Pros…Amazing location, fantastic apartment in terms of space and equipment. We lived on the balcony so the best view ever. The beach and pool area are second to none.
Cons… no air conditioning . There is one unit in the guest bedroom only. It was often too warm . For me, the bedding quality was not great and we noticed stains after bed stripping. Not a major issue. We requested a bag drop but there was no one here. After several attempts we finally got a code but it was frustrating after 21 hours did travel .
If any reader can stand no AC then this apartment is fabulous. It is in the small print and I missed it so we just got on with it and an extra fan was promptly delivered.

This property was everything it was promised to be… A beautiful private deck toward the ocean, wonderfully appointed condo with everything we could ever need, and overall just a heavenly experience. We stayed at the sister property next door five years ago, we can say hands-down that we prefer this property. The group of condos was Smaller and more personal in size and a little bit off the beaten path. However the inside of the condo was huge, tons of space to spread out. It felt like overkill for only two people but it was an indulgence. One of the reasons we got a two bedroom was because I was worried about my husband’s back problems and wanted more than one bed option but the main room with the ocean deck had a perfect bed and he had no complaints. This is coming from someone that has an incredibly expensive motorized bed so we were very happy he was happy.
Having parking that was available and easy to access was a plus. Lava Lava is always a great place for a quick bite or a delicious drink and a short walk away. If you forget anything you can walk to the overpriced coconut marketplace for what you need but Safeway is a short drive down the road. We highly recommend this unit and look forward to leasing it in the coming years.

Location ideal! 15 min from airport, 60 min from Princeville, 2 hours to view canyon. Condo has stunning views of ocean, spacious bedrooms & bathrooms, easy parking and close to great shopping - Coconut Marketplace. Highly recommended!

Great location as easily accessible to north & south areas of the island. We loved walking to the Lava Lava Beach Club & the Marketplace. Nice to have a large deck, so close to the ocean and a pool. Wonderful to have all beach gear provided and kitchen was well equipped. It smelled very stuffy when we first arrived. The building is tired and carpet in bedrooms need cleaning. Noisy air conditioner but lots of fans and louvred windows so we didn’t use it. We enjoyed our stay here.

This condo, even more than the other condos in the complex, is just the most magical place! Located on the end, 2nd floor, with a soft green lawn in front and the ocean steps away. The pool and a small beach is RIGHT THERE! We had 2 teens with us and we could send them over and see them from the balcony!
Inside the condo is super comfy and had everything we needed. The main bedroom had a king bed and stunning ocean views and sound. Main bathroom has double sinks and a separate vanity area. Big closet and plenty of space to unpack.
The 2nd bedroom had 2 full beds, perfect for the teens. Another nice size bathroom with lots of counter space. LAUNDRY which is honestly just worth everything! They had lots of beach towels and some laundry pods so we were able to maintain clean towels and clothes.
Kitchen is well stocked with anything you could need. I made breakfast each morning and found salt, pepper and a few other spices in the small pantry cabinet. Coffee maker as well as a Keurig. Big fridge with a water source for filling bottles just inside the door on the left. Freezer had ice packs for use in a cooler and the condo has 2 in the hall closet, along with snorkel gear and beach chairs. I would have liked some all-purpose counter spray, the only thing I didn't find!
A 2 minute walk away is Aloha Coffee, Passion Bakery, and Coconut Marketplace. We loved Island Country Market. Safeway is a 2 minute drive, along with the best shave ice at Wailua Shave Ice. Aloha!

Always wanted to try another area and found Kapa’a to be the perfect location. And to have ocean views and to be close to multiple restaurants was great.

Only thing to note is that key is needed not only to enter private area (to pool and beach access) but also when leaving those areas to get back to condo. Slept with the balcony doors open all week, listening to the sound of the ocean. The balcony is absolutely enormous, by the way! Got to see a whale breach the water from the balcony. Plenty of restaurant choices in the area and a hidden path off the back pool area that creates a short cut walk to the market, some restaurants, and some stores. The condo itself has absolutely everything you would need and then some. And the space was spotless. Probably the nicest vacation rental we’ve ever had and we do this often.

Rocky beach out front, but there was a small area people went out to swim, not a huge space- there was a man made swimming area that blocked out the big waves for kids which was nice. Also the decorations around the condo were awesome. The only downside was construction (paving) of the road leading to the condo as well as a surprise paving of the parking lot which extended over into a second evening where we had to cross our fingers and hope to find a parking spot on the street. We also loved having the bedroom facing the ocean, falling asleep to the sounds of the waves was why we choose this property and it didn’t disappoint. We look forward to coming back again…

My mother of 83 was able to make the stairs okay and was able to sleep in the window a/c unit in the spare room. Only a couple of complaints as the unit above was very loud in the evening and one of the cleaning crew came by to borrow the vacuum without notice… but all and all it’s was awesome time for all of us. We really enjoyed ourselves in this beautiful home away from home. ~Mahalo

I was worried about not having central AC but the nightly winds and fans did a great job. We had our college kids with us and there was plenty of space. Such a beautiful spot and location. View is post card perfect and unit is so tasteful and well appointed. Starting to get just slightly dated (eg our fire tv stick wouldn’t work with tv, boogie boards should be replaced and pool key is old school and a pain). But zero deductions. The place is otherwise so perfect. For a treat, call ahead and make a reservation at the Hukilau for dinner. It is a short walk up the beach but reservations are a must.

We walked into our unit 121 and went wow! We saw this fabulous wall of windows looking out on the Pacific ocean, waves and the beach. The Deck went the whole length of the property are you in it and with chairs and big dining table to sit at two lounge chairs.

The view is perfect—the ocean is literally just beyond the beautiful garden and the balcony is spacious, extending from the living room to the master bedroom. The entire condo is super spacious so there is lots of room inside too!
The location is great—close to the airport and easy to get to any part of the island. There is some traffic but it wasn’t a big deal at all.

Property is beautiful and secluded. Ocean is mere steps away and salt water pool is great too. Combination of grass and sand gives people options on where to sit.
Lanikai 121 has a great view and large lanai with patio furniture to enjoy sunrise and sunset. Kitchen amenities are modern and layout of place is open. Washer/dryer in unit is a plus.
Kapaa town is minutes away with restaurants and small local food places and food trucks. Country mart and Safeway are close by so access to groceries, etc. is easy.
All in all a great place to stay and definitely worth it!

Our personal condo selection needed to be changed the day before our arrival due to a plumbing problem that occurred 2 weeks prior. This was quite stressful as we had such short notice about the problem and no alternative but to accept different accommodations. The manager was extremely helpful and all worked out well but we would have appreciated notification of the problem much earlier. Some financial adjustment was made which made the situation more acceptable. The condo we ended up staying in was very comparable but the unknowing factor before we arrived was a bit stressful.

Really enjoyed our weeklong stay at this condo. My family and I (wife and two kids) enjoyed the beach and the pool. Views were amazing location was good but we had to deal with some ongoing nearby road construction which made getting out of the neighborhood a bit difficult. Condo was well stocked with everything we needed. Would highly recommend this to other families as well.

This was a perfect vacation rental, just what we needed! Checkin process was very easy. Cindy was very responsive and made sure we had all information we needed. Words can’t express how amazing the view is! The place is very secure and the secluded beach, just for both condo communities, was perfect as well. It’s an easy walk to a few estuarine options as well as a confident store. Quick 2 min drive to a major grocery store and big shopping center. I was a bit confused with the checkout process and unclear what we needed to do to prior to departure, but other than that - the experience was so relaxing and amazing. Thank you Cindy!
