Property was clean and well kept. The downside is the parking lot is a bit of a walk to the unit, when we arrived there was no cart to use so we had to make several trips to and from the parking lot with all our food and gear.
The unit is very well stocked to cook anything. The Kitchen is super outdated and actually the cupboards are a bit dirty too.
The king bed was so uncomfortable my husband and I were never able to get a good night sleep!
Tons of pool toys and beach stuff for kids!
The only beach chair the is there is falling apart and super old! Definitely needs some updates but overall we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here together with two other families with young kids. This 3 bedroom apartment was great for us. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the pots and pans and knives etc that we needed to cook a few meals. The balcony is large and a great place to have breakfast or drink some coffee in the morning. Also, the balcony had a tub filled with snorkel gear (masks and fins) as well as a few floaties etc for younger kids. These were a nice bonus for our visit as some of our group didn’t bring snorkel gear or items for the kids. Also the resort had a nice pool and hot tub. The hot tub was broken the first few days but was fixed while we were there. Also the beach near us was full of sea turtles every morning. While it wasn’t the best snorkel location it was a great and easy place to go to watch the sunset or see the sea turtles resting on the rocks.
Overall it was a great place for us to stay with 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms have a small AC that was plenty to make the rooms comfortable. There was also an AC on a timer in the living room. One small bedroom did not have any AC but it was still comfortable (in Oct at least).
The door uses a keypad which was convenient and made it easy for multiple of us to come and go without needing to exchange keys. There is only one key for the pool or beach access gate though so we had to juggle that some. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and felt like the location was a good option for the price and for 3 bedrooms.

The condo is as advertised. A nice location for a family base to do all the Maui fun stuff. Well managed and good communication with rental company. Everyone had a good time and was comfortable. For the market, it was fairly priced. Maui is expensive.

This was a great property for our family of five. The condo was beautiful. It was spacious, clean, and had tons of extra supplies (blow dryer, iron, two beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, beach towels, and lots more). It was air conditioned except for the twin bedroom. The grounds of the Koa Resort are very pretty but there is only one parking lot the the entire complex and 1J is a bit of a walk. The pool was large and quiet and there’s a hot tub too! Overall we loved our stay.

We loved the centralized location to all the activities that we enjoy. In the past we stayed in Kaanapali, but it wasn't very enjoyable for us. This townhouse was near the main highway but was very quiet and peaceful at night. We did not take advantage of the pool and ping pong recreation area but many families did. This unit had a new washer and dryer which was added benefit.

The location was great. The directions to find the condo were not great. We arrived in the dark and took a long time to find. The unit was spacious but needs updating. The unit needs to be better organized so items can be found. The beds we’re comfortable. It was great to have the pool and the bbq areas. I would stay here again

Me, my and friends came to Kihei for a wedding celebration. We all stayed in Koa resort, a beautiful place for a vacation where we are alll just a walk away from from the beach , conveniently close to stores, food trucks , the resort is nice and clean and the property manager(s) were very responsive to all our questiins and concerns. Would definitely come back here for another vacation.

We had a great time at Koa Resorts. The unit was large enough for 2 adults and three mostly grown sons (16, 19, and 22 years old). We appreciated the beach chairs and coolers. The rental was well-stocked with kitchen equipment and was very clean. The pool was delightful! Kihei was lots of fun for us as a base to explore Maui. Totally recommend!

This condo was in such a great location. There were two protected beaches within a very short walk, one of which had turtles! The condo was clean and had all the things I would have expected. The A/C in the two bedrooms was quite nice. They had basic beach toys, chairs, and boogie boards.

Overall the property was good. It was spacious for our family of six. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking implements and dishes. The lanai was large and had a huge collection of beach items. Very close to the pool and beach.Negatives were that the rooms were rather dark in the evening and several of the outlets didn't appear to work. We got the impression that no one had been in the unit for a while (probably pandemic related). We had a couple of maintenance issues, but the property manager was very good to work with and addressed our issues right away.

I was excited to find a condo in Kihei. The pictures made it look very exciting. Walking into the unit, I was very disappointed. The furniture was sparse and uncomfortable. In addition, many features needed repair or replacement (refrigerator, shower door, locks on sliding door to lanai). The condo served the purpose giving us a place to stay, but was not nearly as luxurious as the pictures made it seem and given the price, it was not a bargain.The bright side was that when I had a problem the management dealt with it immediately.

We arrived at Koa Resort and loved the vibe and environment. The condo was clean, well stocked and met all our needs. Management was proactive and helpful!!!Only drawbacks- it’s a bit far from the parking lot when with a family (though they do offer a cart to help carry your luggage or other items to the unit). Also, the walk ways are a wee bit dark at night. If your arriving at night, may be hard to find the unit. Other than that, it was lovely!! The pool and grounds were glorious and we felt VERY safe!

I would give my review a 2 out of 5 because: furniture was very cheap, no one was ever in office for misc. question or problems, no carts in unit to transfer groceries or beach equipment when needed, tv’s in bedrooms were basically for show, upstairs didn’t work , and air conditioning failed us during hottest weeks. Screen upstairs didn’t fit.

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was spotless and very well appointed. They had a blender, toaster, even a French press for my coffee. We choose the location for my husband to fish in the mornings. He could walk to the beach and fish off the rocks. The unit is close to grocery stores and restaurants. It is centrally located and short car trip from some lovely swimming beaches. The complex grounds are lovely, full of flowering trees. Thank you for sharing your condo with us.
