This resort is the perfect spot for those wanting a premium experience without the confines and costs of hotels. While this property isn’t inexpensive, by comparison it is a great value compared to other premium options. This unit is well equipped and the property itself is simply gorgeous. We did not mind the lack of ocean view as the pool and beach walk are just steps away. Our property manager was extremely responsive and we will utilize them again for future stays. If you are concerned about visiting Maui at this time, don’t. The island is vibrant as ever and the locals need you here.

We had the most amazing week in Wailea at the Wailea Beach villas. The location is perfect, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The grounds are beautiful, so well maintained and the set up at the pool and beach are wonderful. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Allison, our property manager, even managed to get our kids boogie boards and was so responds during our stay. We loved our condo. It was incredibly clean, well equipped and having a kitchen and laundry made our vacation much more enjoyable. We loved sitting out on the lanai listening to the birds and ocean. We will definitely be back!

The place was lovely and clean but the washer was broken for our entire trip and the dishwasher had some problems as well. The reason I choose to stay in a place like this instead of a resort that has room service and house keeping is so that I can do mine and my children’s laundry and have a better place to make meals. I was there 10 days so the laundry situation put me out a little. To be fair the property manager did offer to come pick up and have our laundry washed. If you are into that sort of thing I’m sure it would have been ok but it wouod have just been more inconvenient for us. All that aside it is a beautiful place and we would stay there again if everything was in working order.

Far above average condominium in above average complex.This is definitely a big step up from regular accommodations both in its quality and in its location.You can walk to the beach and also to the shops at Wailea Village.My wife did not want to leave!

The unit was perfect for our multigenerational party of 6 - very spacious common areas and bedrooms. Check-in and check-out were easy and seamless. The family pool is a bit small but easy access from the unit and the close proximity to the shops cannot be beat. Loved the beach service as well - Wailea Beach is the best!! Highly recommend!

We have stayed at various units at WBV. We were at first a little apprehensive about being on the first floor but it was actually really convenient-quick skip to beach and shops and no extra noise. The unit was very clean. The communication with Allison and Jessica at Caldwell was great. We would love to return and rent this unit again.

Have been to this resort a number of times, but first time with this unit. Villa was super clean, and in a great spot. Don’t need to lug a stroller up the elevator :). Resort is amazing, and close to tons of amenities. You truly save so much in vacation costs by cooking meals in the villa vs. needing to eat out (and Safeway is only 10-15 mins away). Will return as often as possible!

Attractively appointed and furnished, Unit H102 at Wailea Beach Villas is an ideal condo for vacationing. The amenities are exactly what we anticipated and the quality of the WBV development stands out among others in the area. Beach front and pool areas were superbly maintained and staffed. We appreciated the helpful and friendly staff. The knowledgeable concierge team are a real bonus when it comes to emergency needs or excursion planning. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The place gives you privacy, convenience, and such an amazing crew to provide excellent customer service. Location was excellent. The appliances need updating. The dishwasher was broken, serviceman arrived promptly. The only negative is the second bedroom’s window is directly across from elevator, was never comfortable with the window open.
