This house was a great place for our family to stay! House and kitchen were stocked well and nice and clean! They had a great selection of beach gear and a nice yard and porch to enjoy when hanging at the house! Perhaps the best feature of the house was the foot shower in the front yard which was perfect to get off all the sand from the beach! I do wish there were a few more instructions left for the stove and the AC.

We had a fabulous week in beautiful Hanalei Bay! We would not change anything. The house was in the most conventions location, a block from the beach and 2 blocks from town, it was clean and neat and very well laid out with all the amenities you need all very well organized. Thank you!

My wife, some friends, and I stayed here for a long weekend getaway from the Big Island. We had a fantastic time and the house was clean, as depicted, and the location is excellent. The kitchen had a good amount of pots/pans (and now has a couple 9 inch cake rounds that we added to the mix). We had two minor quibbles that I bring up not because we are not satisfied, but so that the owners are aware. First, some of the fans appear to be on the same channel, and changing the settings upstairs can affect the master bedroom. Second, the grill looked pristine, but would not get very hot and the flame pattern was inconsistent; I think the burners have reached the end of their life and need replacement.

You cannot beat this location for the price. We were steps from the beach in a quiet , residential neighborhood. The home was really well equipped for families who want to cook,do laundry and bring beach equipment to play or sit under umbrellas. It was clean and had great bathroom and beach towels. Management company put an AC unit in for us because of construction next door, which wasn't really that bad at all. Only drawback was that it didn't cool down much even with fans until the evening, but it was unseasonably humid and hot for our stay. This place is worth the money and budget friendly for Hanalei.

We picked this home for a few specific reasons. First, it was close to the beach. And it was. We walked down through Waioli Beach Park every day and when we forgot something like a refreshment we easily walked back the 3-minute stroll. Second, it had enough beds. There was a master downstairs and three up. They aren't huge rooms but you shouldn't be spending a lot of time in bed if you're at Hanalei Bay! Last, it was clean and looked unique - which it was. We would totally come back here again and see this property out. You won't be disappointed.

This was our third time to Hanalei. This home was absolutely beautiful with all of the amenities you need to enjoy the nearby beach, which by the way, is the most beautiful beach in Hawaii. We cooked every meal in the perfectly outfitted Kitchen. Bedrooms were extremely comfortable. Recent landscaping is beautiful. Booking was easy and arrangements were prompt and understandable. Very easy. Drive in and unload. Pack up and drive out. We’ll be back!

We had a little hiccup with the check in as they were renovating the upstairs bathroom, which btw is beautiful. The workers were still there late during the check in time, so we had to waste time for an hour before using the home. If we were coming from the airport, would have been more of an issue, but we were coming from poipu so we just took the kids to the beach and they had a blast. The beach is ridiculously close as is town. Perfect spot in between. They were nice enough to let us put away our groceries early. House is very nice. We were asked not to use the shower upstairs in the new bathroom for a day but we ended up not using it at all for showers as we didn’t want to break anything. The outdoor shower with hot water was huge for beach days especially with the sandy kids. Kitchen is reasonably well stocked. Two of the stovetop burners were broken but we easily a made do with the other two. One thing they didn’t have in the kitchen was coffee and sugar. We just used to coffee shop about a 5 minute walk away. Again, great location and home. Would try to go back again even with the little minor things there. Hanalei is beautiful and this was a perfect house for our family.

Family of 7 with adult children stayed 4 nights. All enjoyed and had plenty of space. House cooled off nicely with trade winds and screened windows and doors and ceiling fans in every room. Front porch is nice to hang out for outdoor meals and watching the neighborhood go by. Short block to beach is convenient to run back and forth with beach supplies. Beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, boogie boards. Snorkeling gear is old, so bring your own. A few pair of water shoes also available. Kitchen very well stocked with everything including a vitamix blender. Oven was not connected but the agency brought in a countertop oven that worked great for family size frittata. The famous roosters were not nearby so they did not bother us at all with their 3 am crowing.
Great time for a dreamy vacation.
