WHAT’S NEARBY
This comfortable condo sits across the street from various shopping and dining options, including Safeway and an ABC Store, in case you forget anything. You'll also be a third of a mile from Waipouli Beach and about a mile south of downtown Kapa'a, where you can park once and hit the beach, dine with a view, and do some 'local kine' shopping. For a great day trip, head up the highway to Hanalei to see the famous Hanalei Bay and the charming downtown.

This was a great place to stay while vacationing in Kauai. Conveniently located on the east side of the island. Easy access by door code. All the necessary items for cooking when staying in. Beautifully updated kitchen and bath. Highly recommend!

This home is tastefully appointed and is in such a great location; close to supermarket, beach, Kapaa Town, and many restaurants. The beds are extremely comfortable. We had everything we needed: plenty of beach towels, two beach chairs, cooler with ice packs, and more!

Good location on Kauai. Quiet neighborhood . Included lots of towels, 2 beach chairs and umbrella. Note that its hard to find at night. Parking spaces aren’t marked. Drive to the end of the street, last building on the left, bottom condo on the left.

This is a very nice unit with lots of thought put into making it as comfortable and accommodating as possible. Plenty of amenities. Good layout and everything in working order. Super location in walking distance to everything you could need and right on the walking path for miles of beautiful scenery.

Unit A12 is nicely appointed, maintained and clean. We enjoyed the welcome package. Amenities were many with a clean well-equipped kitchen including plenty of dishes, glassware, bowls and cooking utensils. There were lots of quality cleaning supplies and toiletries. The beach gear was great with quality chairs and boogie boards. We had plenty of top notch towels both bath and beach. Beds were very comfortable. Dressers had ample capacity. The furniture fit well, was functional and in good condition. Nice to have small lanais both front and rear. Great layout. Great location with good, nearby restaurants and shopping plus easy access to the extensive beach walk path.

The accommodations were good. It was comfortable and there is plenty of room and supplies, although there was no Kleenix. I was surprised that there was no air conditioning. I probably would not have booked this place had I known that beforehand. We had to keep the windows open and as a result we lacked some sleep because the chickens made so much noise. The electrical receptacle in the front of the room needs to be replaced. Any cords attached to it kept falling out.

Our stay here was great - property is in an easily accessible area and very functional and well equipped. While you can't see the ocean, you can hear it, which was lovely. Bed were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed to be able to prep light meals. Like the extra half bath, very helpful having a teenage daughter with us. Only downside is this unit is downstairs and you can hear the upstairs folks at all hours...not the fault of the condo owners, just a byproduct of being downstairs. Overall I thought it was an affordable, well located option and it suited our needs perfectly.

The photos are very accurate and it was a total joy to say there. I spent 2 weeks working from Kauai and enjoyed my perfect stay. The roosters and the community cats will add to the charm of your stay. Great central location!

Pros, lots of room for the price, well kept, convenient location, parking right outside the front door. Cons, no A/C and it was warm when we were there. Kitchen is really small if you want to do any real cooking. Altogether worth the money.
