This 1,600-square-foot condo is scenically perched on the eighth floor of the Honua Kai Resort, a manicured beachfront property that was completed in 2010 that offers access to a range of amenities (additional fees apply*). You'll be within steps of the beach, two miles north of the renowned Kaanapali Golf Courses, and only seven miles south of Honolua Bay.
Step inside the living space to find elegant tile floors, an abundance of plush seating, and central AC for the warmest island days. Hang your beach bag in the closet and enjoy an afternoon of reading on the sofa, watching DVDs on the flatscreen cable TV or admiring the ocean views through the open lanai doors.
Prepare tantalizing appetizers in the gourmet kitchen, which features Viking professional appliances, beautiful granite countertops, and an island with seats for three sous chefs. Use the double ovens to start on dinner, pull a bottle of white from the wine fridge, and stack the plates in the dishwasher for easy cleanup.
Sit down to eat in the open dining space for eight and bring your coffee, dessert, and cocktails out to 240-square-foot lanai. This lovely terrace provides a patio table and chairs, comfortable lounge seating, and spectacular sunset views of the beach and ocean. If you want to grill, there's communal grills on the grounds!
With three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, this condo will sleep a total of eight guests. The first master suite offers a king-size bed, doors that open to the lanai, and a private bathroom with a soaking tub and a glass stall shower. The second master suite has a king-size bed, ocean views, and a private bath, while the oceanview guest room features a pair of queen-size beds.
Additional amenities include a queen-size sofabed in the living room, flatscreen HDTVs in each of the bedrooms, a private washer/dryer, and WiFi throughout the home for your convenience.

This place is absolutely gorgeous! We arrived to 829 set up like a show home! Our family of 8 had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy our holiday. There was everything we needed to cook and eat in our place. The hall closet was stocked with beach chairs, sand toys and sun umbrellas.
Our favorite part of this place was the ocean view! We were able to watch whales every day, it was so amazing!
There are several options for pools to choose from. For pool chairs we recommend renting cabanas or showing up early to claim your spot.

The condo was beautiful and most important to me, very clean! The resort was well maintained with beautiful pool area and my favorite part of the location was the running/walking path that followed the ocean. The path stretched just around a mile and was perfect for morning exercise with a gorgeous view. The condo was well appointed and comfortable with great amenities.

We loved this unit - it is huge with 3 beds and 3 full baths and a large outdoor patio with lounge chairs and dining table. Every evening had gorgeous sunsets over Lanai (Christmas) and afternoon sun on the patio which was so nice. Quick drive to Lanai for shopping and dinners. Food at Duke's is also very good and they will serve you by the pool or you can take it to go. The unit has beach chairs and umbrellas which come in handy and the kitchen is fully equipped. We'd definitely stay here again!

Our vacation at Honua Kai Resort and Spa was spectacular! We stayed at Shafeeq's unit (#829), a spacious three bedroom, 3 bathroom unit that is great for an extended family or three couples. The unit was modern, clean and luxurious in it's finishes. We enjoyed cooking in the gourmet kitchen and relaxing and dining on the large balcony. The ocean views from this unit are breathtaking from dawn to dusk. The amenities of the beach, pools, water slides and restaurant provide relaxation and fun for all.
The location near Lahaina was perfect. It's a short drive from the airport and a convenient starting point for day trips all over Maui. Easy access to authentic Hawaiian food, luaus, natural wonders, snorkeling and more. You will enjoy exploring from your amazing home base at Honua Kai.
We highly recommend this rental property and hope you enjoy your visit as much as we did. Hopefully, we will visit again someday.

We stayed in 829 for a week and had such a great time with our 4 young kids. The condo is upscale, beautiful & tasteful (and we tend to be pretty discerning when traveling) and it had to be one of the best views of the ocean and sunsets. They had pool and beach toys in the front closet which our kids thought was so fun. The owner was extremely responsive to our questions and requests and went above and beyond to help us make this perfect. We will 100% be back. If you are looking at the Kaanapali area w kids, you won’t go wrong with this rental or Honua Kai in general.

Well equipped and furnished with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Lots of beach and pool items including six pool towels. Incredible views of property, pool, ocean and sunset. Quiet with a large balcony.
