Ceiling-to-floor mirrors in the living room bring in the ocean views. You'll be treated to a community swimming pool and a barbecue area at this oceanfront resort, as well as beach towels, chairs, and a cooler ready to bring to the beach! The full-service on-site concierge provides a complimentary light breakfast for the first morning and a 30-minute presentation for a Maui trip at 8:30 am. The resort offers free fresh-made coffee every morning between 6 and 8 am. This great location is within walking distance of five-star restaurants and shopping. Royal Kahana Resort is ideally situated between Ka'anapali and Kapalua. You'll find the best ocean access at Pohaku Beach Park, less than a half-mile away. Three miles north in Kapalua, there are world-famous golf courses (including the Plantation Course) and Forbes' best beach of 2018, Kapalua Bay Beach. Spend a day at Whalers Village four miles south, where you can shop at local and high-end retailers, or join a snorkeling adventure with Hula Girl Boat Charter right off Ka'anapali Beach.
This condo is furnished in a casual and comfortable style and has all the comforts of home in paradise! Lush gardens and the vibrant ocean can be seen from the private lanai and primary bedroom. Enjoy a beautiful sunset with your favorite drink on the veranda. The kitchen has modern appliances and an oversized island countertop with bar stools - perfect for drinking and chatting. Enjoy your meals inside with a full dining table or outside on the private lanai with the elegant patio set.
There are cable TVs in the living room and bedrooms, plus high-speed WiFi throughout. Apple TV in the guest bedroom will help you enjoy your favorite show via your smartphone or tablet. There is also a Solar Bluetooth speaker to enjoy your favorite music via your smart tablet.
This kid-friendly condo has children's dinnerware, a seat booster, a folding bathtub, books, games, and toys.
THINGS TO KNOW
The beach experiences seasonal changes. During winter, north swells carry some sand south, narrowing the beaches. The resort has placed sandbags along the shoreline to protect the coast from further erosion. The access to the beach from the property may be closed due to high water levels for safety. The beach returns starting in April, lasting until November. But numerous year-round beaches are nearby, just a few minutes' walk away. We also have some world-class beaches only a couple minutes' drive north or south of us. We strongly suggest that all of our guests check out the nearby beaches even when our beach access is open.

The property is comfortable and spacious (two good sized rooms and a pull out couch) and the location on the second floor is convenient (plenty of parking- good food nearby). The property has beach access right in front of the pool and we were able to drink coffee provided in the morning and watch tons of turtles swimming by daily.

Location was great. Close to the beach and good restaurants . Overall clean enough but definitely not clean enough for a $250 cleaning fee…Very nice that they provided a cooler – although broken – beach chairs, flippers and a boogie board. Kitchen had all that we needed.

As a party of 5 with 4 adults and 1 child, this place was PERFECT! The views, the lanai, the space, the washer/dryer, the kitchen, the rooms, the bathrooms, the a/c...*chef's kiss* We ALL had such a great time and the fact that the beach access was RIGHT THERE was a HUGE plus. In addition, my daughter was obsessed with the pool. We even used the grills almost nightly and they were always clean and easy to use! Oh and the cross breeze that kept it so much cooler than Lahaina is beyond lovely! My husband and I actuallt used to live in Lahaina so it was a pleasant change from what we were used to! We would 100% book another stay here!

The condo was great and very comfortable for two adult couples. It was unfortunate that the A/C was not working in the entire building during our stay but there are plenty of windows to open and fans in the room. The pool area was fantastic. The location of hotel is great with wonderful views of the ocean. The Vacasa team was responsive to any needs we had.

Had all the amenities for a pleasant stay. Upgrades repairs and maintenance would be rated a 6 on 10 scale. I emailed prior to verify air conditioning was working and opening the windows were more effective. Not sure the air works.

I was disappointed by the quality of the unit for the price. Master bathroom with no door was not comfortable. End unit had very little view. Air conditioning was not functional. Out throughout the building. Kitchen utensils were tinny and knives were so dull it was difficult to cut anything. Only two beach chairs one of which was worn and broken. Small amount of beachfront was also closed. Great grilling area by the pool. Clean and ocean front. Would not stay again.

First time I was extremely disappointed in a Hotels.com stay. The air conditioning was broken(had 3 nights of 80 degrees in room) hard to sleep, first bathroom was dirty, ants in first bedroom, very outdated decor and shoddy craftsmanship. Trim on mater bathroom counter kept falling off. Very strange divider between toilet and sink. It was a cloth curtain which I can only imagine how many germs are on it. No towel bars in master bathroom.Had to hang towels on cabinet door knobs or over shower curtain which left rust marks on towels. Saw a few cockroaches and reported on last night day. Pest control were scheduled to spay floors 1-2 that day and we were required to remove all items on floor and take valuables with us. I contacted the management company 5 times about various issues but never received a call back until the last day. They would promise to call me but wouldn't.
