Our stay was so great at Judy's. She gave us some tips and recommendations which were excellent. Highly recommend a car.
We were there during a particularly stormy time, and it was really cozy to watch the waves from our place. Kitchen super well equipped. Our toddler loved the sand bottomed pool. Lots of beautiful sights to see and shops etc less than 15 min in either direction.

We had such an amazing stay here. The view from the private lanai was incredible and my daughter’s favorite place to be, besides the beach. The condo was clean and had many amenities; the kitchen was well stocked, many snorkel and sand toys, and air conditioning in the bedrooms. The beach was just a short walk (5 minutes or less with a toddler) and very private and not crowded. You have access to Outrigger hotel pools and amenities as well. We hope to stay again! Thank you Judy for being such a great host.

The condo was amazing. The view was just spectacular. The pictures don’t do it justice! There were 6 of us, and all of us were blown away. The place was very clean, and it was big enough for all of us to be comfortable for the entire week. Most of us took some day trips but spent a lot of time at the villas pool and the resort pools next door. One of the people in our group got sun poisoning on day 1 so she spent most of the week inside. She loved every minute of it! You could stay in at this condo and still have a great time relaxing, looking at the views, and listening to the ocean.
The location of this complex is phenomenal- 4 miles from downtown Kapaa, 2 miles to the protected swimming spot at Lydgate Park, only a 20 minute or so drive to Poipu, and a beautiful drive to Hanalei.
Judy was so nice and easy to communicate with. I can’t say enough about this property. Will definitely be back to this one. Highly recommend!

The condo was amazing. The view was just spectacular. The pictures don’t do it justice! There were 6 of us, and all of us were blown away. The place was very clean, and it was big enough for all of us to be comfortable for the entire week. Most of us took some day trips but spent a lot of time at the villas pool and the resort pools next door. You could stay in at this condo and still have a great time relaxing, looking at the views, and listening to the ocean.

This VRBO was a wonderful experience. Just what we needed for a relaxing week on the island! Very clean and centrally located for wherever you wanted to go on this small island. The condo had everything we needed, including a nice washer and dryer so we didn't have to bring so many clothes on the plane. Wailua Municipal golf course with a view of the ocean was just a few miles north and we spent several afternoons there after 2 PM for the reduced price ($62 for two golfers and a cart - can't beat that!) I was worried about rain but when it rained it was just for a few minutes. Judy, the owner, was helpful and accommodating. Bravisimo!

The east side of the island was a perfect location for our first trip to Kauai - not too far to get to the north and south shores for an afternoon. The condo was well equipped for all of our cooking needs, and the view was amazing. We walked on the beach every morning, and did not find another part of the island as accommodating for this; you can just walk and walk and there are no beach umbrellas or hordes of people. It was so quiet and peaceful. For beach access, Lydgate is 2 miles north and that was a great, easily accessible beach for a day, but I wouldn’t have traded our location for beach access! Perfection.

Access to the resort pools, restaurant and shop is an easy walk. The location between Lihue & Kapa’a was very central for shopping or sightseeing. The condo was clean and well furnished. The week we were there is was very windy every day. I didn’t realize we couldn’t swim at this beach. Walking the beach on both sides of the condo was beautiful and private. The adjoining resort had some lovely entertainment that we enjoyed a few times.

We were looking for a clean, reasonably priced, centrally located condo with a view of the ocean, and in this place, we found it all. It’s a short walk to the beach and to the resort’s pool area, which is nicely maintained. The condo is clean and stocked with everything anyone would need while staying there. It’s centrally located, and an easy drive to anywhere on the island. It’s also a great place to just sit on the lanai with a glass of wine and watch the waves roll in.

Two lovely bedrooms/baths with very comfy beds & separate lanai for each as well as the main one. The view is fabulous & the sound of the breakers never gets old. Kitchen new and well appointed for any cooking you do. Also having use of the Resort facilities next door is a real bonus with its four pools and bar cabana. Knowing Judy was close to solve any problems was also great- happily we didn't need help! All in all, this unit is exactly as described and will not disappoint. We spent 25 days in Dec 2022.

My friend and I were very pleased with the apartment. The beds and furniture were comfortable. We enjoyed having a fully furnished kitchen too although opted not to cook much. On vacation after all! The location is perfect for easy access to the airport and experiencing the other areas as well. The pool area was clean and beautiful. Kids would enjoy the waterside too. All staff at the hotel bar and cafe were very friendly. Enjoyed sitting poolside and listening to Hawaiian music. The manager, Judy, was available to assure all our needs were met. I’ve been coming to Kauai for years and have never stayed at this area before due to never thinking about the area much in my travels. After staying here with my family though I don’t know if there could be a better location for access to all of the island. Everything is in close range and this is honestly a very nice unit to stay in. The resort facilities are very nice for all ages. The pools were great for the younger family and the poolside bar was definitely a nice touch as well. I would highly recommend staying here.

The price was reasonable compared to other listings.

Plenty of kitchen appliances, pots and pans, utensils, etc. with only 2 small room A/C units in bedrooms, it was difficult to cool the main family room and kitchen area. Had to leave the patio door open for cool breeze but results in high humidity. Needs dusting on all furniture as well as the ceiling fan. Host was cordial and helpful.

This condo is in a great location. First off, the view is amazing!! This side of the island is beautiful and makes it easy to visit both the North and South coasts during your stay. The actual condo unit itself is very clean (which I'm picky about), but still feels comfortable and cozy. It really did feel like our home while we were there. You get the best of both worlds, because you have that home-like feel with access to the resort's amenities. One thing that I would point out, which I knew when I booked our stay, is that the beach is not safe to swim in. It's a gorgeous beach to look at and sit by, but it's not for swimming. Just be aware of that. :) One concern I had was that the condo does not have central AC- but that was not an issue at all! The host, Judy, is absolutely correct in her description- the cross breeze from room-to-room keeps the condo at the perfect temp. We did use the window units at night, which keep the bedrooms perfectly chilly for sleep. Judy was very attentive in making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. I would rebook this property in a flash- I hope we'll be back soon. :)

This property has an amazing oceanfront view and is just minutes from the airport. Location is excellent as it is central and easy drive to most parts of the island. The condo has everything you can possibly need and things you didn’t even know you needed…. Very well equipped! This location is SO MUCH BETTER than the pictures! From the location, to the 2+ miles of in developed beach, the views from the unit of the ocean. The fact we have access to the full pool/resort, but we get to have a kitchen of our own, all of it was perfection. We had the absolute best time and would 100% book again. The ONLY negative is that the living room furniture isn’t the most comfortable for snuggling in to watch tv as a family of 4. But a really minor issue.

This condo exceeded our expectations due to its location in an uncrowded area right on the beach. The condo was well stocked, with a full kitchen, plenty of towels, beach towels, and beach chairs. It was nice having a washer/dryer unit as well. Both bedrooms are air conditioned, with a dehumidifier and fans in the living room. Beds were comfy, the condo was very clean and well taken care of. And Judy, the owner, was extremely responsive to our questions. Would definitely come back here again! Check out Lydgate Park for the best beginner snorkeling, the fire show at the community center, and Smith's tropical paradise for a walk through their gardens.

Ocean view with nice breeze and relaxing wave sounds. Spacious 2 bedroom unit with a king bed in the master and 2 queen beds in the second. Well equipped kitchen. Nicely decorated throughout. Strong wifi, big TVs, comfy seating. Nearly the whole beach to ourselves. You do have to drive to get to a swimable beach.

We had an amazing time in Kauai and this condo and location was perfect and very convenient as a home base while we toured all parts of Kauai. The view of the ocean from our living area and lanai was breathtaking, the second bedroom with two queen beds was ideal for two teenagers, and everything was well maintained and clean. Access to the resort pool was a plus too- beautiful beachside pool with waterfalls, bar and whirlpools. Our hostess Judy was so attentive and helpful and gave us good recommendations for beaches and a local photographer for our family photos. Would highly recommend this property!

Our family enjoyed our first visit. The little kids loved the pools and the water slide and the teens liked pool volleyball and the hot tubs. The views are lovely. We had plenty to do on the island over our 12 day stay. Judy Dalton is outstanding in her responsiveness and promptly taking care of mechanical issues that arose. She really went above and beyond. Only criticism I had was the unit only has window air conditioners in bedroom, not the main living area. Overall we had a great time!

My husband and I spent two weeks at this perfect condo, enjoying sunrises and ocean views every day. We were joined for part of our visit with our son, his wife and 3 year old son. The condo is laid out perfectly for this. One large bedroom (king bed) and bath for us and another bedroom (2 queens) for guests. Another full bath, complete laundry and many extra “toys” for the beach.
The condo has had many updates and is equipped with everything for your comfort. It was immaculately clean with ample soap and paper supplies.
The common living area with TV, the kitchen, and the dining area all face the bank of windows and doors that face the ocean and open on to the balcony- a very inviting space.
The grounds were beautifully landscaped and the resort itself offered many amenities, pools, restaurants, etc.
Judy was very helpful and available to answer any question. We hope to return another time.

We are so glad we picked Judy’s condo for our return to Kauai. She is so helpful and just a phone call away. The condo was perfect for our family. Judy has thought of everything to make our stay perfect. The condo is one of the cleanest I have stayed in. For the cooks, the kitchen is well stocked (the knives are actually sharp and eggs don’t stick to the frying pan). The only thing I missed in the kitchen was a crockpot. The view from the balcony is beautiful! We even saw two whales while sitting on the balcony one evening. We loved our stay at Judy’s and would love to return.

Great location near airport. The pool area is great. The beach has rough waves but great for walking and watching sunrise.
The apartment has all your basic requirement needs. Grocery stores are at 10 min driving distance.

The condo was exactly as listed but the views to the ocean were understated! Best part was sitting on the balcony watching the ocean. Amazing! The condo was clean and renovated. Beds were super comfortable. The location was perfect, close to shopping, restaurants and centrally located to access the north and south sides of the island. I would definitely recommend!!

This was a perfect accommodation for our week in Kauai. Easy to get to from airport, easy parking, beach view unobstructed. Trade winds blowing into the unit. No need for air conditioning. To be turned on. A dream location.
Judy was gracious at dealing with multiple scheduling glitches caused by the Covid Pandemic and airline cancellations.

The condo was incredible and stocked with everything we would ever need—including coffee, cleaning supplies, games, chairs, and detergent! The location was perfect since it was in the middle of the island close to all the excursions. The view was phenomenal and couldn’t be beat. Judy was so sweet, patient and friendly, and even checked in to see if we needed anything! We would DEFINITELY stay here again. Our only ask would be a metal spatula and tongs for the BBQ pit (we BBQed every night), but that was no big deal at all. Thank you so much Judy for everything and making us feel right at home on the island of Kauai! Mahalo

We loved our stay at this wonderful condo. It is in a great location. It is very comfortable and well maintained. The pool area at the resort is first class. After waking up the first morning to the spectacular view and taking a walk on the beautiful beach we we very happy we chose this property. We traveled to Judy's property as two couples and had a wonderful time! Judy was extremely helpful throughout our entire stay - always very responsive with any questions, offered helpful suggestions of things to do and overall helped to make our trip more enjoyable. The condo is very nicely furnished for a vacation rental, has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you would need, comfortable for two couples and features absolutely breathtaking views. I would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Kauai!

The location was perfect (every day!) Two bedrooms were just what we needed for a family (4 adults and two kids). Had to run out to Walmart to get a "Pack and Play" for the baby, other then that everything that we needed was provided. Best part of the trip was the communication with the property manager Judy!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! After being bumped from our original flight to Kauai we arrived later than we had planned. Walking into our condo took all of the frustrations of the day away. The views were breathtaking and the layout of the unit was perfect. We stayed a week and were sad to have to leave. The condo had everything we needed and things we hadn’t thought of, but were happy to have, as well. If we are lucky enough to go to Kauai again, this is exactly where we’d like to call home again!
