I found him professional , respectful and quick to address any issue we had , which were very minor
Experience with Hualālai will help, especially during their Festive time frame..
It is a very busy time and lots of rules to navigate but we knew that ahead of time , and it all worked out.
Our property manager checked in frequently as well and was very helpful.

We had a wonderful time! The condo had plenty of room for our kids which is what we wanted. The downside is that it cost a lot to have access to the resort, and even then you are treated like a second class citizen by a only getting chairs on the beach or the lawn. And no reservations until 8. For us, it is would have been more expensive to get 2 rooms and this condo is awesome! And we found if we went to restaurants at 6:30, it was fine.

Terrific family option at Hualalei. My teens and I had the vacation of a lifetime here, taking advantage of the amazing things that the FourSeasons has to offer while staying in a beautiful, larger villa just a golf cart ride away from all the action. Importantly, Hilbert and Joy were great to work with.

We had the most incredible stay. The unit is beautifully appointed and well suited for families. The location is very ideal with quick access to the four seasons pools, beach, golf, restaurants. Hilbert was so very helpful and accomodating. Looking forward to coming back!

We had wonderful experience and a great family vacation! Our family stayed at this beautiful 3 bed rooms villa for 4 nights. Hilbert was very helpful and friendly. The villa is very nice, comfortable, spacious. It is the ideal location and perfect property for family to enjoy the amazing Four Seasons Hualalai resort! We all look forward to our next stay! The villa was clean, attractive, and nicely appointed. A large covered porch overlooked the golf course with the ocean in the background. The two golf carts helped us to drive our children and beach gear to three different beach areas on the property. The beaches were fantastic with ample swimming and snorkeling opportunities. The golf was exceptional too. Course was the interestingly designed and in excellent condition.
The owner and property manager were very attentive. We look forward to visiting next year.

This property is perfection. Beautifully finished, comfortable, spacious, and clean! The kitchen is easy to use, the bathrooms are lovely and the location is ideal within the Four Seasons Hualalai property. The Owner and the Property Manager are a delight to work with. This home has two bedrooms downstairs; one is the master and the other with two twin beds; upstairs there is an additional bedroom. Each bedroom has access to a full bathroom. This was the perfect floorplan for traveling with small (er) children and a grandparents!
Communication was great. I docked one star because the rental contract said check-out was 9am but the VRBO listing said 11am. We were taking the redeye out that night and needed all the time we could get.
Overall great experience and we would rent here again. Mahalo!
