One of the most convenient locations on Kauai. One of only 6 top floor units on the ocean side of the complex. This unit is available for the first time as a vacation rental. Everything is new and fresh.
Restaurants, coastal biking and walking path and the beach are all within a short distance. This second floor (top floor) unit enjoys the ocean breezes and slight ocean view from an outdoor lanai. Enjoy your morning coffee looking out toward the ocean and grove of coconut trees. This totally remodeled 2 bedroom end-unit has an uncluttered, modern look. New flooring, new kitchen and new tiled bath provide an ideal getaway for those seeking a fresh, relaxing vacation home.
The kitchen will suit the guests who want to enjoy breakfast or dinner for two on the private lanai or indoor seating for 4. There is an electric BBQ on the lanai and everything needed for a preparing your vacation meals. (Please note, the lanais are narrow are do not accommodate more than 2 for casual dining. Also, the back lanai has an distant ocean view but it also overlooks the tennis courts of the adjacent resort.

The living area has a flat screen TV, sofa futon (double bed). Both bedrooms have queen beds and windows that let breezes flow through. One bedroom has an adjacent .5 bath.

The unit is approximately 650SF and may not suit all guests. Please consider carefully. We do not allow more than 4 guests because we do not want poor reviews.

A shared laundry facility is on the property. Reserved parking is steps from the front door and is free. There is no resort fee. Some beach equipment is available for use.

This is one of the few locations guests can enjoy without a car. Grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. High end resorts are on either side of the complex Spa services and luaus are offered at adjacent resorts. This unit is located just off the ocean. (50 yard) There is a small resort and a called Mokihana on the ocean in front of the unit. The shortest path is in disrepair and access to the beach is on through adjacent resorts including the Marriott Courtyard and the Waipouli Beach resort.

This is a small complex called Village Manor. There are 24 units. There is a short path directly to the beach (about 50 yards) We ask guests not to use the path because the County is not maintaining. There are high end resorts on either side of the complex. Those resorts have access to the beach. Also, the ocean walking/biking path is just a short distance away.
THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY AND UNIT. PLEASE REFRAIN FROM SMOKING WITHIN 50 FEET OF THE UNIT

Just a note: One review mentioned this is a "quaint little' property. This is a two bedroom and 1.5 bath unit in approximately 650 SF. If the size doesn't work for you, please do not book this property. Also, one review mentions that the front and back lanais are small. Yes, they are and the back lanai overlooks a rarely used tennis court that is at the adjacent resort property. Please review the property carefully. We provide a really good value but prefer to leave it vacant than to have guests who really wanted to book something more suitable for a large group.
