This property was probably the best stocked place I have ever stayed (especially the kitchen). However, the carpet needs to be replaced, it gives the place a musty smell right now. The living room furniture leaves a lot to be desired. The pull out bed in the living room was almost unusable, I would not suggest anyone else use it. A blow up mattress would be better than the sofa.

Condo was perfectly located between Lahaina and Kapalua. Easy 5-10 min walk to Whaler’s Village and the beach. The condo was spacious and comfortable for our family of 4 (me, husband, and 2 teenagers).

This property is in a great location for golfing, snorkeling and sightseeing. The layout of the unit is very good with an office area in the master suite. The views of the golf course, ocean and Molakai are exceptional. The sunset can be viewed from the patio. We are hoping to return again in the future.

This spacious condo worked wonderfully for our family of four. The unit was clean, quiet and comfortable. It was convenient to have a kitchen and laundry units as opposed to staying in a hotel. The A/C worked well and extra fans were available if we were still too hot. The unit was conveniently located to the activities we were there for (wedding at Olowalu Beach, Kaanapali beach, Whaler's Village a short walk). They even had beach chairs and other equipment available if you wanted them. Overall, a fantastic stay and we would rent this condo again.

Me and my husband, college age son and my 80's parents stayed there for 4 nights. The room was very spacious, good equipment in the kitchen and for the beach. The distance to the beach was fine with us, but needed to driver for my parents.
During our stay, Wifi stopped working, howeer the owner came to the unit and fixed immideately. We had a great time!

Had to text Ryan right off the bat to help with the lock..my fault. Ryan got right back to us and got us into the condo with in a minute or two. There were 6 adults and the condo was plenty roomy enough for all of us. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The AC worked great when the fans weren’t quite enough. Our favorite place was the lanai..where we spent our down time watching golfers and the beautiful rainbows.You can just see the ocean and the other island from there…The pool and hot tub was a big hit with all of us.This condo is walking distance to Whalers Village and and a sweet little strip mall where there is a sweet breakfast and coffee place next door to the snorkel store. What a find! None of us were ready to leave Maui or the condo when it was time to leave. Our 10 days were just perfect. Thank you Ryan ! We hope to be calling on you again in the future:)

Great , close to everything. Beautiful ocean view and golf views. Only needs notes on how to use TV properly.
We sat on deck everyday for Happy Hour or lunch and dinners.

Lovely condo in general with a lot of potential. Needs a lot of updates and simple fixes. AC barely works and issues with mold. All my concerns were addressed with property manager and he very quickly tried to fix problems. Even drove to other side of island to grab an air purifier since my elderly, on oxygen, COPD mom was with us

The condo is clean and well equipped. Communication with the manager was good. Some furniture and kitchen appliances are a bit outdated but they do the job. The resort is close the highway and you can hear it when you are outside in the lanai. Pool area is nice and well maintained. You can walk to the beach and shops that is very convenient.

My family and I had a great experience in Maui this trip, Ryan’s place was exactly as described. Our family has grown so our children are now adults and so this place was spacious and offered many areas to hang out and relax without all of us being on top of each other, the full kitchen was great to make coffee and enjoy the early morning, it was clean and I especially loved having the washer and dryer there in house! Also the beach items we might need were available, no need to buy anything. Ryan’s place was the kind where you go and stay, no need buy anything just bring yourself and enjoy Maui..

This condo is in the most perfect location, a short walk from the beach, shopping and so much more. The views are exactly as shown in the listing pics… absolutely gorgeous.
Our host was super responsive and helpful and the condo is very well stocked with basics, condiments and beach equipment. You absolutely can’t do better for this price in Maui!

This is a wonderful place, but there are a few things that need to be changed. The carpet is old and dirty and smells very musty and moldy making the entire place smell. The carpet is throughout the condo, and that needs to be exchanged with tile or some other sort of flooring. the kitchen and bathrooms are beautiful, and the lanai is lovely also. It's a great place for a family to stay.

If you don’t want to stay in a hotel right on Kaanapali beach this place is for you. It is just a short walk to Whaler’s village and the black rock beach. It is 2 miles to Lahaina which is great- we even road bikes there one day. The condo however is dated- for the price it could be updated. It had what you need however- beach towels, chairs, cooking items, gas grill. Cons- thermostat was stuck on 72 and could not go lower. The manager tried to fix it but no luck. Also the last day the wifi went out- we tried to reset but no luck.

This property is everything as advertised and more. Location is perfect on the Kaanapali golf course. Short distance down the hill to Whaler’s village and Kaanapali Beach. Unit was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our days at the beach. Emmett made sure to accommodate our late checkin and followed up to make sure our needs we met. Will definitely look for this place on our next trip.
Door key sticks a bit that a little WD40 would fix in a jiffy.

Stay was great, management company were quick to respond to any of my questions/concerns. We loved the area, enjoyed the walk to and from the beach. Very convenient having the Snorkel Store right there too!
No real complaints, more a suggestion as everything worked, but I would suggest an upgrade to the appliances.

I had my two granddaughters with me and they thought it was the best place they have ever stayed. They loved the lanai off the frontroom, they were out there everymorning. They are both 20. I loved it also, everything we needed was there, would stay agian. It was close to beaches and shopping and dining..

The online listing’s photos were accurate size-wise, and the property managers were very nice/responsive. The main issues we had were with cleanliness. There appeared to be black mold on the fans in the kitchen and master bath, and the grill started on fire when we tried to use it. After we put the fire out, we noticed that the grill had not been cleaned in a long time. The amount of grease build up was high. They did have a fire extinguisher, so no one was hurt/nothing was damaged. The on-site manager came over the next day to clean it up and apologized. Overall we would recommend the property assuming they’ve taken care of the cleanliness issues

We rented this unit to be close to my parents who were staying next door at Maui El Dorado. It was by far the most affordable 2bd place in the area. The unit was a nice walk (though down a pretty big hill) to the Whaler shops and public beach access. There was plenty of room for 3 adults and an infant, including a perfect spot to place a crib in the master bedroom. The huge lanai was great for hosting bigger family dinners. The complex was quiet and clean with plenty of close parking. We would definitely stay here again.

We took our year and half old with us on my first trip to Maui with my husband. This condo was perfect since there was plenty of room for him to run around and the balcony was perfect for him. We had a wonderful time and Ryan and Emmett were great! Hopefully we can return in the future!

We had a wonderful stay! Great location, very spacious, beautiful view! Kitchen well equipped there were some basics like oil and spices in the pantry. Plenty of towels, back up shampoo and conditioner and beach chairs. The one negative I would give is that furniture and bed linens are a little dated and there was some water damage in the master bathroom near the toilet and some mold in the vents in the kitchen that looks like it should be attended to. Hawaii is so humid though so I’m sure most places have the same thing…. I would definitely come back again!

The property is bigger than I expected especially just by looking at pictures. The living room has plenty of room and the sofa bed can comfortably. The patio space is big and we almost had our meals in the patio exclusively because of the views.
The kitchen has all the pots, pans, utensils, everything you need to make your breakfast before heading out for the day.
One of the bedrooms has 2 twin beds that we combined into one bed and they have extra bed sheets to accommodate this.
Patio has grill but we didn’t use it. Also has a lot of extra beach gears that previous tenants have left behind such as beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling gear, floaties, coolers, etc.
The walk to the beach however is farther I expected and it’s almost unrealistic if you’re walking with little kids and traveling with beach gears such as mats, tents, chairs, etc. it’s best to just drive and it’s only a 3min drive to black rock.
Overall the unit was great and the communication with the property manager was awesome, we had a clog in the master bedroom since and they came in and fixed it within a few hours. Would definitely stay here again.

This place had everything we needed..from beach toys, beach chairs, coolers, towels, floaties. We were a 3-minute drive from Safeway. The kitchen was fully stocked making easy for us to eat in almost all days. Black rock beach is about a 10-15 minute walk down to the hill. It was one of my favorites for snorkeling in addition to the shops and restaurants along the beach in whalers village. The only thing I would say is because of how moist the air is I would get rid of the carpets to make it smell better and remodel the bathroom around the toilet area...i would recommend this place to others and I would stay there again.

Kaanapali Royal overall is a beautiful property with a relaxing pool and great hot tub that you can watch the sunset from. It is a 12 to 15 minute walk to the beach, so spent more time at pool, but was an easy down hill walk to beach or could drive and park in Whalers village for beach and tasty restaurants. The unit looked just like the pictures. The master bed room was perfect for me to remote work from with a nice desk and thick walls so could not hear family in other room. Bathrooms were super spacious. The beds and pillows were super comfy, even the sofa bed was comfortable for my cousin. Kitchen had everything we needed to make tasty meals. Lanai was nice, but sometimes got leaves and such from the trees near by, which is normal so swept it up to keep it looking great for our morning tea and coffee as we watched the sun rise.

The condo was very well stocked for cooking, beach fun and comfort. We had plenty of room for our family of almost grown children(family of five). The walk was a little longer than we anticipated but it was worth the trade off in the evening for the beautiful golf-course view and quiet of being off the resort strip.

The condo was in an excellent location to Ka’anapali beach and short drive to Lahaina. It was well equipped with kitchen supplies, towels, linens, beach chairs and beach towels. The view was spectacular. The office personal was extremely helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
