The property had everything we needed to be able to enjoy our visit. We were minutes walking or driving to everything. I just wish the living room had an A/C unit as well. The box fan provided was broken, so it danced around a little bit. Otherwise, everything was lovely.

Well stocked with neccessities, dont let the fact that theres only 1 A/C keep you worried....at night nice cross ventilation breeze...Only minus was at the time of our stay pool was being worked on.

I struggled with this review because the place was clean. It is for the budget traveler. The furniture was not comfortable. Only one ceiling fan worked and the other squeaked. We barely had enough toilet paper, only one Scott towel and almost ran out of trash bags. No lanai. The property managers were nice but we had a clogged toilet and they said that was a first time but there were three plungers. The fan was never fixed and the small portable one had a broken fan so it wobbled across the floor. The location was close to stores and the park but noisy motorcycles and garbage trucks every flipping morning. We got what we paid for which was a budget property.

Condo was clean & comfortable and a great value for the price. The beach park across the street was great for sunsets and relaxing but not for swimming, but a top beach location would cost a lot more. Would have liked more restaurants to walk to but again, for the price, the location was good. We would stay here again.

This condo was clean and perfect for our trip to Maui. It is right next to a coffee shop and market. Across the street is a park with a beautiful sunset. 10min drive to Lahaina. We had a car and traveled all over the island so it was perfect. Parking spot was provided. Check in/check out was easy. We were able to cook and do laundry. We didn’t use the pool.

We were lucky to enjoy two nights here at the condo. It is well maintained, clean, with all the basics needed. We used the laundry mat on location and small cooler for beach visits. Thank you for that!
The beach across the road from the Condo is perfect for younger kids to paddle and explore for critters (ours are 7 and 9). We also took Maui Adventure Cruises (on the recommendation of the Condo Owners) and it really was the highlight of our trip. Small boat, up close and personal with tons of whales.
Condo is within driving distance of all the best West Maui’s beaches. Napilli Bay was a favorite for us.
Will definitely recommend to friends. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

We loved this sweet condo. There was a nice coffee shop next door and great restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The public beach was right across the street. Maui is a great visit during whale season!

This spot was perfect for closeness to the beachfront and access to great restaurants and stores. It’s a 5 minute walk to delicious food trucks and literally a 1 minute walk to the beach. The place came with a pretty stocked kitchen in terms of appliances. The toaster didn’t work but that’s the only downside! Comfy bed and the place stayed cool throughout our stay.

My partner and I stayed here for a few nights before moving on to kauai. The beach park across the street is a great place to watch sunset or sunrise with a poke bowl from the food truck park. The apartment was big enough and comfortable for us both to enjoy between our excursions around the island. The air conditioner was a blessing on hot days!

It was perfect for my Husband I, Cute Cozy with everything we needed. Most important AC. Walking Distance to Beach, Coffee and ABC shop for all your needs. Great Place will be staying again in the future. Mike was very help full with car rental & check in was easy

The property was super clean! It had everything you needed to feel at home. A park and beach access was right across the street. My only con was — the house gets super hot mid day . They do have a swamp cooler that cools it off . It just takes a bit if time. Overall- it’s clean and safe. We would stay there again:)

The room was exactly as detailed in the pictures so there were no surprises. The kitchen had a full complement of utensils and pots and pans. There were some beach items too, like umbrellas and chairs. The apartment had been updated and was comfortable. Overall, for the price and the location it was a good deal. There are several smaller beaches within just a few minutes drive. The grocery store is within walking distance. Beach park which is right across the street is a little murky for snokel, but you still can. There is a stretch of rock about 15 feet out from the shore which hampers getting into the water, but makes a pool that is good for little kids to play in.

Our stay at the rental was excellent! I only rate it good rather than excellent because we were unable to hookup to the wifi, and really it wasn't that important.
Stephanie and Mike's communication was excellent from the beginning and during out stay. We got to meet them in Maui and they are very nice people.

This condo is very pretty, super-clean and a great place to stay, from which you can explore Maui. Everything is exactly as described, the beautiful Honokowai beach park is right across the street, shops are very close. Probably, it`s a good idea to have a car on Maui anyway. I would definetely recommend this condo anytime !

I spent 15 nights @ the Plams in C6, As good if not the best value in west maui. The location is great, back from the street road noise is low all the time. For me that was early AM. Because I'm gone all day to the different beaches that are in the area. The ventiations in unit is great no real need for the A/C, @ least in Jan. The bed was very comfortable, the bath was big w/ good shower and plenty of counter space. Kitchen was workable only use for breakfast & to make sandwichs for the beach. Parking is better than most of the condo's. The pool is nice size & good sun from late morning to mid afternoon, though I didn't use it because I like the different beaches that are close. The beach chair's & 2 different size cooler were handy both chairs & coolers were used daily. This being my 7th visit to west maui I would have know problem refering a friend or family member, into one of Mike & Stephanie's units. Did not use the grill because eating up the road @ other friends.But the grill was being used nightly and smelled great. I was not able to connect to the internet. But I wasn't in maui to be on the GOOFY internet. Any way a great place.

Just a shout out to Mike and Stephanie and thanks for giving me the opportunity to have such a great vacation at their Condo!! The pics show exactly what to expect, great little condo, amazing location and very clean!! Mike and Steph provided great service and gave lots of helpfull hints and answered all questions ;) Was nice and relaxing, whether you want to go to a local beach or go to shops nearby or go on an a adventurous drive this condo was great, I never heard any noise from neighbors and barely saw people around. On windy days I sat at the pool where it was quiet and they provide extra towels and beach chairs for the beach! I will definately book with them again for my next vacation not to mention the price is right!!

First off, the 1 bedroom condo we stayed in was absolutely immaculate. Very comfortable accomodations and perfect for us and our two small children. The location is excellent; within a stone throw of all the Kaanapali beaches, 15 minutes from the beautiful Kapalua Beach and 10 minutes from Lahaina. Unbelieveable value for very clean and nice accomodations. It was like a our little home away from home. Mike and Stephanie are extremely gracious and were able to accomodate us very last second.

Mike and Stephanie are about the best renters out there. We had a snafu in dec and couldn't come out, but they worked with us and let us re-rent in April. Condo was awesome. If you're looking for a quiet, comfortable, centrally located condo, you can't go wrong. The best coffee and farmers market is right next door, awesome beach part 100ft across the street, Lahaina 10mins south, Napili and Kapalua 20mins north, nothing better. If you want to dive, call Tim at Tiny Bubbles, deep sea fishing, call Start Me Up out of Lahaina.
Trust me, don't rent from anyone else when looking on Maui's west coast, call Mike and Stephanie.

The property and facilities were exactly as described and we were delighted with our stay. Great location, great apartment (we felt like we lived there, not like we were just staying), the decor and grounds were very tasteful and well-maintained - all in all, we would highly recommend this to anyone staying in West Maui. And Mike was very friendly and helpful. Oh, and there's a little jazz eatery in Honokowai called Soup Nutz (I think) that's worth checking out. Just FYI!

spotless and very cosy; and the owners made our
first VRBO experience an all-around positive one!
