A Little About Your Stay
This one bedroom, two bath villa is located at the world-class Kapalua® Resort, and, is the perfect spot in which to create your Maui vacation memories. This affordable luxury villa offers a large and accommodating living space; but, it is the fabulous oceans and coastal views that draw guests again and again to this unit – the beautiful blue Pacific fills the horizon, the island of Molokai is just across the way, and Maui’s coastline accents the whole.
A large lanai just off the main living area is the perfect place for a Mai Tai and some serious relaxation. There is a table and seating for four, so be sure to bring your meals outside and enjoy your fabulous Maui view! It does not get much better than this! If you have planned your vacation during whale season, you will not believe the spectacle that takes place just outside your villa. Looking out, you will see humpback whales all over the ocean; splashing, jumping, and slapping their tails on the surface. It is truly an experience you will NEVER forget.
When you stay with us, you will find that the kitchen is fully stocked, and has everything you may need to prepare and serve any meal. Those vacationers who discover a bare kitchen, are not happy campers. We know how frustrating this can be, so we have gone out of our way to ensure you have everything you need. The kitchen is complete with a full size freezer/fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven and microwave.
The villa’s living room is adjacent to the kitchen. Here you will find a dining table, coffee table, sofa, chairs, and a wet bar. The sofa pulls out into a bed, making for a maximum capacity of four. Futons can be provided upon request.
The large master bedroom has a king size bed, small attached lanai, large closet with hangers, and dresser and drawers for lots of storage space. The villa also includes AC, and, flat screen TVs with premium digital cable in both living room and master bedroom.
The villa’s bathrooms are very spacious and provide our guests with enough room for the whole party to comfortably get dressed and ready to go. The master bathroom features a large soaking tub with shower, and two large vanities with personal sinks. The second bathroom has a shower, vanity, large closet with hanger, and washer/dryer.
This villa comes with reserved covered parking, free wireless password protected high speed internet, digital cable, discounted golf, starter supply of paper towels, soap/shampoos, laundry detergent and bath/beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler.
We are the only licensed on-site property managers. We are also Ridge owners. Thus we take an extra bit of pride in what we do. Our aim is to see that your stay with us is absolutely beyond compare.
Our rates are all inclusive. There are no surprises upon check-out!

The Ridge features two beautiful, heated swimming pools. Both pool areas feature gas grills, lounge chairs, a location for eating, with tables and chairs, a shower, a soda machine and restrooms. Pool “One” has an additional full kitchen and large covered gathering area, making this a perfect space for dining throughout the day, rain or shine.
There are many reasons why visitors choose The Ridge as their vacation destination. Property is maintained beautifully. Great location. Close to Kapalua trail for morning walks. Several restaurants close by. Grocery store 4 miles down the road. Loved the view from our lanai, we could watch the whales frolic while we ate our meals.

This condo has an absolutely stunning view! The location is great, fairly easy walk to the ocean and great trail to explore more. The pools were nice, clean & relaxing. Close to Lahina & Kaanapali. The small grocery store is great to have so close with a great deli & coffee. The bed is comfortable. Some things to note: Dated decor, Keureg is great, but don’t forget to get pods at the store because none were provided, no spices in the kitchen, only 5 plates & 4 spoons so be prepared to do dishes every day., limited number of hangers, the 2nd shower has no where to put shampoo other than the ground Overall though we were happy with the unit.

The villa itself is situated on the ridge overlooking a beautiful bay and relatively secluded beach. When the surf is up, watching the waves crash on the rocky peninsula from the lanai is spectacular. We spent a lot of time sitting out on the lanai. The villa itself is a bit dated but still lovely and clean, and a wonderful value as a result which allowed us to stay a full 2 weeks!
There was a closet full of beach gear including grass mats, chairs, umbrella, noodles and a couple of coolers including a backpack cooler. These came in very handy! The beach is an easy mellow 7 minute walk to the beach and Kapalua trail, and the Kapalua resort shuttle is a wonderful addition for allowing free transport throughout the resort from the Ritz Carlton to the Montage. We used it for dinner reservations and spa appointments, and it was efficient and easy!
There is also a small grocery store nearby (~5 minute drive, also accessible through the shuttle) “Honolua Store” which has basic groceries, a deli, coffee stand, alcohol, and some souvenirs.
This whole area is fantastic for a low key Maui experience with pool access and some of the best snorkeling in Maui about 8 minutes away by car (Honolua Bay). Highly recommend!

Our family enjoyed staying at this villa because of its great location. We have many dining options within a short walk or drive. The view from the villa is one of the best money can buy. It's exactly like the pictures in the listing. It's really easy to enjoy all Kapalua has to offer from this property. There are 3 great beaches nearby to choose from. This is our first time staying at a non-resort property and we will definitely do it again!

It's perfect for a family of 4
The views are amazing... We went in some open houses and by far this had the best view of the crashing waves.... the AC was nice to cool off at night. The beds were surprisingly super comfortable... even the fold out couch (no back pain!!!) The Lanai was a great place for all meals and peace. Everyone was friendly, even told us not to worry when we lost a key!

The interior is clean (we mean spotless!)and comfortable, and the views are without equal. That's our idea of the perfect vacation villa. You look directly out to the bay and the islands! Don't tell the Ridge Realty folks, but we think this villa is a steal at the price!
We did quite a bit of water activity, including snorkeling in Kapalua Bay. We also learned how to get around on the paddle board. We also went to Hana. For all of this, and more, we got our guidance from the crew at Ridge Realty. The folks at Ridge Realty Rentals - meaning Terry, and Jess and Diane - treated us like family. It might sound trite, but whatever, that is the truth. Naturally they have other guests, and we bet all are treated with equal courtesy, and promptness. We don't know how they do it, but they do.

Although the unit is in need of many updates, it was extremely clean, tastefully decorated, and the view was incredible! We used the free shuttle to and from the beaches which was so convenient and easy. We also enjoyed using the pool, which was heated and the area well maintained. My husband and I will definitely return to The Ridge the next time we visit Maui.

there are somethings that need to taken care of:
the doorbell doesn't work
the oven door doesn't shut properly and 2 burners on top need to be adjusted or replaced
Had trouble getting hot water from the kitchen sink.
Could use a couple more larger coffee mugs--was washing those frequently!
The TV also needed to be reprogrammed or something---it took about 2 days to figure out how to get it turned on (used the side buttons on the set) and was challenging to change channels. Maybe "operator"error, but needs to be checked?
But--the mildew smell was gone!! Everything was clean and ready for us. Thank you!
