We had a great stay at Ekolu 1206. We highly recommend it. The view is amazing and we could watch whales from the lanai. The unit was clean and had beach chairs, beach towels, cooler and toys. The host is very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

This was everything we wanted - a well furnished, high quality condo just a short walk from the beautiful resorts and shops of Wailea. Very comfortable rooms, great AC, peaceful location, and a great view over the golf course from the balconies.

We will be back! This amazing property was exactly as described. It was clean and had comfortable beds! There were amazing views and we stepped out onto the golf course every night for a spectacular sunset. There are many restaurants nearby. The condo was well stocked which saved lots of money on things like salt, sugar, detergent etc. Thanks again for sharing your lovely home with us.

This is a great condo. We didn't take advantage of a lot that it had to offer, as we were exploring all day every day. But, it's very well thought-out and stocked with everything you might need. A lot of little extras that really made a difference. Most notably, the availability of beach chairs, umbrellas, and a drink cooler was so appreciated. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had a terrific 12 night stay at this condo. It's got every amenity you can think of, from beach gear chairs coolers to a really well-appointed kitchen. Everything is extremely well taken care of, clean, and the unit is nicely updated. Even a short-term gym membership was included for a local fitness facility (our Son was so happy about this!). The location is awesome - so peaceful on the lanai overlooking the golf course. We could see whales in the distance! Communications were great. We did have one relatively minor issue and it was promptly responded to and resolved - even over Christmas! VERY happy overall and we would definitely stay here again!

Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need including spices, etc. easy walking distance to the Wailea Shops.

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. I would highly recommend to future guests. We loved the area, short walk to store and coffee shops, short drive to beaches, and in a nice and calm neighborhood. The house was very clean, great AC and they provided plenty of towels, sheets, and beach equipment (beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, ice chests, etc.) We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying here. The listing represented the unit very well. We had everything we needed and more (kitchen well stocked with every utensil and appliance needed, lots of bath towels and face cloths, lots of beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, beach umbrella). The property is very quiet. I loved watching the beautiful sunsets over the ocean from the main Lanai. My daughter loved the pool! We would definitely recommend this condo and would love to stay again!

What a beautiful unit and wonderful place to stay. While all the units at Wailea Ekolu are great, this is by far the best. The host had taken care to ensure we were as comfortable as possible during our stay. The AC, entertainment system and kitchen are all updated. The unit was clean when we arrived. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook during our stay. We were also provided beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers. Our host provided us with everything we needed for our trip. We had a blast and our host made it easy for us to just relax and enjoy the island. Thank you and we cannot wait to come back!

We had a great time at Emily's property in Wailea. It was clean, comfortable and very well stocked (kitchen, laundry, bathrooms, guide books). Condo complex was well kept up and quiet. Super easy access and seamless communication.
The views are spectacular as is the sunset over neighboring Lanai.

The perfect Wailea stay! The property was clean, easy to access, and had amazing views! The beds were incredibly comfortable and the condo is spacious for 4 adults. The condo is perfectly located close to several beaches (thanks Hawaii for so much public beach parking!) and shops. Everything in Wailea is just a 5-10 minute drive. We would love to stay here again!

This is a nicely appointed condo with excellent views of ocean and golf course. It’s a great location - a 10 min downhill walk to shops, grocery, beaches. The host is very pleasant and responsive. I recommend the property. Two *very minor* feedback points: (1) For a newly renovated condo, I thought the living room carpet looked a little dingy but the condo was otherwise very clean. (2) The kitchen refrigerator barely fits in its space and so the refrigerator doors don’t open all the way as they are blocked by counter top on either side. Not a huge deal, you can still access what you need in the frig, it’s just cramped.

Our group consisted of two couples. This condo was perfect for two couples or a family--it has not only two separate and private bedroom/bathroom suites but also comfortable communal areas. This condo is furnished with just about everything you could need. The furnishings were modern, upscale and appealing. The owner even provided a binder with all the furnishings and brand information! There was an A/C unit in each bedroom and the living area with separate controls which kept the unit cool. There are TVs and Sonos sound systems in each room. The lanai was perfect for relaxing in the morning and evenings. I really liked the location as it was walking distance to The Shops at Wailea with multiple shops and restaurants as well as the Wailea beach walk. The communication before our trip was excellent. We had a damaged iron, and the property manager was very responsive and brought a new iron over the next day. We very much enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property!

We stayed here on our honeymoon and it was our first stop. It really set the tone for our trip and the location and cleanliness of the condo was tough to beat! Check in was easy and the view of the water from the balcony was really impressive. The beaches and shops are a bit of a walk but otherwise a really short drive.

My Fiancé and I stayed in this beautiful condo with another couple and we loved our time there! The place was perfect for two couples since each room had its own full bathrooms. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The beds were super comfortable and AC and Wifi worked great! We loved the view of the golf course with the ocean in the distance - so beautiful and relaxing! The property grounds were so pretty and peaceful with lots of lush greenery and flowers.
The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook - plenty of cooking utensils, pots/pans, plates/bowls, basic seasonings, and even a rice cooker :) We didn't get a chance to use the BBQ but always love the opportunity to grill on vacation. The washer and dryer worked great (laundry detergent/fabric softener included) and there were also plenty of extra towels, beach towels, blankets and pillows. Emily was very quick and communicative - and super nice!
We didn't rent a car so would either walk or Uber everywhere. It got pretty hot during the day (early October) but my Fiancé and I enjoyed walking down to the Shops at Wailea and around the resorts/along the beach. The Shops were about a 15 minute walk from the condo. There are a couple closer shopping centers that we visited a few times. The center just West of the condo (7-10min walk - we found a shortcut through the condo complex) had delicious coffee and breakfast at Akamai (get the Hawaiian Honeybee Latte!) and on Tuesday mornings, there's a small farmer's/maker's market which is fun :) Just Northeast of the Condo (10min walk) is a shopping center with a few restaurants and other shops - we highly recommend Pita Paradise! So good for happy hour and the owner does the fishing himself - delicious pitas/pitzas and anything with fresh fish. Kihei is about a 10min drive with even more restaurants and beaches to explore.
Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again! Thank you for the hospitality and for making our trip so relaxing :)

Where can I start! This condo was amazing and pics and descriptions on VRBO were accurate and did not disappoint in the slightest. The condo was so meticulously clean when we checked in and is extraordinarily well equipped. There were even beach bags that looked brand new in the bedroom closets! It had every household item you can imagine. The condo had modern furnishings and beautiful decor and a delightful view! Never got tired of watching the sunsets on the beautiful lanai
Emily was an absolute delight to deal with also.
We would 100% book this unit again and plan to be back.

Our family spent 9 days in Maui in this wonderful condo. The condo is super clean, has all amenities you ever need (and more). It was super crowded when we were in Maui. Restaurants are either fully booked or there are long lines. We saved both time and money by buying groceries and cooking in the condo. Overall this has been a great stay!

Our second stay at the property and just as we remembered, perfection! What is most important to us is cleanliness. We rent all over the world and to have a spotless place to walk into and begin a vacation is wonderful. The decor, location, and cleanliness far surpassed other Waikeau condos we've rented previously. Everything was well stocked too from paper products and toiletries to soy sauce and coffee!
Designer furnishings, local art, quality linens, three remote controlled air conditioners, i could go on and on.
