A Little About Your Stay
This “Gold Level” remodeled townhouse is the ideal location to spend your next Maui vacation. Situated at the world-class Kapalua® Resort, this one bedroom, two bathroom villa boasts of luxurious interiors as well as spectacular ocean, golf course and island views. This villa truly has it all!
Upon entering the villa, you will be taken aback by the stylish, remodeled interiors and unparalleled views! The windows are filled with the spectacular vistas of the Pacific Ocean and the island of Molokai’. The living room is located on the first floor and features a dreamy, airy design that so tastefully brings the outside in. The living room features a pull-out sofa, coffee table, AC and flat screen TV. The dining room is located adjacent to the living room, and features a table with seating for four. Whether entertaining guests with evening “pupus” and cocktails, or relaxing after a busy day at the beach, this stylish living room provides guests with a space that is as comfortable as it elegant.
The large private lanai sits just off the living room and has a table with seating for four. More than likely most of your time will be spent right here, soaking in the serenity of the soft floral trade winds and the exotic views. This outdoor living space is perfect for romantic candlelit dinners, morning coffee or whale watching during our winter months. During whale season guests are treated to a show like no other; the humpback whales are more than happy to oblige! It is not unusual to see one of these huge creatures clear the water entirely on a jump, then land with an enormous splash.
The beautifully remodeled kitchen is every chef’s dream! With granite counter tops, all stainless steel appliances and new cabinets, guests will find it a luxury to prepare meals in this kitchen. One of the highlights of the kitchen are the ocean views. Guests will find the kitchen to be fully stocked with everything needed to prepare and serve the fanciest of meals. During your stay, if you may find that you are in need of something extra, please do not hesitant to ask and we will be more than happy to proved it for you. A breakfast bar is attached to the kitchen with three chairs, making this an intimate setting for morning pancakes and mimosas.
The first of your two remodeled bathrooms is located across from the kitchen, and features a shower and sink with vanity. This bathroom is wonderful for visiting guests, or, as an added room for members of your party to prepare for the day.
Upstairs you will find the master bedroom and bathroom. Some of the best views of the villa are to be found right here! Each and every window offers spectacular vistas of the island. With wrap around windows and and a private lanai, you will find this the perfect space to kick up your feet, relax and simply enjoy. There is no reason to get up in the morning when you have ocean views from the comfort of your very own king size bed! In addition, the bedroom features dresser drawers, a flat screen TV, AC, and a small table with two chairs.
Stepping out onto the bedroom’s private lanai, guests can take in the Kapalua® Coastline all the way around to the world famous Honolua Bay. Oneloa Bay is so close to the villa guests can actually hear and see the waves rolling in. The island of Molokai, as well as the evening sunsets, are an exotic sight you will not believe are all yours!
The spacious remodeled master bathroom rivals that of even your favorite spa back home. With a large walk-in shower for two with rainfall shower head, twin vanities with granite countertops and large closet, this bathroom oasis is heavenly.
This villa comes with reserved covered parking, free wireless password protected high speed internet, digital cable, discounted golf, starter supply of paper towels, soap/shampoos, laundry detergent and bath/beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler.
We are the only licensed on-site property managers. We are also Ridge owners. Thus we take an extra bit of pride in what we do. Our aim is to see that your stay with us is absolutely beyond compare.

Late departures must be made at the time of booking for a fee of half a days rent.
The Ridge features two beautiful, heated swimming pools. Both pool areas feature gas grills, lounge chairs, a location for eating, with tables and chairs, a shower, a soda machine and restrooms. Pool “One” has an additional full kitchen and large covered gathering area, making this a perfect space for dining throughout the day, rain or shine.
There are many reasons why visitors choose The Ridge as their vacation destination. One of these is that Kapalua® Resort is a “low impact” resort; thus, guests staying at The Ridge find that they have the luxury of near endless activities available to them, but, without the large crowds, the traffic and noise.

Customer service was a 10; the rentals were clean and had everything we needed to enjoy a week worry free; the location was top notch; the shuttle service made life simple (we had a car, but were split up at times) We worked with Terry directly during the end of our stay and he was top notch. I can't even begin to express how great the customer service was during the entire length of our stay.

Everything was absolutely wonderful on our stay at 2422! I was worried the proximity to the ocean wasn't close enough, I couldn't quite tell the distance from the pictures, but they were definitely misleading to me, it was much closer than appeared. I worried about hearing the waves (a must for me on beach) but that is not an issue at all here. Otherwise the place is just as beautiful as the pictures in person. It was my husband, myself and our almost four-year-old daughter and it was just the perfect amount of space. The location was also perfect for us. I had stayed in Ka'anapali Beach before at the Sheraton so I debated between that area and here, and am SO glad I went with Kapalua. Would probably only stay there going forward. Highly recommend! Everyone was wonderful.

We had the perfect week on Maui in 2422 Ridge. It was the perfect stay for a honeymoon. The views are exactly what the pictures show. We miss waking up to the waves crashing, and doing our morning walks along the Kapalua coastal trail. The condo was quite and peaceful, very private! We look forward to coming back! It was our first time in Maui and we are so glad to have chosen Ridge Realty Rentals for our condo selection. We browsed Airbnb, Homeaway, but Ridge Realty had great prices for a great location! Place was very clean when we arrived and had everything we needed. Everyone was very friendly and worked with us on last minute accommodations. Very easy to work with. They accommodated our last minute requests and responded quickly to all our questions/concerns. The accommodation we stayed in was exactly like advertised and very clean. Loved the place and location. One thing to note, which wasn’t a big deal and probably common, but we had cockroaches in the condo. Happened a couple of times. Just wanted to let someone know. Thanks for a great vacation! Plan to return with our kids in a few years. They communicated great!
