Our suite was the perfect location for us. Walkable to the Coconut Marketplace for quick bites and coffee. Directly across from a walking path that takes you to nice tide pools. And <30 min drive to other towns and beaches across the island. Getting to and from the airport was easy. All the amenities inside the suite were as described and the AC was much appreciated for the warmer afternoons. The beach supplies were also a nice surprise.

The Hale was perfect! Had everything we needed and in a great location. Beach nearby was not for swimming but beautiful. Our host was AWESOME!!! The groundskeeper weren’t exactly helpful but we were able to connect with our host with ease. The hot tub was awful as it had way too much chlorine added nightly. It made it hard to breathe and caused eyes to tear up heavily. Didn’t feel safe in the hot tub at all. But I would stay here again regardless

We had a great vacation and enjoyed our stay at Plantation Hale Suites. There were 3 pools and one had maintenence being done so we frequented the pool at the middle of the property and found it to be beautiful. There are lush gardens surrounding the tropical oasis. The pool was not over crowded and at times we had to ourselves. The condo came with use of beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and many extras. We felt we had a lot of what we needed on hand and only needed our luggage and groceries. The kitchen was well equipped. We would stay at this same location again.

We had an excellent time basing out of our condo at Plantation Hale! The room was clean, spacious, and with the best carpet, we've seen in a unit like it. Bed was excellent, as was the kitchen. The only drawback was the water pressure. It got the job done - during showers, but only just. We would definitely stay there again, and would recommend to others!

We’ve stayed in several condos in the Hale complex and this is by far one of the most comfortable and best equipped. Having small necessities like coffee filters and basic spices/oil and a well equipped kitchen make this unit stand out for us. We love the Hale complex as it’s an easy middle of the island place to base from. The coconut market and several resorts with numerous restaurants within walking distance give you plenty of options for food. Highly recommended this place!

This was our 3rd time at Plantation Hale, the first time in H7. We love the location. This unit is very clean and well equipped. Lots of nice extras that you don't get if staying in a hotel. The beds were very comfy and we loved the leather couch with recliners! The TV remotes were a challenge to figure out but once we did it was nice having a large TV and another in the BR. There are 3 pools at the resort. The one with a hot tub is just a short walk away. The reasonably priced laundry room is at the far end of the building which is nice to have access to. One small issue but mgt. addressed it right away after I e-mailed them. They even checked the next day to make sure the problem was solved! The unit stayed cool most of the time from using the ceiling fans but there is AC if needed. The buildings are older but this unit has been nicely updated. It's close to a new drug store and the Coconut Marketplace which has restaurants (JoJo's Shaved Ice!), an ABC store with a deli and lots of nice shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

Beautiful landscaping. Condo was immaculate and had everything we needed. Had boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking supplies ie. lots, pans, utensils. The only thing that would make it better is laundry in the unit.

The unit is well equipped including kitchen and beach stuff, we appreciated the coolers, sun umbrella and beach chairs. Nice beach towels and good number of bathroom towels as well. Well functioning appliances, no dishwasher but we managed as there is enough of dishes and silverware for a family of 3 or even 4.
Cleaning: in general the place could use a good spring cleaning, a lot of dust in places like around the bed or sofa or or decor that was hanging in the bedroom above our head. The shower was clean but there was a smell from the shower drainage the moment you run water in the shower head
We had a problem with the kitchen sink and the manager responded instantly and resolved the issue, much appreciated.
Really nice stuff and helpful maintenance personnel.
A bit noisy from the traffic but it wasn’t too bad.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We were very pleased with the condition and equipment at this property (in fact, we even purchased a matching set of kitchen knives!). The unit even included a coffee grinder, which the property manager confirmed for us "in real time" so that we could purchase some local beans before we checked in. The beds was comfortable, everything seem to function as expected. Community barbeques were adequately maintained and conveniently located.
If we were planning another trip to Kauai, we'd definitely give this property top consideration! We enjoyed the location: we liked the central location as well as shops within walking distance and pleasant local walking trails mostly along the coastline (we walked at least 4 miles every day). We felt that the property manager as well as the site manager were very accommodating and helpful,

This was truly the perfect condo. This condo had everything we needed from beach gear, fully stocked kitchen appliances, updated interior, lovely patio, and hot tub/pool on property. The location was great, easy to get to North shore and to Waimea Canyon. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay and we can't wait to come back again! Had everything we needed and more! Beach towels, coolers, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, goggles, flippers, laundry baskets, dishes, silverware, Broom and even a few tools! Everything that we couldn't bring on a plane. Air Conditioning made our stay more comfortable as well!

This property included usueful amenities AND is great central location for ALL island adventures. Beach towels, cooler, snorkel gear, beach chairs, kitchen full of essenstials, plenty of room for our girls trip(4 guests). Near by grocery store, restaurants, beach access, airport, and so much more. I would opt for towel service! There is a community washer/dryer but we were so busy and never found the time to do them. 100% satisfied with this property.

The beds were so soft and comfy, the bathroom and kitchen are updated, and lots of kitchen appliances and tools to use. Only downside I would say is that the instructions we received told us not to go to the front desk for anything like towels or toilet paper. We ended up washing the towels on our own throughout our stay and purchasing extra toilet paper from a store. More clean towels and TP would have been greatly appreciated for a full week’s stay.

We staying in Poipu and another location on the East side of the Island and found the south (Poipu) to be our favorite. This condo was spacious, clean, and well stocked for cooking. We loved the access to all things on the south side of the island. Opening up the windows allowed for a nice breeze to pass through the unit which helped to stay cool at night.

The condo was located in a well situated location. It was very quiet at night which allowed for great sleep and relaxing. The lot across from us. between the building and the beach, has a giant perimeter of plywood set up which was a little bit of an eyesore, but did allow for access to the beach through this parcel of land. Overall we were very impressed by the unit and the lodging. The AC was nice as our previous condo on this trip didn't have one and it allowed us to sleep better at night. The kitchen was well stocked and allowed us to cook our fresh caught fish. Access to the pool and other amenities was top-notch

The place was clean and everything was good. The only problem I had was you could not have drinks at the swimming pool and the way the map shows the property it looks like you can walk straight across the street to the beach. The property a crossed the street is blocked off and you have to walk about 3/4 of a mile to get there. The condo itself was in great shape and I would come back.

Check in was easy when we arrived. The place was exactly as shown in the pictures and spotless! The kitchen was well equipped with everything that you needed (even ice packs, plastic containers etc). There were beach chairs, towels, and snorkel gear as well. Air conditioning in the bedroom and two fans in the condo made it comfortable to sleep in. The pool was just your ordinary pool - nothing fancy but we were at the beach everyday didn't need it. All in all - we would stay there again as we found a great location; it was central to drive around the island.

This condo exceeded our expectations. The reviews were accurate. It has been recently remodeled with granite counters and modern tile in the kitchen and bath. It is spacious with a nice double lazy boy leather sofa and two televisions. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, cups, bowls, pots, etc. in case you want to eat in, We loved that there were beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, and nice beach towels. The location is very central on the island. It is close to the airport and not too far from Poipu and Prnceville. There is a nice shopping area called coconut marketplace walking distance. It is walking distance to the beach, but not a beach where you will want to spend too much time. It is five minutes from lydgate park which is great for the kids to snorkel and swim. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this place.

The place was equipped with everything to have fun in the sun. From snorkeling gear, to beach chairs and coolers to keep hydrated to have fun in the sun. The kids and I had a great time and it was super close to many of the grocery store as well.
