay after this crazy year. The unit is well located between Kaanapali and Kapalua, both areas with great beaches. It is about a 10 minute drive to Lahaina where we ate at great restaurants, hung out at Baby Beach and frequented our favorite shaved ice spot. We generally set out early morning to adventure within driving distance until the early afternoon when we would come back and enjoy the pool and beach out front of the building. It was fun to meet other families and hang out a little at the end of every day. The property manager kept the common areas clean and was very attentive when we experienced a short water shut off on the island. It was not a problem but good to have someone to ask about it! The Lanai is the perfect place to watch the sunset every evening and we didn't miss one! The unit came with 2 beach chairs, an umbrella and a couple coolers that were so convenient to have for our use. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels for our use. There is laundry in the unit too! We stopped at Boss Frog's next to the Bad Ass coffee shop to rent a few more items and Ashley was incredibly helpful with ideas of where to go when. Definitely ask for her as she really helped us plan our beach adventures! We also frequently walked to the Farmers Market for morning Acai Bowls and fresh fruit and baked goods. The Fish Market down the street has fantastic fish tacos and poke and we loved getting food to go from the food trucks. There is so much to walk to right around the condo but I'd recommend a car if you want to explore beyond the neighborhood.
