Overall we did love the property. It is spacious and worked wonderfully for 3 couples. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen worked will for that. It is also easy to walk to the beach from this location.
We did struggle with having hot water for the first several days. It was eventually resolved.

I rented this house for my mom’s 70th birthday based on the pictures only, let me say they don’t do it justice, this place was beautiful. Every morning and evening was spent looking at the view. We had plenty of space, our host Myra was great and very responsive! Dave that was on-site was more than helpful and very nice. The golf course view was great, for any golfer I’d recommend this place, the course it’s on is great! I would come again for sure!

We had a beautiful stay at this house. The views from the balcony are breathtaking and this house overall did not disappoint. There were six of us, three couples and there was plenty of space for everyone. The house is a short walk to the beach, about 10 mins from the beach but it was a very nice walk. David (who lives on the property) is super sweet and gave us a bag of mangos. We barely saw him during our time there. There are rules about quiet hours but to be honest it wasn’t even an issue.

My husband and I, our two daughters and two sons-in-law stayed at this lovely, very large home with spectacular ocean and golf course views. The location was perfect--a ten-minute walk to the beach (or easy parking if you want to drive), just a few minutes to many restaurants and hotels in Ka'ananapoli and 15 minutes or less to even more in downtown Lahaina where there were many great restaurants, shops and art galleries. Don't miss the magic show in Lahaina--just google it. It was the highlight of our trip.
Back to the home. We were there for a big birthday of my husband's so we got the master bedroom, also with spectacular ocean views. The home was very well supplied and offered lots of privacy for all of us. We barely used the spacious living and dining rooms as we spent most of our time there on the lanai, taking in the view. Though we used it very little, the air contitioning worked great. We turned it off when we left the house but when returning, it took just a few minutes to cool the home. There were plenty of beach chairs for us to use. Arrival and departure instructions are minimal and easy, and the property manager was easily accessible. The price was great too, as it was substantially less than comparable homes.
Our only regret was not booking the home for a few more days! Oh well, we'll just have to come back!

We stayed 3 weeks and had different couples each week sharing the house with us. The view from the lanai is a WOW!! The rest of the house is very nice with lots of room. But we spent so much time on the lanai, we didn't take advantage of much other than the kitchen. Incredible sunsets and we saw lots of whales.
The table on the lanai was a perfect size and we ate every meal that we cooked there.
Having a king bed in each bedroom with an attached bath was a perfect situation for us.
The management company was very responsive when we asked for extra items.

This property is simply magical. The listing didn't do it justice, and when we walked in we were surprised at how much nicer it was than we had been expecting. The lanai is absolutely huge and had the best view. When we were not doing an activity with the kids we were parked on the lanai, watching the water and sunsets. We loved the private setting with a fully fencing in yard. It was perfect for our kids that can't sit still and they were able to explore the grounds and be totally safe. There is a downstairs unit occupied be a permanent tenant who is the nicest man. He picked us fresh ripe mangos most morning and left them outside for us. He also showed us the perfect way to cut the mangos and I will never cut them any other way again. The owners of the property were also really great. They had the bad luck of the washing machine breaking down just before we checked in and they offered to pick up our laundry and do it for us until the machine could get fixed. Such a nice gesture that meant so much to us traveling with little kids. Just an amazing place to stay and we loved every minute.

This was a family vacation with my husband and two adult daughters and one of their partners. The house and grounds offered everything we needed for privacy and comfort. The three bedrooms and bathrooms work perfect for a group of up to 6. The grounds are fantastic and the views of the ocean were wonderful. We hope to be able to return.

The property was clean and comfortable for my family of 6. It was well furnished and in good working order. The lanai was a highlight for us as you can see the ocean. The closest beach, Airport Beach, was directly across the main road and was family friendly, clean w/ facilities and not overly populated. The home provided beach chairs and other beach items which is a great plus. Unfortunately, we had 2 full days of rain, but having a nice home to hang-out in made it more tolerable. We love to hike, but due to poor planning on my part, most of the trails we wanted to do were on the Hana side of the island which could be a 1.5-2 hour drive each way. There are trails near this home, just not ones we had our heart set on. Otherwise would love staying here again!

Loved having three comfortable King bedrooms, each with it's own bath. Location is near Kahekili Beach Park- just a 10 minute walk. We used the provided beach chairs, boogie boards, fins, beach towels. There is also an umbrella and large ice chest available. The kitchen was well stocked. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. I would recommend this property to others!

First time in Maui with family of 3 young adults (5 total in our party). We got in very late at night, so navigating could have been a little problematic, but the directions they provided were perfect. We were met by a property manager who showed us around and provided an extra garage and gate opener. Loved that we could park inside the garage. We own a VRBO in a beach community in Texas and have stayed in VRBOs around world and this was probably the most well-stocked vacation home we've encountered. There were plenty of beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, a cooler, and even snorkeling equipment! The only thing that could have been better was the availability of a folding sports wagon to haul the gear to the beach. There was plenty of space and the views from the lanai were breathtaking. Beds were comfy and AC was awesome. There were a couple of complaints from the kids about the lack of enough hot water in the bathroom off the living area, but there was plenty in the master bath. Loved having access to a washer/dryer in the garage. We didn't cook, but there were more than enough pots and pans and dinnerware for a full spread. There is a full-time tenant in the bottom half of the property who joyfully shared fresh mangos with us and offered insights upon asking. There are three huge mango trees on the property. Pretty sure we are ruined for any mangos eaten on the mainland--they were amazing. The house is situated on a golf course, so there were groundskeepers doing their work in the early morning hours on a couple of days, but the payoff was a gorgeous and meticulously kept yard. Plumerias bloom right off the lanai, so you can pick up a fallen blossom every morning to tuck into your hair! There were a variety of birds and tiny lizards around. Because of the lush foliage, I'd suggest keeping all food items in sealed containers or ziplock bags to keep pests from sneaking a taste. Maybe a few extra sealing plastic containers could be provided. We used the two that were there for packing sandwiches and snacks to take to the beach. We absolutely loved our time at this rental and would recommend to anyone traveling to Maui! Mahalo for the hospitality. With love from Texas.

This home was perfect for our family, 6 adults and our grandson. Each couple really appreciated a king size bed and their own bathroom. The home is spacious and welcoming as soon as you step in. It was really nice that they have all the beach gear that you could want! Chairs, umbrella, masks & fins, boogie boards, noodles, sand toys and beach towels.
I gave this a 4 star on cleaniness because the floors and the lanai really needed more attention from the cleaning crew. I also want to point out that this advertises as a home, but there is a permanent resident in the bottom floor. This didn't stop us from renting but I couldn't get an answer from the property listing when I asked about it. The only disappointment was that the propane was empty when we were told it was a full tank for the grill. Overall we really enjoyed this location and the views were incredible.

The house accommodated our family of 5 (two teenagers and three adults) perfectly. The beds were comfortable and there were enough bathrooms and showers to make mornings easy. Kitchen had everything we needed. We did not use the grill but did enjoy the lanai. Beautiful place to have coffee and breakfast. We did walk to the beach but it would be hard carrying much more than towels. There is some public beach parking right across the road but go early to get a spot. The driveway to the house is gated and we liked parking in the garage. Never once felt unsafe. Overall it was a wonderful experience!

We were a group of 6 and one baby and it was the perfect place to stay. So comfortable and spacious and the view was amazing. We ate on the deck every night with beautiful sunsets. The house is -10min walk to the beach. The kitchen is nicely equipped, air-conditioning was appreciated, and overall just a wonderful place to stay. We certainly hope to come back and would recommend this place to anyone.

Wife and myself have been traveling to Maui for our vacations for the past 6 years. This year we went to Kauai for a 2 weeks and flown our family out to meet us at our vrbo in Maui. When we pulled into the driveway gate was open and we all said WOW! Then we began to move in and saw a beautiful 3 bedroom home with a fully furnished kitchen amazing hardwood flooring, each bedroom has its own bathroom. The veranda facing the ocean with a bbq, dining table were we ate and played board games after dinner. In the garage was ample parking, beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling quipped for the family and more. I could go on but what’s the point! We already booked the same home for next year for 2 weeks.

My wife and I took a relaxing vacay with our family, kid free. Not only was this place exactly what we wanted, but it also had far more than expected. The porch was amazing, the large beds and bathrooms were great and the extra beach equipment was the icing on the cake. It’s in a perfect location and was an absolute dream. For the amount of money that you charge the house needs to be updated. Bathrooms not great. Toilet handle you have to make sure you don’t push all the way down or the tank won’t fill up. The pillows were awful in the master bedroom. Way too soft and small.
It did accommodate the 6 of us. We cooked, played cards, and was able to do my morning workouts with plenty of room to move and everyone had their own space.
The house is beautiful but some things need to be updated.

Overall, we loved this beautiful home in Kaanapallii. Large wrap-around patio, three bedroom / bathroom suites, huge living area, 2-car garage, huge windows, multiple sliding glass doors, and lots more. The interior is classic Hawaiian, but tasteful and not gaudy.
The only negative is the traffic noise from the Honoapiilani highway. But at night with the windows / doors closed it wasn't bothersome. We also wish there was a pool, but we went to the beach most days, so that wasn't a big issue either.
The view from the deck is spectacular with panoramic views of Lanai and Molokai. We spent most of our time on the deck and ate nearly every meal there.
There are plenty of beach supplies ... chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, and four almost-new boogie boards. The kitchen appliances are all recently updated, and the front-loading washer / dryer in the garage was convenient.
The location is excellent ... right across the highway from the Kaanapali resorts, 5 minutes from Kapalua and the Northern beaches, and 5 minutes from Lahaina.
We have already recommended this home to my brother for his family and will be recommending to other friends that we know.
Thanks for a wonderful place to be our temporary home while visiting Maui. We hope to be back soon!

My family spent a blissful week in this home. The location was perfect, so close to Lahaina and lots of restaurants and shopping. They had everything you need for a day at the beach, chairs, towels, snorkeling gear, even a large ice chest! We cooked many meals in the kitchen, and it had everything that we needed. I am going to miss watching the most gorgeous sunsets from the deck or living room. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

The house is even MORE than what you can see in the photos. The views were great and the location was super convenient to everywhere we needed to go. We had two families with several children under 10yrs, and they loved the flowers and wildlife (lizards and birds). The kitchen was well stocked and there were beach chairs, coolers, kids beach toys, and boogie boards. My only complaint is about parking. There was a two car garage we could use, but the grounds keepers (who live/stay and the bottom unit) have a very large truck that makes parking/using both sides of the garage nearly impossible. We ended up only parking one car in the garage, which just made it slightly inconvenient. Despite that, we would definitely stay here again.
