Great location and plenty of space for our three grown kids. We loved the space and loved walking down to wailea for the beach, our luau, and the shops. Owner was quick to respond and check in and out was easy. Would recommended!

We had a lovely stay. The property is spotlessly clean and in a good location, close to the beach, restaurants, activities etc. The home is thoughtfully and generously stocked with everything one would need. The host was very helpful and responsive.

Our families had such a wonderful time staying at Hien’s property. Hien was always so quick to respond to my messages and very polite. She even made sure to check in on us. The property itself is in such a convenient location to all the beautiful beaches and great eats! We enjoyed the view every morning from the upstairs lanai eating our breakfast from Sugar Beach Bake Shop and Akamai Coffee and Honolulu Coffee (both coffee shops are walking distance from the rental). The property was very clean. Kitchen is updated and fully stocked. We loved that she provided beach chairs/umbrellas/toys/mats/towels so that we didn’t need to rent them. Both bedrooms were clean and spacious (room with 2 king beds was convenient for our friends who had 2 toddlers with them!) and the sofa bed was perfect for my teen son! When we come back to Maui, I would DEFINITELY rent this property again!

My family and I had an absolutely enjoyable time at Hein's beautiful Maui rental. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the immaculate cleanliness and the stunning furniture that adorned the house. Communication with Hien was a breeze, as she provided us with all the necessary information about the home in advance.
The accommodation was more than accommodating, offering plenty of space for our family of eight. The well-stocked kitchen supplies made meal preparation a breeze, and we appreciated having everything we needed right at our fingertips. The highlight of the house was undoubtedly the lanai, which offered a breathtaking view of the ocean. Spending time there was a treat and a memorable experience for all of us.
One of the best things about the rental was its organization and ease of navigation. Everything was conveniently arranged, making it effortless to find what we needed. It felt like a home away from home, and we couldn't have asked for more in terms of amenities.
The house was fully equipped with everything our family needed to have a fantastic vacation. We were so impressed that we've already decided to return to this lovely home for our next family trip next year. It truly left a lasting impression on us, and we can't wait to experience it again.

We really enjoyed Hien's place. The condo was updated, and very clean. The furnishings and everything that was supplied was great. The location is amazing and in very close proximity to Wailea beach. We can't wait to return.

Amazing location. Spectacular views. All the comforts of home and very comfy towels and bedding. We stayed with 3 teens and had a ton of space to spread out. Beds are extremely comfortable and the condo is impeccably clean and well maintained. We would definitely come back to visit again! The beach chairs and towels and extras were great to have too! Wish we could have stayed longer but now on to Kona! Would recommend to friends and family.

We did not want to leave this place! Thank you, Hien for allowing us to stay at your beautiful property. The condo was well stocked, clean, and super convenient to many shoppes and beaches.
The pool on the property was quiet, clean, and the views are amazing.
If you are looking for a place to vacation in Wailea grab this property up if it’s available.
Plenty of parking is available. We had 5 adults in our party with more than enough space and privacy.

Although this property doesn't have the beach location of the major hotel properties, it's much more reasonably priced and still has a lovely ocean view. Very spacious and very nicely appointed. The photos are very accurate representation.
Although we only ate in for breakfast this condo is one of the best equipped for cooking we've ever seen. Hien was excellent in communicating with us. The only potential issue I would flag is that the bedrooms are on the lower level and the common area is upstairs so anyone with mobility issues needs to be prepared to navigate the stairs.

This was my first time staying in a VRBO and I loved it. This condo was beautiful had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was well stocked with all the spices, pots and pans and more. We were able to cook most days. We had breakfast on the lanai and enjoyed beautiful sunsets and sunrises. We even saw a few whales from the grilling area. Our host was very responsive and provided lots of great info before we arrived! The condo was very clean, and is just as the pictures show. It even had everything we needed to go to the beach including chairs and towels. Overall I would rate it a 5 out of 5. We would definitely choose this condo again next time we are in Maui!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Hien's condo. It was very clean, had all the amenities. We loved that Hien was so communicative and responsive. Any questions we had were immediately answered. We loved the fact that the condo was stacked with beach towels, beach chairs and coolers. It made our visits to the beach that much more enjoyable. The location was fantastic. It was right on the golf course, close to beaches, shopping, and lots of fabulous restaurants. We would definitely recommend this place for a family.

Great location right on the golf course in Wailea. Loved everything about this property. So well stocked with everything we needed. Very impressed with the cleanliness. A short walk down the hill to coffee, shops and restaurants. Hien was amazingly helpful and responsive to any questions or needs. Can’t wait to come back!!

We enjoyed our stay here in the condo. We stayed with our two young children and the condo was clean and well stocked.
It is about a 1/2 mile walk to the shops / restaurants. We ended up driving down to the beach access with two young children rather than walking. We are able to find parking at the access point between the Grand Wailea and Four Seasons without issue.
The complex pool is a short walk up the hill as well. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if staying in Wailea.

Overall, we had a really great time at this property and I would recommend the property to others given the cleanliness and the location, but we did have a few issues. First, we were unable to find bedding for one of the beds and the property owner didn't seem to understand the issue. And second, the stairs to the second floor are tile and we had three people fall on them, so I wouldn't recommend this property if you have mobility issues or small children.

Ideal condominium location on Wailea Blue course with great view of ocean looking towards Lanai bring binoculars for Whalewatching at breakfast ! The location is quiet and situated back from Wailea village mall ( high end ) and away from hubbub of Kihue . Excellent launching spot to discover many beaches from easy family swimming and snorkeling to the notorious Bi Beach. Wailea Golf is excellent too Emerald Gold and Blue all 10 minutes . Awesome views from Emerald . The condo is very comfortable and fully equipped including beach chairs towels and umbrellas all essential. Outside grill just 20 steps away. The washer and drier are new which made laundry a delight :) Open kitchen well stocked and WIFI and TV set up the best we’ve encountered in three othe stays. Costco and Target near airport are must go to places to stock the condo for your stay .Overall highly recommend this location and the host Hien who was exceptionally responsive and keen to know that we were happy . Oh you must book the Outrigger to Whalewatch it was awesome !! Mahalo Malcolm

This place was unbelievably perfect for our stay and exceeded almost all expectations. Close to food and shopping and beach, pool and star gazing out on the golf green at night. The 3 bathrooms were much appreciated for our 3 groups. The entire place is renovated and really nice. Beds were comfy and AC was a rare treat for Hawaii places in our experience. View from the upstairs Lanai over Molokini cannot be overstated. There were several times we realized we had forgotten something or needed a cooler, for example, and every time we thought “I wonder if they have that here?”, the answer was always yes. Host was very helpful and clear communication the whole trip. Place was spotless and I hope we get to stay here again when we come back. Thank you again!!

Mahalo Hien. What a wonderful location and well appointed townhome! We were very comfortable and enjoyed having the kitchen separated from the living quarters by a floor. We did not need the upstairs pull out with the 2 kings in the guest room. Well outfitted with beach supplies and a cooler. The only thing I did not like was leaving.
