My daughter and I had a great stay at this property. Kihei is a convenient location in the middle of the island that allowed us to explore the east and west sides of the island easily - a rental car really is needed to explore all Maui has to offer. The property was as pictured and just steps from the beach. We loved that it was away from the resort areas of the island and offered an excellent value for the money. Erin was truly an exceptional host. Her communication prior to booking, pre-arrival and during our stay was outstanding. Perhaps the best we have had. If we ever come back to Maui, we will consider Erin’s properties first.

We absolutely loved our 12 day stay in Erin's condo. It had everything we needed, the bed was comfortable and it was quiet at night making it easy to sleep. The location couldn't be better - the condo is on the ocean side, literally a few steps from beautiful Sugar beach. Less than a 5 minute walk away, there is a bakery, an ABC store and Ululani's, which is by far the best shave ice on the island. All the restaurants in Kihei and Wailea are no more than a 10-15 minute drive away. Same with Costco, Target, Safeway, Walmart, etc. Erin is a wonderful host. She was super easy to communicate with and always responded quickly whenever I needed to reach out to her. If I'm ever lucky enough to make it back to Maui, Erin's place will definitely be my first choice for accommodations.

Our group booked multiple units in this complex for a couples trip and it did not disappoint. The location is wonderful if you want a laid back, beach front experience. The unit itself was one of the best stocked rentals Ive stayed in. Plenty of towels, beach gear, pantry staples, sunscreen, etc. the unit was very clean and the host was very easy to communicate with. Can’t recommend this listing more!

Very nice place with a tropical garden outlook. Some view of the ocean. The place is in great condition and nicely appointed kitchen and bathroom. Well stocked. Every little thing you might need is probably there. Gas grills didn’t work for a few days but that’s a problem of the complex, not the owner

We loved having our own beach and small seating area with grass right on the beach. Perfect for sunsets and whale watching! Everything was clean and comfortable in the unit. Bed was a little firm but that’s just our taste. Kihei Kai was centrally located on the island and beautiful.

The condo is well-appointed, quiet, comfortable and clean. Great base for exploring Maui due to its central location - you can easily get to the major south, north and west roads from here. There’s not a lot in the immediate area if you’re looking for a walkable spot but the condo has a nice beachfront and grounds. We’d certainly stay here again.

The location at Kihei Kai was fantastic. Erin’s condo was very clean, updated and well stocked. It felt like home. We were near many sites but it was quiet and not crowded. The beach is right out in front of the condo and the grassy yard was a great place to relax and visit with the other friendly people staying at Kihei Kai. Erin was very easy to communicate with. It was our first trip to Maui and We plan to return to Kihei Kai.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location! The spot was general to all the activities we had planned including Lahaina, Maui Winery and Road to Hana. We even walked the beach to the local ABC store. The communication from property owner was timely and kind. The property was spacious, up to date, modern, comfortable, and relaxing. We definitely recommend this property with this owner.

What a cute tucked away property, steps to the beach, but also close to lots of adventures if you want to venture out! 🙂 Erin was very communicative and a wonderful host. There was a possible storm that was going to hit the other side of the island, and she messaged us important information about where flashlights were etc., just in case! This is definitely a hidden gem… The condo was absolutely immaculate! We really enjoyed our time in Maui, thanks in huge part to our stay! (Loved the AC at night too! Bonus!) Thanks Erin!

This place was a great basecamp for my husband and I on our trip to Maui. It is centrally located and well stocked. The owner was communicative and responsive and the property itself was a good size for a chill vacation. There is a decent peekaboo view of the ocean from the lanai and we enjoyed sitting out there to enjoy the ocean breezes. I can see how a small family of 4 would also enjoy this space. We will definitely be looking to stay here again on our next trip to Maui.

Erin has put a lot of thought into making sure families are comfortable in her condo. Right from lots of sun screen bottles to kitchenware, zip lock bags, hooks for towels etc. The sofa bed was really good and not the usual cheap springy found in most hotels. The kitchen was almost new and kept perfectly clean.

If I could summarize this property in one word, it would be thoughtful. Every detail has been thought of for you. From reusable shopping bags to most any kitchen/cooking gadgets, you’re covered. There were beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels available for use. Ample seating on the Lanai for a great place to have coffee and end the evening. The property is so very clean, organized, and feels like home. We had a wonderful experience with the other guests as well. The location was perfect for us and for morning/evening strolls on the beach. Listening to the waves crash all night is exactly what you want when you escape cold winter weather to paradise! Erin was amazing! She communicated with us and was prompt to return a message when I reached out during our stay. I would 100% recommend this property and will definitely be back. We are so grateful to have found this property for our stay!

I cannot say enough about Erin and the properties. We rented this apartment and the one across from it.
First, Erin was wonderful, kind, helpful- the absolute best.
Second, the apartments were so clean. We had everything we needed. The complex is quiet and beautiful, and they have the sweetest couple managing the property.
Last, we loved our location. We were 20 minutes from the airport. We had a coffee place and bakery right down the road, along with a produce stand, ABC store and shaved ice stand. We will definitely stay again.

Our family had a great first experience in Maui staying here. The location is good being at the end of 2 major roads. Made it easy to find our way around. The facility is cute, has a charming vibe. Was very clean and had everything we needed. A very cozy place to go home to at night after long days exploring the island. The air conditioning works amazing and feels great. The beach is nice with calm waves, good for kids, and for romantic walks on the beach at night. The host, Erin was really good to work with and we will definitely be coming back for another relaxing stay in Kihei.

This place was everything we expected and more. The unit was clean and everything was as pictured. The view from the private dock was Amazing, perfect for that coffee in the morning to start off your day or some wine to finish off your night.
Erin was so great at communicating and making sure everything was ok. Kids was happy with boogie boards and beach's toys.

I loved that it was so clean! It was right on the beach and had air conditioning..life saver! I woke up every morning at, 5 got ready and went to sit on the beach to drink my coffee. It was beautiful and relaxing. We were only at the condo to sleep 😂 and soon as the next day rolled around..we were gone all day. So yes, it served its purpose because that bed was huge and comfortable! Thanks for letting me stay there ☺️

We were so happy we decided to stay in Kihei. It was a nice central location to everything we wanted to see, and not too busy. The condo was perfect for our family with 2 young kids. I appreciate that unlike most places it wasn’t full of hazards for younger kids and had carpet. It was very clean and had everything we needed to cook and stay comfortable.the AC is great! I wish the condo complex maintained the pool and walking areas more but it wasn’t horrible. Would stay here again!!

This is a beautiful place and really made our trip a successful and enjoyable one. Excellent location and all the amenities we needed for a family beach vacation. Loved that the beach is right there. Beds are clean and comfy, a/c is strong, and kitchen has everything you need to cook delicious meals. We appreciated that the community was quiet and not crowded. We practically had the pool to ourselves and went every day for a dip. We miss being there and hope to go back some day.

This condo was absolutely perfect! We loved the central location that made it easy to get to all parts of the island and the airport, too. The condo is easy to find but away from the busiest resorts and people hot-spots, which was great. We spent most of the time outdoors, but the condo had everything we needed for comfort when we came home, including air conditioning, even though it isn't really necessary in Maui. Our absolute favorite thing was the quiet beach just steps out the door. We went to a couple of other beaches, but ended up coming back to the condo beach because it was so deserted and quiet compared to the busyness of the other beaches. Reading a book under the umbrella and listening to the waves crash was just amazing! The only even slightly negative thing I could say is that the bed was hard and too firm for our liking, but we were so worn out from all our activities that we slept well anyway. Overall, a delightful, clean, quiet, comfortable condo in a great location away from the busiest tourist areas. We would love to come back sometime!

This condo is perfect for any couple wanting to visit and stay in Maui. The condo is newly renovated, very very clean, stocked perfectly, super comfortable and in a great location. Sugar beach is a great walking beach, less busy then most. The condo is right on the water, the view of the ocean is better then what the pictures show. This was our 5th year in Maui, and have always used VRBO, this was our cleanest, condo yet, the air pump AC system was amazing, quite, and really cooled the condo down. We have nothing bad to say about the condo. Only advice for ppl looking to stay here would be that it is perfect for a couple. It would be tough to stay in this condo with a larger family or two couples.
We would stay here again no questions asked.

We enjoyed the central location- made it easy to get to our next adventure. The beach right there is great for whale watching in February. Saw so many whales from right there. The other guests in the condo meet at sunset every night to blow the conch shell and socialize and welcomed us to their gathering.
The condo had everything we needed and had been recently renovated. We really appreciated the beach chairs, cooler and body board.
We enjoyed the farmers market, bakery and deli, all within a few blocks.

If you're looking for a place to unwind and feel like you're truly a world away ... Erin's place is ideal.
Kihei Kai Unit 14 was recently remodeled, new kitchen, new bathroom, beautiful bedroom... so intelligently, with just the right touches, that you'll quickly feel this is your island home away from home.
High end appliances, great cookware. A bathtub!! Super comfortable King Bed. Whisper Quiet AC in the bedroom as well as the Living Area. A Lanai you could spend the entire day on if you wanted... Lovely!
I was here on business, rather than vacation.... and had little time at the unit to enjoy my time there... but the "vibe" is just right and was a soft place to land at the end of each long day. I would have loved to be here for a vacation get away.... next time.!

Erin is a wonderful property owner! We really appreciated her prompt and clear communications. We made several changes to our reservation and she was so helpful all the way through. Unit 14 was recently remodeled and SO nice! The kitchen was beautiful and well appointed with all the cookware we needed, and new appliances beautiful. The whole unit had nice furnishings and bath clean and new. We really enjoyed the porch - views to the teees and bit of ocean and up to Haleakala, and the breezes delightful. It was so nice to enjoy the warm breeze, sitting in sun or shade as you choose. Our beachwear dried overnight on the many porch hooks. The beach was super for long walks (you can go a mile or more along north curve) and shallow water was great for SUP boards. Ample parking and central island location made it reasonable to drive to other Maui snorkel spots too. We didn't use the pool but did use the nice Kihei Kai grills most nights. We highly recommend this condo.
