We had to change our trip due to the Maui fires, and this unit was such a blessing! Close to the beach and easy access to the shops across the street. We really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen which made meals easy. Thank you for such an amazing place to spend time with my family!

Amazing location. Water view, walk to beach, watched the fire dancers at the luau from our lanai. Lots of beach and kid stuff and reliable wifi. Can't say enough good things about this uint or Rochelle. Would definitely stay again.

The property was very well located. It was literally a walk across the street to the beach. The house was well stocked with beach chairs and umbrellas. We enjoyed both the lazy days at the beach and watching the waves on the ocean from the deck. I would definitely stay here again and appreciated the responsiveness of the owner.

Lots of restaurants in the area but would recommend you have a car
Cons: the condo is very close to the beach and a hotel so it can be a very active area and a little noisy especially with the hotel having outside performances and very busy parking lots. We were disappointed to find the washing machine had not been working before our arrival and was an inconvenience having to go across the plantation property over our 2 week stay and pay to use the guest laundry. Hopefully it is repaired replaced soon.

Six adults stayed at this property and it accommodated us just fine. The location is perfect - right across the street from the beach and the luau at the Sheraton, and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We had a great time and would stay here again.

My family has been coming the the Kiahuna Plantation for years but this was our first time in Rochelle's condo and we loved it. It was clean, well stocked with dishes, beach amenities, games, and all the normal stuff at the plantation. The look of the condo was nice but the views were the best part. We were traveling with my 13 month old son and all the baby and kid friendly gear in the condo made are stay even better plus the unit had a washer and dryer!!! We will be staying here again! thank you for a perfect vacation.

This property has beautiful gardens. The snorkeling is incredible. There is a great restaurant right there on the beach called Lava by Sheraton. The condo is clean and stocked well. Rochelle is honest & upfront about everything. I will definitely be back.
Pros: the condo is 2 floors so no one is walking above you when you are sleeping. It has a nice large kitchen area and sitting area. The beds are comfortable & the rooms have a/c.
Cons: the dryer takes forever to dry clothes.

We’d definitely recommend staying here for children of all ages due to the variety of swimming options right here. We were super happy with the condo the only drawback was there was no A/C except in the master which thank goodness for that. Other than that it was great!!! Highly recommend renting this condo the host is awesome!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Poipu and at Rochelle's condo. The pictures do not do justice on just how close you are to the beach. Whether you're cooking in the condo or want close access to some of the South Shore's best restaurants, you are in the right place. The unit is literally within 20 yards of the Moir Gardens (a forest of orchids). Another thing that we found out is that there are no river outlets in Poipu, so even if it rains heavily, which it did when we were there, you can go to the beach the next day and the water is crystal clear. We enjoyed our day at the Poipu Athletic Club pool too.

We really loved staying at Rochelle’s place for a week with our family (three young kids). She has all the equipment necessary for kids/infants and beach fun which made our stay much easier! The photos really don’t do the unit justice. It is a much closer/better ocean view than it appears and it’s also a very bright and airy space. Plenty of space for a family, nice large bathrooms and really appreciated the A/C and W/D. As for the condo building and amenities overall we loved it. Beautiful grounds and plants, beach access and loved the pool club/gym across the street! Thanks Rochelle and we hope to come back!

We had a great time staying at Rochelle's place at the Kiahuna Plantation in Poipu. Great communication, cozy rooms and a beautiful view. Super quick walk across the street to the beach!
We appreciated all the extra amenities like beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards) and baby gear (high chair, gates, pack and play). Highly recommend staying here for anybody visiting the south shore of Kauai.

We vacationed at Kiahuna Plantation for 10 days last month. Rochelle’s condo was wonderful- fully stocked with plenty of kitchenware and beach equipment. The in-unit washer/dryer was a big plus. Communication with Rochelle prior to our arrival was very good.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It’s located right next to Kiahuana beach which is literally two mins walk from this property and Poipu beach is less than 10 mins walk along Kiahuna beach and the beach access walkway. Kitchen is stocked with plenty of plates, cups, mugs and bowls and the essential pots and pans. The beds were very comfortable. Rochelle was easy to reach and she was very responsive. Overall, our stay was very pleasant!

Kiahuna Plantation is a beautiful property with direct access to the best swimming & snorkeling beach in Kauai. This condo is spacious and very nicely furnished. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach and jumping into the ocean! it is also adjacent to the public parking lot for the beach so there is quite a bit of car noise during the day. The living area upstairs has beautiful ocean views and a nice deck. The unit is close to a nice grassy area with bbqs and picnic tables. We enjoyed a few fun family meals in this area. Rochelle & Outrigger were both great to work with quickly addressing a few minor fixes. Enjoy your stay!

My husband and son and I had a lovely stay at the condo. It was spacious and clean and I could hear the ocean from the bedroom while I went to sleep. This condo had everything we needed for our stay in the kitchen and also to hit the beach with. I enjoyed the grounds of the Kiahuana Plantation and felt they did a good job of maintaining the property. Checking in got a little complicated because of showing vaccination clearance on Safe Travel but that is not the problem of the condo owner. I wish Hawaii would get consistent on when you have to show the info. You are very close to the beach and Sheraton next door, so you will hear morning beach activity if that is a problem for you. Having the Sheraton so close was nice to be able to get a cocktail from their bar. I do wish the available pool across the street would hold open the pool a little longer but they did allow us to sit longer in the hot tub while we enjoyed drinks and appetizers. We really want to return again next year.

Pros: This condo is located right next to the beach with a beautiful view of the area. Rooms at the Sheraton across the street are going for over $700/night, without all the convenience of having a washer/dryer & dishwasher in the unit. Honestly staying in condos is a million times better than being in a hotel. friendly and safe. Beautiful grounds. There is a shopping center across the highway opposite the ocean with plenty of restaurants and a grocery store with the basics. All the pots, pans, & utensils you could need are supplied.
Cons- The check-in process was more complicated than it should be because of COVID. Contactless check-in would have been easier. The fridge leaked water and froze our eggs, but it was still better than eating out for every meal. There is snorkeling gear but whoever used it last didn't rinse out the equipment and left it dirty in a plastic bag.
Overall, completely worth the price and a million times better than staying in a hotel.

We love staying at the Kiahuna and this condo was great. It was exactly as described. A nice location as the lanai has a beach view which is right on the other side of the parking lot. It was nice to have two bedrooms and very nice to have a washer/dryer in unit. Both rare at the Kiahuna. The unit had nice beach gear and kitchen stuff as well. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our 3rd trip to Kauai. Every time we stayed in different units at Kiahuna Plantation. We just love that place. The lush green grounds of Kiahuna Plantation are spectacular. Location of this condo (201) was amazing. Beach was like a minute walk away. It was amazing feeling to have a morning coffee in upstairs lanai watching ocean waves. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We didn’t rent car this time due to shortage of rental cars. But this place is close to couple of wonderful beaches, restaurants and shopping. Everything was really within 10 minutes’ walk.
The unit itself was very clean. The actual feeling of staying is unit exceeds expectations set by seeing photos. Its wonderful condo. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Both bedrooms were downstairs and had an AC in addition to the fan which was a huge help. Rochelle has stocked unit (check second bedroom closet) with beach umbrellas, beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler, snorkeling gear etc so you don’t really have rent any. Rochelle is a really good host. Communication with her was very easy and quick. She helped us navigate through commute options available in Kauai as rental cars were not available. She was just a message away for any question we had.
Overall a very pleasant experience staying at #201. Would for sure stay in this unit again.

Very easy and accessible quick access to the beach. Overlooks public parking and Sheraton guests but honestly very little issues with noise or privacy. Loved having footwash station right out front of this group of condos and easy parking and access to the registration desk. Wonderful
people working at Kiahuna and this condo has all you need for the beach!

The condo is very comfortable, well stocked and the air conditioning works great! The location is excellent - it has a nice view of the beach and is within easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and, of course, great beaches! Excellent snorkeling is close by at both Poipu Beach and our favorite, Lawai Beach. The owner was very responsive and engaged! We loved our stay on Kauai.
