Description
Nestled between two golf courses, and located on a bluff above the pacific ocean is our home located in Princeville, Kauai (Hawaii). This home is brand new in 2006 and contains all new furnishings and appliances to compliment this beautiful home.
The home features three master bedrooms each with adjoining lanai and either king or queen beds, and mountain views from upstairs lanai. The 4th bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds.
There are three lanais (patios) two are upstairs and one is downstairs, each of them are accessible from their adjoining bedroom. These three bedrooms have either a queen or king size bed, as well as adjoining bathrooms. The fourth bedroom contains 2 sets of bunk beds.
The layout allows the cool ocean trade winds to flow through the home, and if that's not enough there are ceiling fans in every room, including the outdoor lanai's.
Travertine floors downstairs, granite countertops throughout, hardwood hand-scraped tropical flooring upstairs, and carpeted bedrooms combine to make this home both comfortable and luxurious.
Kitchen appliances are what you would expect to find in a high-end home, built-in refrigerator, gas cooktop, wall oven, microwave and dishwasher. On the downstairs lanai, enjoy our six burner gas bar-b-que, great for searing freshly caught ahi tuna or cooking your favorite dish.
Relax at the end of the day in front of a 50 inch Sony HDTV with high-def cable channels (You might be tempted to take this home with you, but it won't fit in your suitcase!). We also provide a number of dvd's, books and games for your enjoyment. Need internet access? No problem. Both wired and wireless dsl is provided at no charge. A computer work area with an All-In-One (printer/fax/scanner) machine is also available.
If you have stayed in Kauai before you'll know of a number of beaches within minutes of our home in Princeville. If you have not stayed on the beautiful north shore of this island before, you are in for a treat. Be among the first to stay in this custom luxury home.
Special note to the golfers at heart, there are 45 great holes at the Princeville resort -- you can purchase multi-day passes either at the Course or by purchasing the GolfHawaii card and save money on green fees.
