This place was in the heart of everything Princeville. You can walk to One Hotel, hideaway, beach, etc. Lovely lovey place with all of the right appointments. If you check in at night, just know that the parking area is super dark and it's a bit cumbersome = but that can be cured with a flashlight. This place was a 5 out of 5. I liked it so much, I left my watershoes on their back porch!

The unit is beautiful, the view incredible and the location was perfect for us. The unit manager was very helpful and responded quickly to questions and requests. We loved having all the space, and the ability to cook as we wanted to. We enjoyed the close proximity to beaches, restaurants, and Honalei and took advantage of the walking trail frequently. The condo is as pictured, beautiful updates and incredibly well stocked with anything you could possibly need. We had a minor wi-fi issue and the host was quick and thoughtful in her response. Would definitely stay here again.

I cannot say enough great things about this beautiful place. We stayed almost week and the location was perfect. The condo itself is simply perfect. Its completely updated . The best of everything!! the view spectacular. This second room only has one bed and my boys are 18$20 so sharing abed is not an option. They left a blow up mattress which worked fine. So just be aware of that. Worth the blow up mattress to stay in this spectacular home. THANK YOU

The property was just as advertised and in my opinion under-stated. The North Shore of Kauai is simply amazing and this property was a great place to land after a long day. The property has a recent renovation that was very well done and the views are all ocean from the whole back of the unit. Tons of space and well apportioned. It exceeded our expectations and we would definitely come back.

Great place to relax. Not a lot going on as this community is rather isolated on the north side of the island so be prepared to travel to the south side for boating-related activities. Gorgeous sunsets from the balcony. And spectacular view from the kitchen windows and outdoors.

The rental is on the top floor with a gorgeous view of the ocean. The unit contains everything you need during your stay. The location is close to a supermarket and several outstanding restaurants. The unit manager is extremely accommodating and offers excellent recommendations for sightseeing, restaurants, etc.

Best place we have ever stayed at. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped, and I don't give that review lightly since I have severe food allergies and we have to prepare ALL food from scratch. Property is 100% as advertised and well maintained. Have never felt this relaxed and peaceful during a vacation. Will be back again next year!

We were completely satisfied with our stay in this condo. The owners provided almost everything that you could possibly need to make your stay a positive experience. It was obvious that the owners take a great deal of pride in their property and it is well maintained. The property manager was a pleasure to deal with, and the fact that they were local is a big bonus. Nothing negative at all to say about this beautiful property.

My wife and I have been visiting Kauai every year for the past ten years. Unfortunately we were not able to visit during the pandemic. We always rent from VRBO in Hanalei Bay and Princeville. We have never had a bad experience until last week. My wife and I were celebrating our ten year wedding anniversary and had been looking forward to our anniversary trip for months. We have stayed in this building before. The views are spectacular and the location is phenomenal. However, we had three major issues with this rental unit.1. No AC 2. Pool was shut down 3. Construction the entire tripI own a construction company so I understand having construction going on. However, the property manager should include in their listing that there will be construction from 6am-6pm, seven days a week. We listened to hammers and drills all day on Memorial Day. We were not able to sleep in one morning because of the construction. Not exactly a relaxing trip.We selected this unit over another one (and paid double) because the listing stated AC is located in every room. Well, there may be a unit in every room, but the units have been locked and you can not set the AC below 75 degrees. The entire trip, the temperature read 85-92 degrees in the unit. There are so many windows, sky lights, etc that the unit absolutely bakes in the sun. And the trade winds were not strong at all during our stay.The biggest reason we rented this unit was the pool. I surf, but my wife wanted to relax by the pool. Another strike out. The pool was broken and was shut for the week. They had to order a part from the mainland and it was delayed. After communicating daily with the property management company, they said there was nothing they could do and we could leave. They offered to refund one night plus fees. If you are going to charge $12,000 for avacation rental, your listing needs to be accurate. No AC, no pool and construction on almost

Perfect home away from home. The location of this condo could not have been better or more convenient. Shops and restaurants around the corner and close to the beach (be prepared for the hike down!). We had a great time and appreciated the amenities this condo had to offer. The fact that it had A/C was also a bonus. The finishings and appointments were top notch and it was super clean. The beds were very comfy too! I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Stayed one week in well appointed, top-floor Pu'u Poa condo. Beautifully remodeled condo unit with air conditioning, ocean views. Handsome cabinetry and upgraded kitchen and bath furnishings.Be aware that Bali Hai "view" is only from extreme corner of dining room window and not from balcony/lanai. Negatives include the following:- bedroom air conditioning is programmed to function no lower than 75 degrees which is a bit warm for sleeping- TV ceases to function if remote control unit becomes discharged- washer is programmed only to function in a short-cycle, economy mode- Short set of stairs within unit are poorly illuminated for walking during dark hoursFor the high price of this unit, these penny-pinching technology limitations are very annoying.I would not recommend this unit for families with children since there are expensive glass sculptures/figurines all around. They look very nice but would be vulnerable to curious kids.The single tennis court onsite is in poor condition with many cracks and uneven surfaces. This is below a reasonable standard for a otherwise first-class facility.

An amazing property that had everything our family of 4 needed for a week in Kauai. Great views, plenty of space, and all the things we needed to cook and relax. Communication from Lori prior to arrival was very helpful with all the current travel requirements. No fault of the property, but one lesson learned by not being familiar with the island is that the surf on North Shore is rough in winter which is fine, but also meant a few of the beaches in walking distance were rightfully closed down for safety reasons. Still plenty to do on the island though.

This place was better than we anticipated! The location, overlooking the Ocean was perfect. We enjoyed morning walks along the many paths including some stairs down to a great beach. The amenities were great and the host was readily available whenever we had a question. I wouldn't hesitate to return again ... for a longer stay!

The condo is even more amazing than you see in the photos. . The views from the living room and dining room (ocean) and kitchen (mountains) are incredible. Our family of 4 had plenty of space and took advantage of the fully outfitted kitchen (Vitamix! BBQ!) and laundry. It's located a 1 minute walk from where the 1 Hotel is being built (the old St Regis) and you. have easy access to the beach there, as well as Hideaway Beach. And the management company was incredibly responsive to questions we had. We can't stop talking about this place.
