You'll have the entire 7th floor to yourself in this spacious 1654 square foot 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo, and private beach access is directly below. From your living room and large lanai, you can see the shimmering lights of downtown Waikiki. Beautiful concrete flooring sets the modern, relaxed ambiance for your stay. 4-person max.

Several of Oahu's best surf spots (Tonggs, Old Man’s and Ricebowl) are all right in front of you — a true surfer's paradise! Although there is no pool, you're just a short walk away to beautiful Kaimana Beach, and world-famous Waikiki Beach further down the road.

Although there is no A/C in this condo, the trade winds are generous and cooling, and floor fans are provided as well!

Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival. For same-day reservations, Check-In Time is guaranteed for 5PM.

No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking and No Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal or if anything needs replacement due to tar, ashes, or burns.

The location is absolutely perfect, directly on the water, easy walk to restaurants and activities, but crazy peaceful. Surfing and snorkeling right outside your door, and a two block walk to San Souci beach (and the best beach bar in the city). The unit is "vintage" and has no A/C but the breezes kept us comfortable, and we loved sleeping to the sound of waves. A week in we put Seabreeze on hold for next year, yes, we liked it that much!

The bed is comfortable but everything else seems to have been chosen for looks over comfort. Management came through and got a comfy recliner, so kudos to them! Some issues with screens falling down in the wind, water coming in when it rains and light from the city (blackout curtains blow. Slept with an eye mask and sometimes earplugs when the ocean was noisy but having all that space and a beach downstairs was absolutely worth it!

February 2017: Staying here on the 7th floor you will feel like you are in an eagle’s nest, with absolutely amazing views of Waikiki, the ocean, and Diamond Head. The southern wall is floor to ceiling sliding windows opening on to the lanai. We watched the Friday night Waikiki fireworks from our lanai (the show starts at 7:45 PM at this time of year), and were endlessly entertained by all the surfers, sailors, swimmers, snorkelers, and divers. The 11-story condominium building is only a mile from the heart of Waikiki and all of its activities, so we walked in most days/nights. It is nestled at the foot of Diamond Head, right on the beach, yet surrounded by a quiet neighborhood. The unit comprises the entire 7th floor, and security allows access to this floor only. There is a small private beach (access is by key fob) from which you can swim (or wade quite far out and still be able to stand) into the ocean through a sandy channel. We highly recommend this clean, well-equipped, comfortable and well-man
