What a wonderful place! The unit is stocked with everything you need; is clean; modern; and quiet (except for the wonderful sound of the surf if you open either of the doors to the balcony). The plunge pool is terrific for cooling off and there is a great view of the beach from there. Having access to the two hotels is fabulous. We were regulars at the tennis facility (what a view and great courts!) and the gym. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This property was fantastic. The condo is exactly as pictured: clean and modern with a gorgeous sunset view from the plunge pool. Our family of 4 spent a lot of time hanging out on the patio and slipping in and out of the pool. We also really appreciated having access to the amenities at the Hapuna Westin and Mauna Kea, including the pools and beach loungers--it is very nice (and rare, in my experience) to have a spacious condo plus hotel amenities. Communication with the host was easy--we had a few questions and Peter answered them quickly. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect condo for our Hawaiian vacation. The kitchen was well appointed, the furniture was comfortable, the view was spectacular, and the plunge pool was a luxury that topped off our stay.
Being in a wheelchair makes it tricky to find properties where I can get around. This condo worked great. The bed was lower than your typical hotel bed, so it was easier to get in and out of. I did have to make requests for a chair in the shower and the door to the bathroom to be removed so my wheelchair would fit. The owner, Peter, was graciously quick to accommodate.
If we make it back to Hawaii, I will only stay here again.

From the moment we arrived, we knew it was something special. The vibes of luxury and calmness hit me right at the entrance. The design and decor are so tasteful and chic. Peter put a lot of thought into making this place comfortable and beautiful simultaneously. But the real showstopper here is the lanai with the mini-pool and the killer view. We spent so much time outside, going from the beach to the pool and back again. The evenings were magical, with gorgeous sunsets every night. We will definitely be back.

As soon as we walked in we knew we had made the right decision. The view is unsurpassed by any other we have experienced. The furnishings are luxurious and clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Having access to the hotels was wonderful, but we spent most of our time on the lanai enjoying the pool and the view. Peter is a communicative and generous host. We will absolutely be back to enjoy another week, we have found our "happy place" in Kona.

We had a great stay. The property was perfect for our family of 4 with room to spare. We had plenty of room for everyone. The soaking pool was a hit with our kids. Property is as advertised, right on the amazing Hapuna Beach with incredible views of the surf and sunsets! We loved ability to go for morning swims, grab beach chairs for day, have meals/snacks at room if desired. In the evening the massive TV was ideal for viewing sports/movies/shows with family. Our favorite spot we've stayed on Big Island. The owner was very responsive and great to work with on logistics and questions. Planning to return!

WOW! It doesn't get any better! Beautiful unit with a location that can't be beat. The two bedroom unit was perfect for our family of four and we absolutely loved the plunge pool and direct access to the beach. We could easily go between beach, resort pool and residence, enjoying the many activities or simply relaxing. Resort staff was very welcoming and supportive and love that we could easily charge to our account at both resorts. LOVE it all! We hope to be back soon!

Just finished a 10 day stay at Hapuna Bliss.
The property is located in between the Mauna Kea Resort and the Westin Hapuna beach resort. For a fee, you get access to all the facilities at both locations, which was amazing.
The beach is second to none. The condominium is well appointed.
This was a truly relaxing vacation and we enjoyed the property.
The private pool did not have functioning controls. We were able to communicate with management, but this was not resolved during our stay. This was a minor inconvenience.
Overall nice experience at this truly relaxing and beautiful condo.

If you've never been to Mauna Kea, it's basically heaven on earth. This condo gives you the perfect spot to enjoy the gorgeous beaches, wonderful hotels and of course, the beauty of Hawaii and all it has to offer.
The condo itself is well appointed. The beds are incredibly comfortable. You can enjoy the island breeze with the fully retractable doors and enjoy a dip in the splash pool. We loved everything about our stay.
Peter was a gracious host and very easy to communicate with. We will most definitely be back and highly recommend it if you're considering this location for your next vacation.
Note: there is a $100 daily fee if you want to use the Westin Hapuna and Mauna Kea facilities (gyms, parking, etc.).

We arrived early, so ended up having lunch at Naupaka, which was not great, but convenient. The room was ready on time and worth the wait. The property is exactly as pictured. Lovely art, minimalist furniture, very clean, and comfortable. Close parking was a bit scarce in the residence lot, but we also had a large SUV. The pool was inviting, although it would have been nice to adjust the temperature. Both resorts are easily accessible if you want to pay the additional $100 per day. The kitchen was a bit difficult for me. It had the standard necessities, but really only accomodated one person, so if you're good with that then this place will work for you. I would have liked to have seen a bit more comfy stuff like blankets and bathroom rugs. It gets pretty humid and all that stone and wood gets a bit sticky. Beds and linens were comfy. Peter's condo is truly the perfect place to get away for a long or short vacation. We just returned from Spring break with my 2 children (10 and12 year), and are already talking about when we can go back. The condo is outfitted with everything you could need to make your stay comfortable and fun - boogie boards, board games (Scrabble, Clue, Chess and Checkers), the most comfortable beds ever, and pretty much any kitchen appliance and tool you could want. We homecooked breakfasts, and varied our dinner plans - and always had everything we needed to make a delicious meal. And the plunge pool, while not hot, was the perfect temperature to enjoy a soak before dinner on most nights (one night got a little cooler and windier, and that was the only night we wished it as actually a "hot" tub).
Location couldn't be better - Hapuna Beach is handsdown the best best on the Big Island. And there is nothing better than being able to walk just a few steps to the beach or the hotel pool for a few minutes or a few hours - any time of day, multiple time a day! And the expansive lawn leading to the beach right in front of the condo is perfect for kicking around a soccer ball or playing frisbee. Kohala Coast was our perfect home base - 20 minutes north to the cute town of Hawi, 20 minutes east to Waimea for the farmer's market and Foodland, and 10-15 minutes south to King's and Queen's Village shopping and the best restaurants on the island (Canoe House in the Mauna Lani is an experience to savor at least once in your lifetime!). About 45 minutes south to Kona where we did an amazing Polynesian cultural ATV tour and tiki carving through Aloha Adventure Farms, and surf lessons with Kahuluu Surf & Sea. We had explored Volcano and Hilo on our last Big Island stay, but it would have been an easy (but long) day trip from Hapuna.
The checkin process was seamless - Peter's instructions before arrival were great and we had an easy time getting keys from the office and finding our unit.
If you're on the fence about staying in Peter's condo - don't be! You will enjoy every minute of it!

We have been coming to Hawaii for 30 years. This property is one of the highlights. The location is outstanding. You are steps from the Westin Hapuna pool and beach, which is a fantastic, fine sand beach. The property is new, clean and beautiful. Unlike many dated places we have stayed, everything is clean and white. The furnishings are beautiful, the kitchen is well equipped, the bathrooms are stunning and the outdoor area is gorgeous. It was a wonderful place to stay and we hope to come back!

My wife and I hosted our 5 grandchildren for a week. They are ages 4 to 9. What a fantastic condo and beautiful location. The kids loved the splash pool. Lots of time at the beach. Amazing! Luxurious! Family friendly. Can't wait to return!

Everything about this place is a dream. We spent 10 days gazing at the ocean from the absolutely perfect vantage point of the pool, cocktails in hand. The interior is all modern touches with an ideal layout. Bed was supremely comfortable. The host left detailed, thoughtful notes with ideas for where to go, what to do and where to eat - we did nearly 100% of the list and had an unforgettable experience. Also it’s so convenient to have the option to utilize both resorts on either side of this property - note there is an extra fee for that but it’s well worth it. 10 out of 10!

It was a great experience overall. Only hiccup was the check in. We arrived after the rental office closed and the hotel front desk didn’t have the keys. Just a couple phone calls and all was good.
