The condo is in a fantastic location in the heart of Wailea. The Shops at Wailea are walkable - especially in the evening when the cart path of the golf course can be used. The lanai is wonderful - very large with ample furniture and a fragrant plumeria tree. The view across the golf course is beautiful and you can even see the ocean a bit through the trees.
The condo is well stocked with anything you might need in the kitchen if you plan to cook. Anything you might need for the beach is already there waiting for you - coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, etc. They even had snorkel gear, though we didn’t use it. One of the two boogie boards was broken, so we ended up renting another right across the street (we needed two for our kids).
For our shorter stays, we usually stay at the Kea Lani right down the street. However, the condo was perfect for our longer stay this summer and we’ll definitely come back if we’re lucky enough to do a long trip again.

The Lanai was beautiful overlooking the golf course, the condo was spacious and clean, everyone had the ability to resort to their own space for down time. The location was quiet and walking distance from all amenities. 2 pools and they were never packed. We had groceries delivered and the owner ensured they were put away when we got there (huge perk when you get in so late). The condo came with EVERY pool/beach amenity (chairs, cooler, umbrella, snorkel gear, wagon if you need it, boogie boards). If anything should arise, Jack responds promptly! So lucky we had this place💗

We loved our stay, great space, great location and we had a great time. Loved that there were beach chairs and umbrellas available our only comment is that they should be gone through and recycle out the broken ones. My only other comment would be to upgrade the sheets and towels but that is so minor I hate to even mention it. We had such a fabulous time and cant wait to return.

Stayed 6 nights here with our family of 4 (2 kids, ages 9 and 5), and their grandparents. Perfect size for our all us. Never felt too small. And it’s on the first floor which was great! We didn’t have to pull our luggage up stairs.
Kitchen had plenty of plates/silverware, pots/pans, so it was a breeze to cook meals when we weren’t eating out.
It was nice having a washer and dryer, which we used almost everyday because I didn’t want a luggage full of dirty clothes to take home.
It was also nice that beach accessories were provided for our use, such as chairs and sand toys. However, both of the beach umbrellas were broken when we took them out to use them. Nbd though, we made do.
All in all, it was a great stay! We walked down to the shops/restaurants/market quite a few times. We would recommend this to other families.

The lanai is amazing, we didn’t even use the dinner table as we ate outside every time, sofa / seating is comfortable, beds were good, third bed is Murphy bed but we didn’t use it as it was just 4 of us.
Location is walking distance for regular walking folks to Shops of Wailea and beach but if you don’t walk regularly it could seem a bit far.
Two pools but we only went to one and it was great. Bathrooms at the pool and water was always spectacular.
Not sure what else to add.

We loved our stay - it was the perfect place for our family who were attending a wedding. Easy access, quiet balcony looking toward the gold course. Pretty well shaded to keep things cool. Appreciated all the beach gear - we didn’t utilize the pool at all so nothing to share on that. Each area has its own air conditioner.

This updated, first floor condo was perfect for our family get-away. Located close to the beach, shopping center and markets, everything we needed was just a short distance away. I really appreciated the prompt attention of our host before, during and after our trip. He even left a surf board out for our grandson to enjoy. The view from the lanai of the golf course and surrounding areas was lovely. We will definitely be back!

Took a vacation to Maui with our adult kids after the holidays. Great place to stay. Three bedrooms. Main bedroom is big with big bathroom. Extra bathroom is smaller. Kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots pans etc. big room for gathering in dining living room area. Nice deck that is private on corner. Can see the ocean and for sunset people hang out on higher part of golf course for great views. Easy access to beaches with 3 minute drive. Plenty of nice restaurants in the area. Beach chairs and accessories are a plenty and nice quality. Would stay again. We all really liked the place. Much more comfortable than a hotel 😊

A nicely updated property with all the amenities. Three bedrooms are hard to find and this was perfect for our family. The location is ideal and close to the beaches, Wailea mall, and restaurants yet you feel tucked away. The large deck wraps around with beautiful trees on one side and the golf course on the other side. Relaxing on the deck we watched golfers, birds, and mongoose at different points of the day. Jackson and Jennifer were extremely responsive and all of the workers at the complex were very friendly. The perfect getaway location. We will definitely be back!

This was a perfect place for my friends and I. The shops and resorts are so close, we went there almost every day. The apartment is spacious with a wonderful patio for eating meals. Would love to bring my family next time to this same spot.

This place was amazing. The location was perfect, very private. Our view was across the golf coarse and could see the ocean beyond the trees…so peaceful sitting on the lanai enjoying a Maui Brewing Big Swell IPA. The master bedroom was huge, the bathroom has a long counter with 2 sinks, the shower was the size of a closet (with a rainwater head), and a private lavatory. The other 2 bedroom were very spacious and features comfy queen beds. The kitchen was very nice, the counter bar was nice (kinda where we planned each day) and the appliances were perfect. Also, there was a washer and dryer…we came home with clean clothes! An added bonus was the beach chairs, boogie boards, ice chests and beach towels that were there for us to use.
What else can I say? Our hosts were on top with communication, making sure we had all the information we needed prior to checking in, which now that I mention it, was as easy as entering the code on a keypad.
If you’re on the fence about booking this place JUST DO IT! You will not regret it.

My husband, 2 daughters (20 & 24), our 2 friends and me recently stayed at this condo and found it perfect for our stay. The booking process was easy as it could be. The owners were so responsive and offered so much information to help us acclimate to the area including restaurants, great snorkeling areas, local beaches in to visit. We found all this info helpful. When we arrived at the condo, I was so impressed with all of the natural beauty of tropical plants all around the condo units. Our condo actually had beautiful flowers outside of the patio and we appreciated the location because it was very private and relaxing for sitting out on the patio just across from the golf course.
The condo was very clean, spacious with very comfortable beds. The bathrooms are were updated and along had the nice rain shower faucets. There was even another patio off of the main bedroom.
We swam and grilled out at the pool and enjoyed the hot tub. We didn’t golf this trip but brought our tennis racquets and played a couple times at their courts. We had no problem reserving a court the same day we wanted to play. The cost for courts are $20 a person for 1.5 hrs. They have racquets you can use or rent too. Very reasonable and nice! I saw they had pickle ball too!
There are restaurants at just a few minutes down the road and we enjoyed the mall nearby for coffee and ice cream!
Overall great location, very up-to-date and clean condo and great property owners to deal with! As a matter of fact we’re already booking our next trip there.
