Beautiful residence……living room doors open to bring the outdoors in……heat lamps on outdoor grill were an added bonus. Foliage provided privacy despite location adjacent to pool access path.
Beautiful flowers, basket of treats and tour by rental agent provided a truly welcoming atmosphere. Absolutely lovely!

This was our second stay at this villa. It’s very well furnished, very clean, and comfortable. The property management was very helpful and friendly. We had a mid stay cleaning and they were also excellent. Highly recommended. It is time for a rug/sofa cleaning in living room but overall very clean. Small pool outside lanai was a big hit with all the small kids!!

The property was located in the ideal location for our group - we had easy access to the ocean, to the adult pool and the hot tub. The kitchen was extremely well equipped for cooking and the views from the lanai and plunge pool were great.
We had a couple of maintenance issues during our stay and the property manager was easy to reach and very responsive.
We were happy with our stay at Wailea Beach Villas and with this unit specifically..

The unit was just as described and a nice respite to the hustle and bustle of the Maui crowds. The lanai was spectacular and the beds were heavenly. We stayed mostly at the adult pool. The shared beach at the Grand Wailea was a let down due to overcrowding. Having the high end shops and restaurants right there was great too!
