My husband, 3month old, and I had a great stay at Regency 610. We spent a few nights in Princeville then moved to Poipu and the condo was able to accommodate an early check in for us which was a game changer. The location is great (other reviews mention being on the main walking path, which is true, but didn’t bother us), walking distance to the Hyatt & Poipu beach and right next to a pool. The unit was very well stocked and had beach gear, too. We would stay again!

We had a great stay! Very convenient location a very short drive to the beach (we didn’t attempt to walk with kids and gear). Condo is very spacious and well kept up/updated. Beds were very comfy, twin beds perfect for my 2 kids. Place was well equipped with cookware and beach stuff- chairs, umbrella, sand toys, mats, towels. AC worked great, and it was great to have the washer/dryer. One of the neighborhood cats snuck in a few times but he was very friendly- small orange cat. Highly recommend this place!

It was a pleasure waking into a cute little 2bd/2ba, ample space. The walk ways to pool and beach are right outside the unit but other tenants are very quiet and respectful. Pool area is small, jacuzzi fits maybe 4 people.. the beach is a short walk away, not super close when lugging all the gear… food/restaurants/shops about 2-3 miles away.. everything was clean inside, until we noticed bugs in the kitchen.. not just a few, they kept coming non stop, little bugs all over fruit, in the sink constantly, on the counters. We couldn’t keep them away without spraying disinfectant every hour. We def couldn’t leave anything out all had to be in the fridge…we did let management know, and share a video with management but no answer after sharing the video.. overall, it was a nice stay.

We stayed 7 nights at this property and enjoyed every second. I would recommend staying here to everyone I know. The walk to the beach is beautiful and not far. We would walk to the beach every night to see the sea turtles. The pool is only 10 steps away which is nice. The host is very accommodating. 10/10 I highly recommend!!!

Our family of 4 (kids age 9 and 10) stayed here for 12 days and could not have asked for a better experience. The condo complex was wonderfully quiet, and the kids enjoyed that the pool (one of 3) was just steps away from the front door. The unit itself was impeccably clean, spacious, and well-maintained. We had an issue with the AC which will happen and the host was very accommodating for a late checkout.

This house had everything you could possibly need for the beach—chairs, coolers, towels, boogie board, surf board, skim board, sand toys, etc. We didn’t feel like it was too loud or that there was a lack of privacy like other reviewers, but could be because the hot tub closer to the house was broken. We had a request from the property manager the first day and it was very promptly and courteously taken care of. We had 4 adults staying here and it felt plenty spacious. It was clean and had plenty of paper products, dishes, and even things like body wash/shampoo/conditioner that I thought was a considerate touch. The location was amazing. Paved walks to the Hyatt (where we were attending a conference), the tennis center, and Poipu. One note—we did wrongly think that access to the tennis center was included, but we did have to pay $85 for a family membership for the week. Once you pay, the tennis center has gear for both tennis and pickle ball and you are able to reserve courts. Overall, we were so happy with the place and experience and would definitely recommend and stay here again!

The photos helped us choose this locations; however, it exceeded our expectations. Location = 5 stars, Layout = 5 stars, Facility = 5 stars. Perfect spot to wander to the beach or take off to various must-see sites of Kauai. The condo was clean and spacious. Our only regret was that we had to return home!! Would choose this again.

You need to supply exact instructions on the tv remotes. They are a complicated nightmare..
Or, the owners need to get rid of all the extra tv options,apps, etc. also, instructions on how to operate the front door would be helpful !

Close to pool,(nice).But master bedroom was right next to greenbelt path, so you have people walking right past. We had to keep the drapes closed all the time. The maintenance and gardening crews also walked by right outside the bedroom. Not very private. Other condos we’ve stayed in had enough TP, Kleenex,trash bags, and laundry soap to last our stay. Not so here, we had to buy more. The complicated double tv remotes were a nightmare. There was no instructions on how to use them. We struggled with them
On both tvs the whole stay. We had to call to find out how to lock the front door. Again, no instructions anywhere. We’ll try elsewhere next time.

No complaints here! This was a perfect place for my family to stay. My younger kids (3yrs and 5 yrs old) loved their room with single beds and having their own bathroom. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and equipped with what you needed to get through your vacation. We also loved being on the ground floor that was right next to the pool, giving you the feel as though it was your own private pool ;) Location was also an easy walk to the beach and restaurants with the walking trails. We would def come back to stay!

What a lovely spacious unit! Pictures of places like this usually make the unit look larger than it actually is, however I thought it was bigger inside than the pictures indicate. My family of 4 had plenty of space to spread out. Kitchen was big, bathrooms were big and the lanai was lovely for coffee in the morning. It's just about .5 mile to Poipu Beach Park and Brennecke's and the pool/spa is right outside the door. We had no noise issues at all from being so close. Very short drive to plenty of restaurants, Little Fish Coffee and many other beaches. Highly recommend!

The condo is very spacious and can easily accommodate 4 adults or a family. Both bedrooms are generously sized, as are both bathrooms. There are two patios, one off the master and one off the living room. The bathrooms and kitchen have been recently renovated and the kitchen is well stocked for any cooking you may want to do. The condo also has a full sized fridge, washer and dryer. The feeling is that the condo is well cared for, clean and has an airy feel to it. Also, the property management company is wonderful, very responsive and very helpful.
The general location of the complex is great. There is lots of shopping nearby and great restaurants. We really enjoyed The Dolphin for sushi, Merryman's for dinner and Living Food for coffee and breakfast.
There are a few things I wish I had known. The condo is immediately next to one of the pools. This could be a positive, especially if you have kids in your party, and to be fair, the other guests at the property were very respectful of the 10pm-8am quiet time and the noise level was appropriate to guests having fun at a pool, nothing obnoxious going on. The pools are quite ordinary and nothing special or scenic. The condo has no views. The condo complex is a solid 15 min walk to the beach, just far enough to be a factor, especially if it's hot out. For us, the "ordinary" pools and the distance from the beach were both bummers as we ended up spending very little time in the water. If these items aren't important to you though, this condo is very nice.

The location is very convenient-it’s a quick walk down to Poipu Beach. The condo is very well stocked with basic paper products, beach gear and the kitchen was just fine. Decor is dated and the second bedroom mattress could stand to be replaced but as a short term rental we enjoyed it very much. The pool area was a bonus , including the jacuzzi. Highly recommended.
