Our trip to Maui has been second to none. Our stay at this condo has exceeded all of our expectations! Keri covered all the details and then some. This place had everything you could think of. Can't say enough positive words about this stay. Location, accommodation, and host. Would gladly stay again if we return to Maui.
Bed was so comfy and kitchen had everything I needed to make meals to enjoy on the balcony/terrace/lanai. Saw a whale the first morning within 5 mins. while having breakfast. Everything was thought of from beach gear to extra towels to music and little comfort details.

Condo was very clean, amazing view, very well stocked with everything you could need. Owners were extremely quick to respond when there was a problem with the WiFi. Lots of restaurant & shopping options within 10-15 min drive & owners have made a fantastic binder with lots of local information.

This property was all that was described and then some. It was very well stocked with everyday necessities and very clean. My husband and I were more than pleased with this condo. The view out the lanai was beautiful…we saw whales everyday! Keri was very good at staying in contact with me. She made sure we arrived ok and everything was to our liking. Would highly recommend staying here! If we ever get the chance to come back to Maui we would definitely stay here again.

Clean & easy check in. Manager provided lots of info on local places to eat and things to do. Facility had no hot tub or spa, but pool was heated to a comfortable level. Parking was often in short supply. Good location for exploring this side of Maui.

This was our first time in Maui. This Condo has an amazing view with well decked kitchen clean interiors and overall a very positive vibe. Keri is super friendly, accommodating and easy to reach out. We loved our stay in this Condo. We will for sure go back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Keri's unit #608! Keri has thought of everything! And her communication with us was amazing. Sent us info about restaurants and attractions before our visit. The condo had everything we needed for a wonderful 2 week stay. Kitchen is well-stocked with pans, utensils, appliances and gadgets. Loads of cleaning supplies, paper products, shampoo and other supplies. Beach chairs, snorkel gear, coolers as well. The king-size bed was super comfy. Plenty of electronic gear for those that want to watch TV or listen to music. We would definitely rent from Keri again.

The condo was everything that was advertised and more. There were sea turtles in view of the Lania almost every day, and the beach for the property was perfect. We are certainly planning on going back to this wonderful location. Mahalo for the amazing vacation!

We our recent stay at the Royal Kahana was outstanding! The kitchen was well equipped with the tools, gadgets, utensils, and dishware. The walk-in closet had extra pillows and towels and plenty of hangers. More towels were on a rack in the bathroom. There also was a plethora of cleaning supplies in the laundry closet and in the bathroom, as well as lotions, hair
care and soaps. A cool surprise was a closet full of beach equipment like four beach chairs, several snorkel fins and masks, boogie boards and two ice chests. Just like home!

Our condo was everything it stated on the listing and even better. Keri has everything anyone would ever need for a stay and more. Not only was the view from the lanai breathtaking the accommodations were beautiful. We would definitely stay here again if ever back in Maui.

We loved staying at Keri’s property. Keri has everything you need for a home away from home, down to bandaids. Her restaurant recommendations were spot on and I would strongly recommend you take her recommendation and book reservations in advance. We witnessed people being turned away without reservations at several restaurants so I was happy we had made our reservations. The bed was comfortable, the view was perfect and we definitely would like to stay here again.

My son and I thoroughly enjoyed our Maui vacation at Keri’s lovely condo. It was by far the best stocked VRBO I have been to…absolutely anything you might need for an island vacation was considered - and more. Communication was excellent, prompt and thorough. The view was fantastic and I had my morning coffee on the lanai every morning. Due to maintenance, we had an issue with the hot water and air conditioning and Keri was quick to respond.

My husband and I stayed here based on all the great reviews, and we are so glad we did! This is our first VRBO experience. We were a little apprehensive not knowing what to expect. We read all the reviews and booked this condo for our Jan 26-Feb 4 vacation. The owner made everything so easy start to finish. They have great communication and tell you everything from directions to the condo when you land, to great restaurant reviews for places to eat before you leave. The condo is very clean and well maintained. You sit out on the patio and spot sea turtles swimming below you and countless whales out on the ocean. They have a book in the condo where they have compiled info on all the local beaches and hiking and restaurants which we referred to A LOT ♥️ They have everything you need to fully enjoy your stay, like snorkel gear, coolers, chairs, beach towels, etc. The location of the condo is also great. It’s north of the really busy more touristy hotel area, but south of some of the best beaches. If your wondering if you need a rental car for your stay I would say YES get the car. We had thought to use the bus. There is a bus stop right outside the condo entrance (if you are thinking of using public transportation) but we decided to use a Turo to rent a car and that was a great decision. We drove all over! The kitchen is fully stocked. The laundry has everything you might need. They even have shampoo and conditioner and body wash — like huge Costco sizes. There is lotion under the sink if you get too much sun. It is really as if you went to your wealthy parents condo in Maui for a vacation. They have it all! One thing to say, the view from the lanai is almost able to see the sunset but not quite. That was one thing I wasn’t expecting…. but honestly, it really didn’t matter. We will stay here again when we return to Maui

Keri had every detail covered on what you will need as well as recommendations for things to do, places to eat, and also letting us know about any restrictions or about making reservations ahead of time so we didn't miss anything on our trip. This property is clean and is well appropriated. Great pots and pans and silverware, which I appreciated. The bed, pillows and bedding was also high quality. Condo is great, nice view, pool is nice and low key. No beach in front but there is a small one adjacent to property. Our time there was like being in a dream.

My husband and I just finished our stay in this condo. Really pleasantly surprised that it was better than we had anticipated. The condo is extremely nice. Beautiful decor, well-appointed kitchen and laundry, very spacious rooms (bathroom, bedroom and counters), plush towels, comfy bed and just about anything extra you can imagine. Extra towels, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, sunscreen, hair dryers, beach toys, beach towels, pillows(nice ones not just rubbery), throws, etc etc. Most places give you the "starter pack" and that's where it ends. This unit was exceptional that way. Also, wonderful view and stylish patio furniture. Just a pleasure to stay in! The resort itself doesn't really have a beach but we expected that and drove to Kaanapali. Did not have time to use the pool but it looked really nice. Very close to everything on that side of the island.

The condo more than met our expectations. It was situated right in the beach in the 6th floor with ocean view towards Molokai. Keri was a wonderful host whose communication was top notch! Condo was well stocked with every necessity,, as well those you wouldn’t expect in a Vacation rental! Highly recommend this condo!

This premier oceanfront condo is anything and everything you could ever want at a property! My wife and I stayed there and the second we walked in we loved the placer. The entire condo was spotless, and the sunlight from the massive windows that overlook the ocean lit up the room. The kitchen has everything you need and more. My wife was raving about the kitchen. The view from the deck is beautiful and I was content sitting there each night watching the sunset. You will not regret staying at this place. Keri is also an incredible owner and makes sure everything is wonderful for your stay. I would highly recommend staying here!

We feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to stay in this wonderful condo that was so thoughtfully presented. The reviews are all spot on and trustworthy - I agree! The amazing attention to detail: labels to remove any guesswork on how to use the washer, tv remotes (which we never used as we enjoyed the cd player and sounds of the ocean instead), air conditioning, ceiling fans - even how to switch the rainshower to handheld shower). I found tape measures in the drawer in the kitchen where every one of them was stocked full of everything you could possibly need. I found a luggage scale in the closet! Plenty of nice towels, soft sheets, and all the gear you could possibly need for a trip to the beach (we didn't use as we only had two days there - but gosh was it great!). The binder with all the details and suggestions/recommendations - remarkable. Emails just before we were arriving with thoughts on where to pick up groceries on the way, how to get the parking pass. Everything is covered when you stay here - all your dreams will come true! Thank you so much!
