Truly a luxury home. Everything we needed was already here. From a full functioning kitchen to coolers and ice packs for storing items for our outing. Quiet neighborhood with the beach across the street. Cross breeze in the house made it unnecessary to use the AC. I well be recommending this property to friends and family. Mahalo Chad!

This house was absolutely perfect for our needs. We don’t like to be around the tourist areas and this fit the bill. Less than 5 minute walk across the street for the sunset every night. You could access the beach across the street but we preferred a little further down at the beach park. House was amazing as advertised, will stay again next time on Kauai

This is our second time staying in this house and it was just as fantastic as the first time. It’s a great location on the south side of the island away from the hustle of the other touristy spots. Walking distance to the beach and very close to beautiful Waimea Canyon. The house is very clean providing all amenities. Chad does a great job communicating and is very responsive. Awesome place!

Absolutely wonderful! The is not only beautiful inside and out, it was comfortable for the entire family (6 of us- age range from 70 to 15 months). We explored the island as much as possible and especially loved the quiet of Kekaha. Mahalo!

we loved the house and the surrounding area! it was perfect for our family. the lanai was perfect, we spent most of our time out there reading, eating, relaxing. the thunderous sound of the ocean was wonderful, we actually thought it was thunder at first. the house was stocked with everything we could need for our trip. mahalo for the stay!!

Situated on the sunny west shore, this is a lovely vacation home, well-equipped for a family stay. Easy access to Waimea Canyon and sandy beaches. Only minor issue was twin beds had been pushed together to make king but my young adult sons would have preferred them separate as shown in photos online

This house is beautiful! It is clearly well maintained with a fully stocked kitchen. The location was fantastic. A block and a half walk to a sandy beach. We watched the sunset every night. We hope to return!

My wife and I really enjoyed our week long stay at this great place. I really appreciated that the place feels like a home, rather than a rental. The kitchen was super well stocked with everything we could possibly need. The tempur-pedic bed was so comfortable. It just felt like a home away from home. Would love to come back. Would strongly recommend for anyone to stay here.

We loved staying at this house which was spacious, airy, clean, and extremely well equipped for visitors. We had everything we needed to cook meals at home and enjoy adventures/beach trips (chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling gear, towels… etc). Although the nearby beach isn’t known as being a swimming beach we enjoyed sunset and a couple little dips there and loved the very calm, blue waters at salt pond beach just a short drive away. Chad and Scott we’re both great, and when we accidentally/embarrassingly went to the wrong house upon arrival , Keenan very graciously helped us find our way. Wonderful stay!

We split our stay in Kauai in half, with our first half here (and second half on north shore). We picked this home in Kekeha simply because of its proximity to Waimea canyon, Polihale and Hanipepe (all of which were very close). But we ended up thoroughly enjoying the property and setting. If you prefer crowding together with other mainlanders during your visit, maybe choose Poipu or Princeville? But we absolutely LOVED our 5 days on the “west side” more immersed with every day locals, including celebrating the 4th of July in the streets and nearby beach in a distinctive Hawaiian fashion.
The house itself was VERY comfortable and spacious for our family of 4, including 20 and 17 yr old sons who were able to have their own rooms with large beds. AC in each room also, which is a rarity in Kauai. Great bathrooms (especially master shower), kitchen and laundry facilities, as well as a few beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, etc.

This house is the perfect getaway. Beautiful home with super comfortable beds, an amazing porch and conveniently located near the beach. Chad was gracious and easy to communicate with. My husband and I had the most relaxing time here and loved how tranquil Kekaha is. Would absolutely come back.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our selves. The home was is in the perfect locale on the Island. Warm, dry and quite. Plenty of outdoor seating that we never felt crowded. Proper instructions posted for protocol and best practices. Caretakers or management always gave prompt and helpful replies. This was our first ever visit to the Islands and we definitely want to come again.

Hale Anuenue was everything we had hoped for and more. It is such a special space, beautifully appointed and immaculate. The beds and furniture were super comfy and we appreciated having everything we needed provided for us - complete chef's kitchen, fluffy beach towels, terrific beach gear, access to washer and dryer, outdoor grill, A/C when we needed it, flashlight for our evening walks to watch the sunset. It was simply perfect. We loved staying in Kekaha. It was quiet, peaceful, and we felt safe and welcome. The neighbors are lovely people, we also really enjoyed meeting the groundskeeper, Alan. Chad was wonderful with regard to communication before, during, and after our stay, and Keenan was at the ready when we called with a question about the TV. Can't wait to return! Mahalo!

Hands down, the BEST VRBO we've ever stayed in! From the front porch to the ocean view lanai with island fruit trees and shrubs, and everything in between, this luxury home exceeded our entire family's expectations (mom, dad, two teenagers, mother-in-law, and aunt)! We had plenty of room to spread out, but often choose to gather together on the lanai when we weren't out exploring Kauai. It was a super comfortable home, and we loved staying on this side of the island, as it was not crowded at all. We also enjoyed the locals in the neighborhood. We're so glad we spoiled ourselves by choosing Hale Anuenue!

This is a beautiful house located in a quiet neighborhood on the South side of the island. Friendly residents surrounding the home (one who gave a bag full of delicious mangos from her tree). Great location next to a 16 mile beach with great boogie boarding. Chad was awesome to work with and very responsive to any questions I/my family had. You won’t be disappointed with this gem. We had a great time!!

Property is immaculate with every amenity you might need, including spices, a bbq and so much more. Beautiful view of the ocean as well. The only disappointment for us was that the beach across from the home is not really swimmable so we ended up driving to the southeast side of the island daily. There is a nice snorkel spot nearby, however, and the close beach is great for walking.
