Aloha! As advertised and more! The view of the ocean is fantastic, especially at sunrise! The place is very clean, fully equipped kitchen for at-home meals, spacious bathrooms, a/c in the bedrooms (rarely used it), plantation shutters on windows which allowed lots of cool airflow and privacy when closed, lots of beach equipment to use for playing at the beach, and a bonus washer and dryer that worked well! Place had everyday use items such as bath and beach towels, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, silverware, plates, bowels, glasses and a really nice coffee maker, as well as leftover items such as dry condiments and cooking oil. This may not seem to be a plus, but supplies are limited and expensive on Kauai! The owners even provided a welcome gift of macadamia nuts and a fragrant arrangement of Plumerias! Even though there are other units nearby, the place was very quiet. There must have been a curfew for noise as we slept well (maybe it was all the boogie boarding and snorkeling we did everyday!). Chickens are around the property and crowed earlier than most would like, but you get used to it! The Nenes are also very interesting to watch and listen to! The flora around the property is full, varied, and smelled clean. I would definitely give 5 stars for this place! Have already recommended this place! Felt like home! The owners provided lots of info for advance planning and was very responsive to all of our inquiries! Mahalo!

Orchid Point is an amazing place! It had everything we needed and was very clean, but the best part was the beautiful views of the ocean, sunrises, and mountains. Neighboorhood is very nice and has a great walking/bike trail not far from here. Spent a lot of time at Hanalei Bay and was able to watch the sunset. This is best place we have stayed at on Kauai and would definitely love to stay here again!

The pictures of this property do not do it justice! The location is absolutely gorgeous - we were lucky enough to see whales every morning before starting our day. The property was clean, well taken care of, there were beach chairs, towels, and had all the amenities of a hotel! It was very spacious feeling. It was easy to get over to Hanalei, also close to the highway to get around the island. The host also sent over a great cheat sheet of good restaurants and things to do around the island. Check it was very easy, and the neighborhood felt more than safe!

The thing I really appreciated was all of the little extras the owners provided. First for me was the expresso machine which I used every day. Second, there is a nice set of beach equipment with a cooler, chairs, floaties, boogie boards, and more. The hosts provide a bottle of wine as well. These extras really enhanced our trip. All I can say is wow. The condo is beautiful, well stocked and very clean. We spent a lot of time sitting on the lanai just listening to the waves crash against the shore and enjoying the views and the sun.
The beds and pillows are comfortable. Great sitting options in the living room and on the lanai.
We made good use of the beach chairs, which were a fantastic addition to the condo. The suburban we rented was too long to fit in the garage, but we parked outside just fine.
Would absolutely recommend this place and will plan to rent again!

The view was spectacular! We enjoyed see whales and surf conditions while sipping delicious espresso. Loved having the garage for the car and a well equipt kitchen. The owners were available for questions and very helpful and kind. Convenient location for grocery store and health food stores for those who enjoy cooking as I do. As previously noted in other reviews, the ocean vista from the unit's main room and patio are magnificent, offering long rows of waves breaking as they roll toward the coastline, which can be seen for miles to the Kilauwea lighthouse on the point to the East. I have many pictures of the ocean taken at different times of day and under different weather conditions, and they are all beautiful. 2 big beaches nearby, within10-15 minutes driving distance (Anini & Hanelei), both with great snorkeling, waves. It is about a 1.5 mile hike to Anini beach from the unit, but trail going down is moderately demanding. supermarket, shops, restaurants, and gas close by - 5 minute by car.
The unit itself is well-equipped with kitchenware and especially all sorts of coffee-grinding and brewing appliances, including espresso machine. There's a basic assortment of spices, too. the large TV works without any difficulties for non-techies (a pleasant, relatively novel experience, for us, based on our past experiences). There are multiple beach chairs, beach lounge chairs, ample beach towels, some snorkel gear, and at least 3 coolers for the beach. The only possible disadvantage is the spiral staircase leading to the second floor bedroom and bath (very spacious, comfortable, and quiet), if you have any physical difficulty with stairs or balance. It is not for those with any mobility or balance issues.
Napali Wilderness Park and Kalalau trailhead about 30 minutes away by car to the west, but be aware that you must have a parking permit, reserved no sooner than 30 days in advance to park there during the day, or you can arrange a shuttle pickup and return (also have to reserve ahead). The trail is challenging, especially if wet and muddy. If you have any balance issues or health conditions that limit leg strength, movement, or endurance (e.g., if it is difficult for you to go up 2-3 flights of stairs), do NOT walk on that trail.

I have never felt so at home in a vacation rental before. Aside from the incredible views and location, it was so clean and it had everything we needed. The garage was a huge plus! It was so nice to pull into the garage instead of parking outside and there was so much beach gear there for us to use - it really made the trip so much more enjoyable. Sealodge beach was just a short walk away and was such a gem. It was so nice to stay in a place managed by the owner and not a property management company. Albert was great!

The owners have outdone themselves with this beautiful cliffside rental!
We stayed for a week for a wedding that took place on the adjacent golf course. It was minutes from shopping, dining, hiking, and beautiful beaches - not that you need to leave the living room to enjoy world-class views.
The unit was much bigger than anticipated, very clean, and well-appointed with everything including beach gear. Plenty of extra linens, towels, and toiletries were also provided. It was very nice to have an attached garage as well - something you don't see in Hawaii very often.
When we had one minor hiccup, the owners were very quick to reply and were extremely friendly and helpful. This is our new favorite place to stay on Kauai and we cannot wait to come back - thank you again!

We can’t say enough about this wonderful condo perched up looking out to the biggest ocean view you can possibly get. It was myself, my husband and his Mom. The floor plan is ideal to give everyone the space needed. The weather was not great for our visit but the patio/lanai was perfect to hang out on and watch the beautiful birds, listen to the waves and enjoy wonderful meals together—-the kitchen has everything—-these hosts are wonderful! Orchid Point was a wonderful place to stay in Princeville. The view from the downstairs lanai, where we often ate, is fantastic. We watched the sun rise over the ocean. At dusk, we went to the upstairs lanai to watch the sun set in the mountains. The owners were very accomodating. It was a peaceful area. A grocery store, the lighthouse, Anini beach, Hanalei bay, farmers market and much more are very close. The unit has everything one needs. I had to drag my husband, kicking and screaming, to the car on our last day. It was hard to leave.

We arrived at night so it was dark. The next morning when I got up and saw the ocean view, I literally gasped! Even more beautiful than the pics. Huge expanse of sea right off the lanai. We woke up every day at 6am just to watch the sunrise. The condo is huge, very clean, and well stocked. The garage was convenient to park in and had every beach item you could need. We had a wonderful stay. Albert was very gracious with our multiple re-bookings due to Covid, and had great communication.

This property looks out over the water and has stunning views. It is close enough to things you may need such as restaurants and a grocery store but just off the beaten path enough to feel quiet and serene. The space itself is really well-appointed, with a very complete kitchen, a whirlpool bathtub, and tons of beach toys. Being able to park in the garage was a real bonus. The air conditioning and ceiling fans keep things cool and the outdoor furniture is great. Because there are two primary bedrooms—each with their own bath and each large—it would be a great place to share if there are two couples in your party. It is really worth the price.

The pictures don’t do this home justice! I told my family that the pictures are always better than the actual place so I was trying not to be too excited about the home and view. Boy was I wrong!! The place was beautiful and immaculate and the view was breath taking. Albert was very quick to respond to any and all messages and his documents of what to do, where to eat, and directions to the beach nearby were an additional plus. I wish all hosts did this for their renters. I will definitely stay here again in the future and will recommend to any of my friends traveling to Kauai.
We are from Florida so AC was a must for anything we rented. I’ve rented a few places in HI that said they had AC but it was either broken or insufficient. This homes AC was perfect! We didn’t use it during the day but it sure helped sleeping at night especially on humid nights.
The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of dishes, pans, etc. There was a regular coffee maker and an espresso machine. The outside gas grill worked well.
The snorkeling at the nearby beach/swimming area was wonderful. We saw better sea life there than we did on a paid snorkeling trip. Also, the hike to get there was enjoyable.
The beds were very comfortable in both rooms as well as the pull-out sleeper sofa.
I really can’t say enough positive things about this home and the owners.

We wanted a place with a view for our first trip to Hawaii and our fifth wedding anniversary, and we got it! Albert and Anita’s place was perfect. So perfect we considered every scenario to just move in and stay! Lol
The pictures are accurate, and the one of the view doesn’t even do it justice. The place was clean and welcoming. And, EVERYTHING you need for a great beach day is available to you!
My only caveat is this: There is a tight spiral staircase to the second floor if you’re a larger person or have mobility issues. It wasn’t a dealbreaker for us but I don’t recall seeing any mention of that element in the description, photos, or available reviews, and it might make a difference to some.

Everything about this property was exceptional. The view was gorgeous, the amenities were top notch (quality, artistic, complete). Even the plates were eye catchers. Hikes were close as were the beaches, shopping, restaurants. And yet the place was quiet with lots of greenery and a rooster or two. The best part was the owner: excellent and immediate communication as well as thorough instructions and recommendations. We'll be back! Thanks Albert.

The condo was even better than advertised. Albert and Anita were wonderful in their communications, made the check in process a breeze and offered fantastic tips on what to do and where to eat. The location is perfect, the view superb and the hosts added so many thoughtful and helpful extras. This property was fully stocked with everything one might need to make your visit fun and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and heartily recommend it! Thank you Albert and Anita for sharing your lovely property with us!

What can I say except absolute perfection!! This place has everything you want and more! Starting with the decor which is top notch and stylish! The views are truly amazing!! I really mean amazing!! You want it, you got it, from sunrise to sunset and the calming and sometimes restless sound of the ocean! So close you can smell the sea breeze! You want to stay in and eat no problem. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking and table supplies. If you choose to eat out you are not far from a variety of restaurants or food trucks. Spending a day at the beach is a breeze because they stock everything you need plus more! Wow! The private parking garage is a major plus! We absolutely loved staying here and made our time in Kauai nothing but the best of memories for our daughter’s quaint beach wedding!

We stayed in #A and it's absolutely gorgeous. Probably one of the most beautiful properties we ever stayed at. The kitchen was stuffed with everything we needed (and some), everything was super comfortable.
The host equipped us with useful instructions and great suggestions, and was very responsive to all my questions.
Would definitely stay there again.

We had an incredible experience. This property was extremely clean (which is a must for me) and was stocked with everything you could ever need. Not to mention a view that makes leaving impossible! This property is a five star. The ocean view from the lanai is spectacular, and the mountain views from the back deck are wonderful. Clean, quiet, well appointed, and the coffee/espresso maker is the icing on this cake.

Easy check-in, check out. Well stocked cooking amenities and supplies. They were nice enough to have some wine, macadamia nuts, and coffee beans there for us on arrival. Overall very highly recommended.

The property was great. Very well stocked kitchen and garrage for beach days. We had been to Kauai once before, but the view from the back lanai was more incredible the we remembered. It really is breathtaking when you first walk out back.
Location of the condo is perfect. Sleeping accommodations were great for our family. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the great stay, Albert!

This house is amazing. Very luxurious and a wonderful finish to our week in Kauai. We only had two nights here, but it had a gorgeous view and felt very private. Everything was very high end. We had everything we needed and the hosts (and cleaner) were super accommodating and kind. The garage was filled with plenty of useful beach gear too!!

Albert and Anita’s condo is so well thought out. Anything you could need during your trip ranging from batteries, scissors, tape, to any beach gear and towels is available. My spouse kept commenting how efficient the whole condo was. The view is amazing added by the large patio door and it was fun watching the tide change throughout the days. Having a grill besides the full kitchen is also a benefit. The bedrooms were perfect for two couples or like us traveling with a parent. I definitely recommend anyone with mobility issues to stay downstairs as there is a large step to get into the upstairs shower. We were surprised by the spiral staircase to the upstairs bedroom, but it was charming albeit a little more tedious to navigate with luggage and carefully going up and down each day. We also enjoyed nearby Anini beach one day and the short hike to Sea lodge beach. There were so many sea turtles at Anini. The access to the Hanalei area is amazing, but was slightly impeded by road closures while we were there, so we would definitely like to return to stay again. But it’s really not hard to get anywhere from the condo and such a pretty drive in either direction. Overall we can’t recommend this condo enough and Albert was responsive to our communications. Thanks for the great stay!
