We were surprised how spacious the place was. The view was better than the pictures. The location of the condo was convenient to shopping, snorkel rentals, beach, grocery stores and restaurants. The condo had a book with recommendations for anything and everything you want to do. We would definitely rent and stay there again.

We loved stayed at this wonderful penthouse flat with an ocean view! The owner was very communicative, friendly, and open to questions about activities. She even had fresh fruit for us upon arrival! The flat is clean and comfortable with a fabulous deck that spans the length of the entire apartment and looks over a fish pond. The location is excellent—it's a short walk to both the historic fish ponds and to Beach Club Beach (a white sand beach with amazing snorkeling and good swimming). There are several places to eat (or get cocktails and ice cream) nearby. The condo is up 2 flights of stairs, which was not a problem for us, but might be a consideration for some. Parking for one car is close by. If you're looking for resort amenities along with the comfort and privacy of your own place, this is it!

My family has stayed at this specific condo numerous times over the years. It feels like our home away from home. It is well stocked with most of what you need (with the exception of groceries - but even some of those were there upon arrival). The beds are super comfortable, plenty of pillows, blankets, towels, beach supplies.. This is such a peaceful, beautiful, special place, if you get the chance to stay here, you are fortunate, as we always feel when we come. Lauren has excellent communication and is knowledgeable about the area. Some of the best snorkeling and sand beaches are just a short walk away. Added bonus - her DVD collection is great for evenings at home. As is having a washer and dryer with everything you need and beach club access. I could go on and on about all the wonderful amenities. Can't wait to come again!

The property is well located in the Muana Lani resort, short walk to beach and some of the best snorkeling on the island.
Apartment is beautifully decorated with Balinese inspired furniture. High end appliances including washer, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, range and double oven. Beach towels, umbrella and beach chairs available from owner. Owner is member of beach club which is key.
Beds are very comfortable, plenty of showers, all en-suite. Incredible views. Spacious two bedroom apartment is one flight up (third floor view due to sloping topography)
Three great restaurants in walking distance, or a short drive.

What is there to say that hasn't already been said? We loved the condo, loved the location, loved the amenities and Lauren is a host extraordinaire! She provides a comprehensive guide to the unit and the surrounding areas but is also very well versed in the rest of the island so just ask if you have questions. We greatly enjoyed the relaxed nature of the Terraces community while still having access to the resort beaches (property beach and 49 Black Sand). We enjoyed using one of the 2 Grill and Go stations and never had to wait (though one might want to make a reservation for one of the bbq spaces just to be safe if you are on a schedule). The pool area looked nice and inviting. The unit itself was beyond well stocked with almost everything one might need while there. Cannot recommend this unit highly enough, especially when you factor in Lauren's no BS pricing (you pay the daily rate, taxes and VRBO fees and that's it - not a bunch of other stupid add-ons for cleaning, a linen fee, manager's fee, any additional guest more than 2 when it sleeps 4 or 6 or more fee, etc.). This was our first time staying in this area on Hawaii and we will be back again for sure. Thank you again Lauren!

Wow. This place has it all: beautiful views, splendid decorating, wonderful communication. The condo had everything you could desire: a full well-stocked kitchen, comfy furniture, games, gear… and amazing location. Lauren was super easy to reach and deal with. Amazing place! We have VRBO’ed at more than 50 places over the years and this is probably the best we have stayed at. Location is fantastic, Property is fantastic, communication with owner was great with quick responses. Leading up to the trip they even helped us plan activities. Very clean and has everything you need. Not “on” the ocean, but you have a great view of the ocean since the unit is on third floor and no other buildings are in between you and the ocean. Simple 5 minute walk to access beach or 2 minute walk to bbq and pool that overlooks ocean. I can’t say enough about this condo. My family loved it and we would stay here again in an instant.

This is a beautiful condo with a wonderful owner! We love the location, with amazing views and sounds of the ocean. Lauren is responsive, caring and a pleasure to work with. The condo is impeccably clean, well maintained and beautifully furnished. The unit is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. I can’t say enough wonderful things about both Lauren, the owner of the property and the property itself. Lauren is so nice to work with and always wants to make sure that our stay is the perfect experience. We’ve stayed in her amazing condo for many years now and love it very much. Not only is the condo beautifully decorated, but it comes equipped with everything you could possibly need. And, it has a beautiful view of the ocean, complete with being able to hear the waves! This was the best find ever!!
We have stayed in several units all over the mauna lani property.
We have finally found "The One"
We already booked next year. Out of 6 Terrace condos we have rented this is by far the cleanest, best view, most spacious and has tons of amenities. I even learned how to play pickle ball because they are also members at the club.
The host was so on her game.
Can't wait until next year.

This is the most lovely and relaxing unit in the most beautiful oceanside condo complex. Lauren and Brad make sure everything in the immaculate and extremely well supplied condo is Excellent for a wonderful relaxing vacation. And on the most beautiful coast with whales off shore - beautiful walks, amazing sunsets, beautiful views of royal fishponds, all ocean activities, and magnificent golf. We had first rented Laurens property at the beginning of the pandemic and sadly had to cancel. We had the good fortune of finally enjoying Laurens home. It stands apart from the rest in every way. Everything you would want and more. It was more like staying in a good friends home. Just incredible and Laurens warmth and kindness comes through in every aspect. We loved everything about this condo! Lauren is a treasure, so gracious to work with and an extremely thoughtful host. The condo is inviting, comfortable, very well appointed and, of course, that wonderful view! We loved being able to hear the ocean at night and the temperature was perfect, with cool ocean breezes. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed plus. The furniture is lovely, and the decor is very tasteful. This property is on the top floor of a beautifully designed 6 condo building overlooking fish ponds and the ocean, near the Mauna Lani resort. The terrace has those great views, is very private, and with screens and open windows, provides sea breezes that kept the condo at a perfect temperature. Just a short walk through the fish ponds took us to the Beach Club area with a great beach for easy snorkeling access (and really good snorkeling) and relaxing. Everything about the condo just felt right - comfortable, well designed, well equipped, yet uncluttered. It was such a pleasure just being there. And the home owner could not have been more helpful or informative. All in all, one of the best VRBO experiences we've ever had!

The condo is beautifully furnished and what a view! We enjoyed sitting out on the large lanai every day and evening looking at the ponds, palm trees and ocean beyond. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything one could need. The beds were so comfortable (the best I’ve encountered in my VRBO stays) and the unit was meticulously clean. The location is walking distance to the private beach club and other beaches and a short drive to Hapuna Beach and Beach 69. A jaw-dropping view greets you upon entry. You will be drawn to go outside to admire the scene from the spacious balcony. Upon re-entry to the unit, you will appreciate the cleanliness and quiet elegance of F302. The furnishings are impeccable and stylish. The cupboards and cabinets are filled with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The BBQ area and pool are very clean and inviting. Would stay here again!!!

This property was one of the best places that we reserved through vrbo. Attention to detail and needs of occupants during their stay was exemplary.
We enjoyed our stay and the patio was a perfect spot for our breakfast and occasional dinners when we dinned in.
The layout of place was perfect for us. Also access to beach and snorkeling was within walking distance.
The bbq area is very nice. We had our friends over for bbq and had a great time.
The location worked well for us. Our boys scuba dive and the dock was 10 minutes from the condo.
Everyone was within at most 15 minutes of their chosen activities.
