Tropical paradise! The house is big, fun, tropical, and the location wonderful. After March Queens Bath should be open again. Bummed we missed that since it is right down the street. House could not be better. Pool and landscaping are just perfect. Loved all the tropical plants. Fully stocked house so we did not need to buy the little things. Trip to Costco and Walmart in Lihue are a must! Woodland was craziness. Such an upscale resort like area. The walk down to Hideaway Beach is a must. Stairs are steep but soo worth it.

This is a great property and we would certainly stay again. We were a family of 9 with three generations and had plenty of room. The location is perfect for day trips to Hanalei or Kilauea and the lanai is expansive. We enjoyed all the extras - beach gear was super convenient to borrow and the washer/dryer setup was perfect. Jason was a great and responsive host.
We named a little cardinal with a bum leg Koa, and hope others will find a seed or two to feed him (from your hand). He brought us a lot of joy in the backyard.

We brought our family to this magical place for our destination wedding and it was beyond perfect. This home offers everything you need. Everyone was so comfortable and we all had plenty space. The pool was a big hit. My 7 year old spent every day in the backyard. Thank you for making our stay perfect!! I will definitely come back !!!

This property is exactly as represented. It's in a great neighborhood, conveniently located close to the beaches, shopping and other amenities that you need while vacationing with your family.
The property owner has everything ship-shape. Nothing is cobbled-together. The systems and equipment are all new and well maintained and work as they should, so there are no disappointments. The towels and bedding are great, as are the beds and furniture. Bathrooms are spotless, the kitchen is fully equipped, and even the garage is neat,clean and well organized.
The backyard, pool and hot tub is nice enough that you could just spend the entire vacation there and never even have to leave to go o the beach...
This owner knows how to run a vacation home business. It's not inexpensive, but you will certainly feel that you get what you paid for with no disappointments.

Outstanding! Great communication, well -equipped top to bottom, and especially appreciated all the beach toys, chairs, and snorkeling gear! Wonderful pool area and great location to enjoy the North Shore and just a 5 minute walk to the Queen’s Bath.

Would definitely rebook this home again. Only disappointment was barking dog and loud “always on” TV from next door neighbors…but easy to overcome with backyard waterfall sound.

We couldn't have found a better place to host our wedding guests. There are so many great communal spaces, like the dining room, kitchen, kitchen island, and the outdoor area, including the patio and the hot tub. All the guests enjoyed their rooms, too! The master suite was an excellent space to get ready for my wedding, as well. There was plenty of space for the make-up and hair ladies, as well as my friends. The location is incredible, too. Princeville is such a safe, scenic area.

Overall, I rated this home 3 out of 5 stars. It's perfect for a large group, the home is well stocked, comfortable beds, beautiful pool and hot tub, killer location. However, for $1,500/night I have high expectations. The kitchen could really use an appliance package upgrade with all three major appliances not working as well as they should (dishwasher rack won't roll, fridge not quite cold enough, stove top made a constant clicking sound). Also, the home is airconditioned, but ONLY in the bedrooms. The main living areas got pretty hot and made it difficult to spend time together as a family which was the whole point of the trip. Also, the hot tub was a main draw for me when booking this home and it doesn't have jets that blow air, so it's like sitting in a bath tub.

The town of Princeville is relatively sleepy, which is why the huge kitchen was integral, but I wouldn't recommend staying on this part of the island if you're looking for fancy dinners and nightlife each night - it was just perfect for daytime, outdoor activities!

This was our second time staying at this location with an extended family of 10 and it did not disappoint. The home was very tastefully decorated and well stocked with ample space for all. The backyard pool pool with waterfall was a great place to relax and the location of the property was perfect for our family with easy access to Hanalei and Princeville. The property management company were great to deal with, specifically Jason and Janine were very friendly and always willing to help.

the house was amazing. 2 master rooms, large complete kitchen. large dining room table beautiful solid wood table plenty of seating. bar/ counter seating in addition to out door large tablea for 6 each. the indoor living and outdoor living were fantastic. salt water pool delightfuland hot tub perfect after a day of activites!

This was a family trip that we planned months in advance and researched for the perfect place to spend much needed quality time. After looking at many properties, we decided on this place because of the room accommodations and most importantly the reviews of cleanliness. When we arrived,
the cleaning service was still there and we had to wait 30-45 minutes, while we had Costco groceries in our cars. The cleaning ladies were very friendly and apologetic. They did the best they could with the seemingly short timeframe they had to clean. A short list of things that were below standard:
- the propane tanks were both empty and we had to fill them up ourselves before we could bbq the first night.
- the refrigerator seemed to be broken and wasn’t staying cold enough to keep the food fresh.
- the pool was dirty and and the jacuzzi wasn’t working properly.
( the property manager came the next day to clean it, just came through the back gate and walked right in, chatted on the phone while we waited for him to finish).
- the washer and dryer were full of towels, etc. I found the bathroom rugs in the dryer so I put them out myself.
- we found nicorette packages in different areas, probably left by the previous people.
- the beds were super firm and uncomfortable (the least of our complains)
- the property manager said he would credit us for at least the propane tanks that we filled, but never heard from him.
More follow through from the property manager could have rectified this unfortunate experience.

Location was prefect, Queens Bath around the corner, other gorgeous beaches within walking and biking distance. Property management company was very responsive, I knew I had help if needed. This home was wonderful for large families, love the two washers and dryers. The kitchen is well stocked, and the whole house was stocked with all soaps/shampoos which was really nice. The ACs in the bedrooms made sleeping nice, although there is a musty smell that comes out of them. We only used them for sleeping, otherwise the windows were opening to catch the trade winds. The location was convenient to shopping in Princeville, and walking distance to Queens Bath which is a super fun rugged hike, the same for Hideaway Beach, which is perfect for snorkeling. Both are intense hiking to get to, but so worth it!
Seriously the perfect Hawaii house, we would definitely stay again!!

We loved our week at Honu Hale. The house is spacious and comfortable—everyone had their own room, bathroom, and the ability to find a quiet corner for a book or nap, after a morning adventure. From the moment we drove up to the minute we drove away, we felt at home. Honu Hale Sunrise was the perfect place for our family. There were 6 adults and 1 child. Plenty of space and everyone had there own room. We cooked on a daily basis and was grateful the kitchen was well equipped. The neighborhood is lovely and peaceful. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all. The waterfall was the icing on the cake. You walk into this beautiful little oasis and are taken to another place. We have been to Hawaii many, many times. To Kauai more than once, but this was the first time to Princeville. So beautiful. Quaint little eating places in Hanalei, about a 15 minute drive and the beach access is right there. Wish we had longer to enjoy this beautiful home. Maybe next time

We spent 2 weeks at the house - what a wonderful vacation! The pool and hot tub in the back were the highlight and made for an awesome time even with the Kauai rain. The house was well stocked with linens, beach gear and kitchen gear. We cooked a lot in our 2 weeks, we used the grill outside, the stove, oven, etc. The property managers were so great, responsive to any questions and super helpful. The walking paths around the house and pedestrian access to nearby beaches and hiking were great. It was truly a paradise house!

I wound just like to say that this was such a wonderful experience! The house itself was absolutely beautiful and the ease of check in as well as communication with property manager made things very easy . Spacious common areas , well furnished bedrooms and a great pool , hot tub , outdoor situation. Stocked with ample kitchen appliances , beach towels and beach equipment (snorkel gear , bikes , flippers , beach chairs ). Two washers and dryers .
Location was prime and close to beach (about one mile away) , very clean and quiet neighborhood . The house was tastefully decorated and my friends an I felt a true sense of relaxation. Highly highly recommend this stay ! Thank you again :)

Great place to stay for our group of 10, grandparents, parents and grandkids. The back yard was a a favorite hangout, everyone loved the pool & hotub. On the first night we were all out there playing and my daughter-in-law said "this was exactly how I imagined it would be". Princeville Food Land was close and convenient for groceries. Lots of room for everyone to spread out, two washers & dryers was great, beach toys, everything as advertised. Thanks to Jason, who was there to help with anything we needed. I miss it already!

The property is beautiful, well stocked with everything you would need for family trip, and has many amenities near by, including Foodland, Queens Bath and Hanalei Bay and Anini Beach. My only complaint was that the drain in the upstairs bathroom was slow to drain and all the AC vents needed to be cleaned with a possible filter change, as they all smelled musty. There is also room for improvement with the cleanliness of the bathrooms (mildew stains in the Master shower and washing machines were both smelling musty). Some of it can not be helped with the humidity level of the island, but mildew stains on showers, AC vent and filter changes, shower draining pipe cleaning and a washing machine tub cleaning should be addressed. Otherwise, everything else was great!. BTW, if any guests need to get the attention of rental property managers, don't use the app or call them, as I never got any reply back with these methods for days. Instead, email them, and they will reply back quickly.

Wow is all we can say. From the beginning of our reservation experience, things were great. From the folks in the office to the property manager, everyone was so helpful and friendly. We were overwhelmed when we arrived at Hale Leilani. The house was amazing, beautiful, functional, and fully stocked. 9 of us were very comfortable in the living quarters, kitchen and pool area. And the pool area, it was hard to leave to sightsee, it was so beautiful! It was great to go to the beach as the house had 9 working and comfortable beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys. We will definitely be back!

This property was one of the best I have ever stayed at. They literally thought of everything. The layout of the home and the furnishings were amazing. The 5 bedrooms comfortably housed our group of 9. Having air conditioning in each bedroom was great. Loved the brightly painted rooms and related decor. So many areas of the home to enjoy, relaxing in the swinging baskets on the front porch, enjoying a meal at the dining room table that seats 10 very comfortably, relaxing on the chairs/sofa under the covered area out back overlooking the truly amazing back yard and of course enjoying the pool and hot tub. Never played so many games of Marco Polo with my kids! We really appreciated all the toys provided as well; bikes, paddle boards, masks/fins, boogie boards, beach chairs. And having two sets of washers/dryers in the garage was a bonus. The management company was very responsive to one inquiry we had for them. And of course when not enjoying the home, the rest of the island was simply remarkable. Beaches and ocean were amazing. Enjoyed visiting Queens Bath several times during our stay. The entrance to the trail was located at the end of the street. Countryside is breathtaking. Weather was perfect. I would definitely visit this property again.

This gem was home for a week to a group of 9 family and friends, ranging in age from 7 to 82. The house was perfect- clean, updated, well appointed. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was spacious, and the dining room table large and inviting. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable. We enjoyed morning walks to the Coffee Spot and the pool and hot tub were used daily. The rental company was professional before we arrived, but we did not need a single thing during our stay so I cannot speak to their service during that time- I would assume it would be as impeccable as the property.

Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us all from Iowa! We couldn't have asked for a better set up with the perfect location. We had to drive a little ways to activities but nice to come home away from all the traffic and relax by our own pood. The house came complete with everything we could have possibly imagined. The only one thing we would have asked for is another fridge either by pool or in garage for extra beverages when you have 10 adult in the house. The pool was not running the 1st evening we were there but Michael, the property manager, had someone there to fix pool the next morning. Michael-thank you for being prompt in answering any questions we had that were in your means of control. There were only 2 minor problems in the bathrooms- a slow tub drain and a flickering light in masters. We couldn't have asked for a better stay minus the roosters at 4 a.m. haha! You truly made our stay paradise! We highly recommend this paradise to anyone visiting Kauai! We also had our own concierge Thomas who completely made our stay stress free. He planned everything we wanted to do-made suggestions-was on call 24/7 it seemed because made some reservations before we went and forgot we are 5 hours different-oops-my bad. Also going through rental host was awesome way to talk to hosts and make payments, etc. Thank you, thank you for making our trip so amazing! We will be back! love to you all! Mahalo

We have rented many vacation homes over the years and this has been one of our favorites. Perfect for a large family with kids. Kauai weather can be iffy in February so having this wonderful warm pool and hot tub was great to come home to every day. Very well stocked, more kitchen items than we have at home. Plenty of towels and the garage was full of all you need for the beach or biking around the neighborhood. Friendly neighbors and princeville is a charming area. Loved every minute and we plan to return soon.
