My family and I enjoyed our stay. The location was central to both sides of the island. We didn’t spend time at the nearby beach but we did visit a nearby beach that was family-friendlier. We enjoyed walking to the nearby shopping center and the farmer’s market.

Location of unit was easy to get to many things on the island and close to shopping and restaurants. The unit itself was well furnished and decorated and fairly clean. They provided chairs, umbrella, cooler and sand toys which was a big plus!
Beyond that amenities for the building had issues. We had a delay in our arrival and tried to called after hours security upon check in, they do not pickup their phones. Trying to figure out how to pay for laundry was a nightmare and expensive and property management has no idea and provides the wrong information. Pool was dirty and full of bugs. I ended up developing a rash after staying on this property. Hot tub was not working.

Pros: close to airport, close to beach, clean condo, had all kitchen utensils needed.Cons: lots of homeless campers on nearby beach, bedroom smelled bad upon arrival, and until we put in air freshener.

We enjoyed our time in unit J8. It is well maintained with a cozy feel. There is a nice laundry room in the building also. The location is centrally located and made it easy to go north or south in a short amount of time. The only challenge was the “beach” across the road. It is not a nice beach at all. More like an impassable lava field preventing access to the ocean. Many homeless tents there also. Not a deal breaker, because of the numerous nice beaches near by. There is also a very nice shopping area within walking distance.

My wife and I chose to stay here for our "babymoon" and we were not disappointed with that decision. We wanted somewhere that felt like home to come back to after a long day of beach going, hiking, exploring, etc and this was exactly that. It's tough to decide what was the best part - the location or the place itself. The location was perfect for exploring the whole island - nothing is more than an hour away and for the most part everything we wanted was within a 20-40min drive. The ability to walk onto the beach was amazing as well - we took advantage of that every sunny morning we had to enjoy the sunrise. The place itself was well decorated and had everything we needed. Be sure to go to the room and look in all the cabinets before you go to the store - they likely have many things you think you may need. Would definitely stay again.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. It was such a great location. It was walking distance from shopping, restaurants, and a beautiful beach. We were able to explore the island within a short drive. The house was adorable and very comfortable for the two of us! The bed was comfortable and there was lots of parking near the room!

This place was very clean and convenient! Check in was very simple, and we were pleasantly surprised by the size and style! The location was great and near a little shopping area. The easy access to the beach was also a pleasant surprise. We would happily stay here again!

This property is perfect for you if you’re looking for something affordable, stylish, and conveniently located. It is not the best choice for those wanting to be beachside on a picture perfect shore. We were traveling with the goal to hike and snorkel all over the island, so it wasn’t as big a deal where we stayed! We loved how cute the decor was and having a kitchen :)

This place was perfectly located about 1 block from the beach, the PLANTATION PLAZA and a market. It had access to all the amenities [hot tub, pool, beach, shops]. The inside was beautiful and well kept. Easy check in and check out. Only disconnect was changing some business between Property Management and the billing side [since we were forced to change our plans related to arrival date, due to torrential winds]

This was a great stay for us. The place is super cute (matches the pictures) and well-equipped. The bed is comfy and the A/C is a relief. I especially liked the guestbook with local recommendations. Definitely recommend!

This is a well maintained older property. It is not a beach resort, not convenient to the beach, but you can get there. The kitchen and bath are updated and nice. The unit is very clean and quiet. The king bed has a very comfortable memory foam mattress that I would give an A+. The sleeper sofa and chair are very uncomfortable. Plantation Hale is located next to the Coconut Marketplace which has lots of shopping etc. Long's Drug and Safeway are just down the street. It is a nice place to stay if you are not expecting the beach at your doorstep. It has several nice pools.

The unit we had at Plantation Hale was perfect. I wish we chose to stay there longer! Super clean, enough space to make it feel like home, great kitchen to make some meals rather than eating out. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Great location for being on the east side. The place was beautiful, clean and spacious. I loved and got to enjoy the jacuzzi after my long hikes. The ladies at the Garden suites were really helpful. Connected me with a concierge Derek who was amazing in guiding me on tours and excursions and so much more. Overall I would stay here again.

The condo was newly renovated and lovely, with lots of accommodations like beach chairs, towels, parasol, etc. While there is no view of the beach, beach access is just a short walk away--pro tip, grab a coffee and sticky bun at Imua and enjoy breakfast on the beach! The full kitchen was a great way to save funds for more adventures vs eating out the whole trip.
Great central location to both the North and South sides of the island. Kapaa seems more local and less touristy, with lots of beaches and activities nearby.

This property is an easy walk to the beach, the store, and is stocked with all the basics (with the exception of basic spices/cooking ingredients). The place was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I had been staying at this property two times previously. The condo was clean and in good conditions. I had not expected the wall obstructing the view and the direct access to the beach; more attention should be given to describe the new situation to customers as it is exactly.The condo is advertised as hosting up to 4 people, offering a king bed and a queen sofa bed; on arrival I was told that the sofa bed would not be made for us, as explicitly agreed on the phone at booking, but I would be given a set of sheets, and the task left to me. I find this process inaccurate and the behavior unprofessional.
