Beautiful location!! The air conditioner was broken in 3 of the the rooms. We reported it to the manager and were brushed off. The manager does not have good communication skills. Other than that our family enjoyed this beautiful home!!

We absolutely adored the home - very comfortable, stylish, clean and well appointed. Great location to explore from on the second green of Princeville Makai golf course. We awoke to roosters crowing and enjoyed the balmy breeze off the ocean. Truly everything you need to adventure from on the north shore. Ideal for 4-6 guests.

This home was beautifully decorated and a perfect location for our family! The wrap around porch was where we spent most of our time when we weren’t out and about! One side, a view of the mountains and waterfalls, the other of the golf course and ocean! All the amenities you need, including boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkeling gear and bikes! I truly hope we can go back next year. Thames was very helpful, and informative of places and beaches to go to. I’ve been back in San Diego and all I can think about is what a great time we had with a smile!!!This is the place you want to stay!!

This was the perfect place to stay for a family vacation! A beautiful home in a beautiful place. We were able to cook many wonderful dinners with the kitchen tools provided and loved using limes and lemons for adult cocktails in the evenings.
The beach chairs made for very enjoyable outings to the beach, and everyone loved trying the outdoor shower. Our family would recommend this property to anyone!

This home has it all. The house itself is immaculately clean and the layout is perfect for gathering space as well as private space. Beautiful views, lots of birds- a quiet, restful place. It was a journey to get here from the east coast during this pandemic and definitely worth the effort. A superb visit! Mahalo~

We had an amazing time at this property - exceeded all of our expectations. Few highlights:
1) Awesome location - several beaches and great walking trails/hikes nearby. When we arrived, we quickly walked to the beach to catch the sunset which was delightful. Quick 10 min drive into Hanalei as well, and close to the Kalalau trail.
2) Amazing home/property - we had 6 adults in our group, and we could have easily had another couple/family join us as we did not use one of the BRs upstairs or the loft. I didn't realize at the time of booking, but the downstairs room is fairly split from the upstairs main area, which made it nice for one of the couples to have their privacy. Their garage is also filled with everything you could ever need for a beach outing, which was a delightful surprise!
3) Great communication - really appreciated the host and property manager reaching out to check in and keep us updated on certain things. The traffic was crazy getting to the airport on our last day, but we were informed this could be an issue and planned accordingly.

This house was in the perfect spot on Kauai and had the best views of the mountains from the front porch to the ocean from the back porch. Our daughter and son-in-law loved having the entire downstairs to themselves. There was plenty of room for our other daughter and our friend that joined us on the trip. The house was extremely clean, well maintained and fit our needs perfectly. Being located on the Makai golf course was an added treat. We loved not having to rent bikes, boogie boards or snorkeling equipment because it was provided. It was a short drive to Hanalei Bay, even with the road closures going on. We will definitely be booking this house on our next trip to Kauai!!

Our group of 8 - 2 couples, 2 kids apiece (18 & 21, 15 & 16) - had an amazing 12 nights at this house and never grew tired of coming home to it or waking up at it.
Location: my wife and I stayed in Lihue (hotel) once before this and loved that location bc of it's central location relative to the south/north ends of the island. So, we were a bit concerned that maybe we had decided to stay too far north. That was not a problem, at all. Yes, it took a bit longer to get all the way south for our Napali Coast tour, but everything else was within easy striking distance for us. There is SO MUCH to do up north, too. Location was great.
House: all the beds were perfectly comfortable and well appointed. The house had everthing we needed, and we did most of our eating/prepping there. The wrap around deck was the highlight of every morning and evening. The views are superb. Can't say enough.
Extras: plenty of snorkel and beach gear in the garage. Grill was great. Thames, the property manager, had a lot of great info. Lime trees out back supplied amazing margaritas!
Book this property. You will not be disappointed.

Loved this place! It was well appointed and felt very clean which made us feel immediately comfortable and able to relax after a long day of traveling. The owners had a lot of beach equipment in the garage, a great coffee machine and supplied a bean grinder (we love fresh ground coffee). Each bedroom had it's own ac unit which was nice for keeping bedrooms comfortable. I appreciated the thoughtful details like little wrapped soap, just enough to get me through the week, and a first aid box when we needed a band aid. This place was in a great location and so convenient. There is a market place with a grocery store within five minutes of home. Everything about this place made me feel welcomed to sit and stay while. Perfect place in Princeville!

After a problematic check-in we found the home to be clean, spacious and well-equipped with comfortable beds in a beautiful neighborhood and we very much enjoyed our stay. We arrived at the appointed check-in time and found no key in the lock box and the garage door opener did not work. We couldn't get hold of the property manager, but eventually found one of the many glass doors to be unlocked so were able to enter. Would recommend guests contact the property manage prior to arrival to confirm the arrival time.

We loved our stay in this beautiful Princeville home. We ate breakfasts and dinner on the deck, watching the sun set and the golfers. We enjoyed a few runs through the neighborhood, with easy access down to the nearby beach. It is a perfect location and both the property owners and property manager were super nice. Can't wait to come back!

Our party of seven had an amazing experience at this beautiful, comfortable and relaxing home. The house is so well equipped with absolutely everything you need from kitchen to bathroom to laundry to outdoor play ( snorkels, boogie boards, beach toys etc ). The location is great with a really lovely beach within walking distance, and some amazing snorkelling very close by. The many different lanais were fully utilised each morning for breakfast and evening for drinks. The beds are amazingly comfortable and the option of air conditioning was fantastic when needed. Property manager Thames had a wealth of knowledge that was much appreciated. I highly recommend this property for your holiday on Kaua’i!

We stayed at this beautiful home for 9 nights and it wasn't long enough! Property inside and out scrupulously maintained and has everything one would need for a beach vacation including all snorkel gear, chairs,& bikes. Everyone agreed their favorite part was the HUGE outdoor shower, complete with all toiletries. Walk to beach about 10-12 minutes directly in front of The Princeville Resort and the beach is quite lovely with calm waters (visibility for snorkeling limited). It was so relaxing waking up in the morning to the roosters crowing and the beautiful golf course/ocean views. Booking process with Christine was very smooth and Thames was helpful with several questions we had about local shopping, sightseeing. We did a lot of research before booking and this house had it ALL at a very reasonable price compared to other luxury properties. TIP: Go to the Hanalei Farmer's Market for wonderful artisanal food, gifts & Tahiti Nui for best MaiTais. Try shaved ice from the local shop in Hanalei & be sure to see the NaPali Coast by helicopter or catamaran.

This home is beautifully decorated and perfect for six adults and two children. The location is wonderful and Thames, the manager, was a delight. He showed us the baby albatross chicks, brought grapefruit and tour info. We had an exceptional vacation and made better by a beautiful place to stay.

To say this house is beautiful is an understatement. Tastefully decorated, well taken care of and maintained inside and out, fantastically sparkling clean every nook and cranny, even the beach toys are in great shape. which by the way they have anything and everything you could want or use for vacation. The kitchen is well equipped, did I mention clean?!?! Plenty of room to spread out and teens will love the loft!!

My family of five adults absolutely loved this home! It is in a wonderful Princeville location with many amenities to make your stay enjoyable. The home itself is well maintained and nicely decorated with a well stocked kitchen and outdoor BBQ (we cooked many meals at the house). The beds were also very comfortable. One of the best features of the home is it's wrap-around, plantation style porch with views of the mountains/waterfalls on one side and the golf course/ocean on the other. The outdoor (enclosed) shower to use after returning from the beach was another added bonus. We did not want to leave when our stay was up and are already planning a time when we can hopefully return!

We loved the Hale Honoiki. It is gracious living at it’s best. The house is beautiful and very clean. Beds are comfortable and any amenity we needed was provided. The downstairs apartment was wonderful

I just have to say that this trip to Kauai, our 5th and the 1st for many family members was simply Amazing!!! That was mainly due to this fabulous home! We couldn't have asked for better accommodations while we were on the island. Everything you could think of that you would need is provided and the home just felt like our home away from home! Plenty of room for our group of 4 couples as well as amazing views, sunsets and relaxation. Rent this home, you can't go wrong!!! New owners & caretaker were wonderful. House was very comfortable, slightly dated furnishings but who cares?? Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of space for sleeping & hanging out. Kitchen has everything you need. Will need a car for site seeing. Highly recommend this house. You can see the ocean and the mountains for spectacular views. Breezes through the house were fantastic.

This place was great! My wife and 2 little girls stayed for 4 nights. (2 and 4 year olds). My girls had a blast! They loved to play on the wrap around porch!! The house has kids movies, books, a few puzzles, and even beach toys.
It was so nice having all of the different things in the garage to entertain the kids! They loved playing with the sand toys at the beach and mom and dad loved having a chair and a cooler to bring along!!
We most of our days at anini beach or at the pier in hanalei. Our two favorite beaches; Both just a short drive away. Oh and that outdoor shower!!! I don't know if a shower will ever be the same for me! The outdoor shower was also a great place to rinse the sand off the kiddos before going inside.
Everyday we cooked breakfast and supper in the beautiful kitchen. Often times we even used fresh fruit from the fruit trees on the property! We ate every meal outside on the porch and tried to soak up those views. Beautiful mountain waterfalls out front and an ocean view out back!
The place was unbelievable and we could not have asked for a better north shore experience.
We did have a couple 6am golf course crews but we were already up. They were very very quiet and I'm not sure they would have bothered is if we were still in bed. Thanks again for the wonderful place.

After wrestling for weeks on where to stay on the island, we decided to stay on this property.
We have absolutely no regrets! The accommodations were first class. We vacationed with three couples, and all our expectations were exceeded.
The location was great just a short walk down the hill to the beach. Very relaxing evenings on the wrap around lanai. With the trade when breezes and the gorgeous views we were spoiled.

We had a family gathering with travelers from Europe and South America. Nine adults in the house and two more in a nearby apartment. We had great family dinners, breakfast and preparation time for hikes or beach days at the house with ample space for all. We relaxed at the house wrapping lanai and the kitchen equipment was perfect for our large group. The only complain we have was the early scheduled golf course maintenance crew and the confused roosters crowing at 2:00 AM - Bring some ear plugs!!

This is a beautiful property in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The house is wonderful, especially for large families. The kitchen is well supplied with just about anything you could ever need to cook for large groups of people. The property was very clean upon our arrival and the manager was readily available if we needed any help. It's in a great location close to the beach, the St. Regis Resort and the town of Hanalei. Because of this home, we had a beautiful week on the north shore of Kauai.

My extended family came for my parent's 50th anniversary over Christmas vacation and it was better than the pictures. The house was SPOTLESS, the loft is much bigger than the pictures show, the outdoor shower is so awesome, the home is in a great location and there is plenty of room. In addition to all the other things people raved about - the yard is amazing. My father spent a ton of time checking out every orchid and bush. The walk to the beach is magical (but a little hard and steep for those who are 70+) and the snorkeling at the beach is top-notch. Must dos: Go to Hanalei Bay and jump off the pier, go to local farmer's markets where you can get some crazy cool fruits and veggies (are ferns veggies?), hang out on the lanai, take advantage of the boogie boards in the garage!!!!, visit tunnels beach... Where to stop? There is just so much to do!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.. Everything listed was very accurate. The tour books were very helpful. Your property manager and cleaner were very friendly and helpful. Tried different places/walks in Poi Pu Heritage Walk. Dinner sunset cruise on the Na Pali coast and kayaking. The night we attended Tahiti Nui for music from Kanack Attack was very special since Keole was in attendance for most of the evening. Had to take a cell phone to the airport so we went to the Grove Family Homestead. We found this to be a historical and interesting visit. We plan on returning someday. Thank you.
