We truly loved our stay at this well appointed property in an exquisite location. The views of the mountains and the ocean from the balcony are exactly what you hope for when staying in Princeville. Easy access to Hanalei and we had everything we needed in the condo. We definitely plan to come back!

I've stayed at Ali'i Kai before in a different unit so I already knew the wonderful location. This unit did not disappoint. Gorgeous mountain views from the bedroom and ocean view from the dining table and kitchen. Great being so close to the hike down to Turtle Cove too. Unit has A/C but it's a split unit in the living room so you'll need to run the fans to get the air to the bedrooms but it was fine. You get a nice cross breeze too if you just open the windows. Unit was equipped with everything you'll need. I'd definitely stay there again.

This condo was a very beautiful, open, and clean unit. If you plan on going to the beach and being able to cook a breakfast or dinner it’s a perfect stay. The location is quiet and convenient. We were pleasantly surprised to see that there really was a bit of everything you could possibly need in a stay. We loved the view of the beautiful mountains and waterfalls. The sky was full of stars at night. Every morning we could see and hear a variety of birds, which made for a very tropical stay. Krisha was very accommodating , and provided a lot of information on tourist sites, beaches, and restaurants. She was also very easy to reach. The check - in and check - out process was easy.

We live staying in Princeville and this location is a good choice if you like spending time at both Hanalei and the areas around Kilauea town.

We loved our week staying at this condo. It took us a while to find the right building in a downpour - You might want to print out a map of the condo area since Google Maps led us a bit astray. Once we got there, we were happy to relax and settle into this beautiful place. As others have shared, it is clean, spacious and has everything you need to enjoy a vacation in Kaua'i. The beds and linens are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, and the beach toys, chairs and towels super convenient. We enjoyed a few dips in the pool with our kiddo who is learning to swim. My favorite part was spending mornings out on the deck drinking coffee, watching birds and enjoying the spectacular views.

We have recently returned from a two week stay at this unit and really enjoyed it. It has very good mountain views from the lanai and just enough ocean view to keep an eye on conditions. The location is very quiet and private. The condo was very well stocked with most of the items needed for making meals. It was very clean and communication was excellent. This is a great condo in Princeville. The location is very appealing, you're practically directly on the coast instead of being surrounded by other condo complexes. While you mainly have mountain and island views, there is a nice little ocean view from the breakfast nook too. The condo is nicely furnished and has pretty much everything you need for a stay. It was also very clean and surprisingly spacious. We would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable apartment in great location, close to everything! The turtle cove trail is basically at your back yard (although it's a bit tricky and we didn't go there with little kids). Would definitely recommend!

This condo was perfect. We enjoyed the boogie boards and cooler. We stumbled upon turtle cove while on a hike down to see the sunset. I dint realize it was right behind our condo! We ventured into the cove and found 11 giant sea turtles.

This was a perfect place for our family to stay while exploring the North Shore. Everything was clean, the mountain and ocean views were beautiful and we enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings. We also appreciated the beach towels, umbrella, and chairs. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a lovely stay here at Ali’i Kai. The unit was all we could ask for... Well appointed kitchen, great light, big windows in bedrooms to see the greenery and far off mountains (when visible!) super cozy, loved the location. Views on both side were amazing… greenery one side and ocean the other (across the parking lot but you get used to that and just enjoy it)… morning chorus of birdsong, oh la! We used the small nearby pool which was sweet. Made many dinners and breakfasted on the deck… sat out in the Adirondack chairs across the way to take in the ocean at different times of day… pure relaxation… and even spotted a whale. A Bonus! Krisha was responsive and helpful when we reached out.

Our stay at Ali'i Kai was lovely and the rental was just as described in the listing. It was incredibly clean and the breeze that came through the screened windows was more than enough to keep us cool (there is also AC in the livingroom but we didn't need to use it). One note, since we slept with the windows open, we'd bring earplugs next time for the early morning rooster crows ;) The kitchen is great and had everything we needed and more. Also we were impressed by the quality and amount of beach-going supplies (snorkels and fins, boogie boards, a cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas) -- they made our beach days comfortable and great!! The location is accurately described and the views of the mountains were lovely. The pool is on the smaller side and we didn't end up spending much time there, but it was never crowded! There are also gas grills around the parking area. It was a lovely, calm place to stay and we'd definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed this serenely decorated, clean, spacious, well-equipped Princeville condo for nearly 3 weeks, and we're already trying to figure out when we will return!
The surrounding property and the pool are well-maintained and nicely landscaped.
The rental manager was very helpful and communicative when we had any questions. (Thanks, Krisha!)
Lunch tip: the Makai Grill (at the nearby golf course) has yummy cheeseburgers.

This is a gorgeous and convenient location that is close to a lot of beaches and to the grocery store. The condo had everything that we needed including a full size kitchen with all the cookware and storage, two bathrooms, two bedrooms, and a beautiful mountain view on one side and an ocean view on the other side. Should we find ourselves in Kauai in the future, we are definitely rebooking this place!

The condo was ideally located for access to beautiful beaches in the Princeville area and also to enjoy outstanding views of mountains and trees on one side and the ocean on the other through large windows in the living areas as well as both bedrooms. The kitchen was well designed and appointed with everything we needed to prepare meals. The furnishings were attractive and comfortable. Overall, the condo contributed to a very enjoyable week-long stay in Kauai. We would definitely stay there again.

This property is a perfect place for a family vacation. Anini beach, Hanalei beach, and Tunnel beach are all within 10 - 15 minute driving distance. Princeville center with a supermarket and a few restaurants is 5 minutes away and Hanalei with more delicious options is about 10 minutes out. The properly is clean and includes everything one might need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and even includes a Kurig coffee machine with capsules. Another nice touch is beach chairs, umbrellas, fins, snorkels, and beach toys making beach trips much more enjoyable.
Krisha is easy to communicate with and is quick to respond to questions.
I highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo . We usually stay at a different complex in princeville but we took a gamble trying a new place and I’m glad we did.
The unit is newly remodeled and in very good condition. It was very clean and in everything was in working order. The only things that weren’t absolutely perfect were very minor and hardy worth mentioning.
Having the split unit ac in the living and dining ended up being unnecessary since this unit gets amazing cross breezes and stayed cool with only windows open. The lanai has comfortable furniture for enjoying the gorgeous Mountain View and you can see the ocean from the the windows on the other side, which was a pleasant surprise.
I’m glad we found this condo and we’re already planning our next trip!

My wife and I enjoyed our month-long stay. Krisha was friendly, responsive, and happy to help during our stay. Really nice mountain views and an ocean view from the kitchen. We really appreciated how the host provided beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, towels, and boogy boards in the closet for use. Great bonus we didn't expect! Well stocked kitchen equipment, with the exception of dull and minimal cutting knifes and not great stovetop pans. Besides this, had great appliances, including a blender for smoothies. Beautiful countertop island in the kitchen and nice bathrooms. Tasteful art. Overall, nice quiet complex with easy parking. We hope to be back again!
