This property is absolutely beautiful and decorated so nicely. It was the cleanest property I have ever stayed at and had everything we needed for the beach and pool. Mercedes always responded to me so quickly and did everything she could to make our stay great. One of the best vacations we have ever had.

We stayed for 17 days, and this home was perfect for us, great quiet location, very clean and roomy, well furnished and well stocked with everything we needed. Very straightforward check in process. We had no problems whatsoever, and our stay couldn't have been better. Many thanks.

This is our fourth time to Hawaii and this property was by far the best well stocked in the kitchen to do anything you could want from a cooking standpoint. Beautifully decorated, very clean and nice and quiet. Lots of goodies to use at the beach, we didn’t have to buy a thing. We love the Waikoloa area and will definitely be back again. Even had a safe and a desk which was a major plus.

The property as well as the site was very clean, well maintained and well equipped. It is close to the Waikoloa Beach (easy access with <5 minute drive and free parking next to the beach). Since we wanted to explore the island, we did drive a lot and visited other beaches rather than staying local. But, we could have easily spent most of our beach time here. We used one of the pool areas and my kids had fun. It is well set up for a pool side bbq. The gated site has other amenities such as exercise room and tennis courts, but we have not used them.

We loved our stay in this beautiful condo! The owner, Mercedes is very nice, easy to communicate with and takes very good care of her unit. It is super clean, very large and equipped with everything you need - beach towels, chairs, umbrellas etc. The condo is located on a golf course in the Waikoloa Village area. You are 5 minutes from A-Bay beach and Queen's and Kings Marketplace with stores and restaurant. Condo has a small but lovely pool (was crowded during our stay this summer because so many people traveling to Hawaii). We would definitely return to this condo and beauty of BI at a quieter time of year!

This condo is well appointed, super clean and well stocked to meet all of the coffee lover’s and home chef’s needs. It is very close to shops and market- just a few minutes away. We appreciated the availability of beach chairs and umbrellas too. Mercedes is very attentive and accessible if any needs or questions arise. Our family highly recommends this condo for a comfortable and relaxing Big Island vacation. Thank you!!!

My husband and I spent 6 days here, and it was lovely. Mercedes has thought of everything — beach towels, chairs, pantry items. This is her home and it felt like a home, thoughtful, comfortable and cared for. We were able to relax because we were in such a tranquil space. Although Mercedes provided thorough information, when we did have a few small questions she responded promptly.
Although only my husband and I stayed here, it would be very comfortable to have a second couple or a family. The property was also great, with a lovely pool and bbq areas.
We remarked multiple times that we would stay here again if the opportunity arose. Thank you to Mercedes for your hospitality!
